LOS ANGELES (OC).–President Donald Trump excalated the Iran War striking bridges and energy infrastructure, showing he means business if Iran continues to violate the MOU by attacking commercial ships in the Strait of Hormuz. Iran’s Tehran-based mullah rulers and the IRGC that controls them insist that the Hormuz Strait is sovereign Iranian territory, giving Tehran the right to attack commercial vessels that don’t comply with Iran demands for ransom or fees imposed by the Persian regime. Trump insists that the Hormuz Strait must reopen open without interference from Iran in terms to military attacks or setting fees fo transit the Strait. Trump realizes that he’s not dealing with more rational elements in Tehran but now accept the terrorist IRGC as running the Tehran-based mullah government. Trump realized that diplomacy was getting the U.S. nowhere.
Going after bridges and energy infrastructure Trump hopes to push Tehran back to the bargaining table but know that they have very little say with IRGC who now controls the country. Whether admitted or not, the IRGC know they’re in an existential battle with Trump, with the U.S. president not backing down from promises to wipe out Iran’s energy infrastructure and bridges. Iran claims Trump violated the Geneva Convention by going after civilian bridges and energy infrastructure. Trump knows that Iran won’t stop its drone and missile strikes on U.S. air bases around the Middle East, kinning two U.S. soldier today in Jordam. Iran has escalated its dorne and missile strikes, the only way to prosecute the war with the U.S. Without a navy and ground force, Iran relies on the same terrorist methods as its terrorist proxies around the Middle East.
Iran knows that its only way to retaliate against the U.S. is to keep firing missiles at U.S. allies and air bases around the Arab Gulf States. Whatever the Arab Gulf States though of Iran in the past, they no longer trust Iran to do the right thing.by opening up the Hormuz Strait. Iran claims sovereignty over the Strait, seeking to charge transit fees over an international waterway. Trump has a lot on his plate dealing with Iran’s nuke program, the Hormuz Strait, and ther very real possibility that if he loses the Iran War the mullah government will hold the U.S. and world hostage on energy. If Trump loses the war no, he would consign Iran, at least in the Hormuz Strait, to control worldwide energy prices. Iran agreed in the MOU to open up the Hormuz Strait and negotiate on its nuke program. Rcent drone and missile strikes show the the Tehran-based mullah government is about revenge.
Iranian Spokesman Mohen said if the U.S. doesn’t stop its attacks on Iran bridges and infrastructure therer would be no going back to the peace table. Iran has said many things in the past, warning the U.S. about starting a global war against the U.S., Israel and Arab Gulf States. But Trump doesn’t pay at this point much attention to Iranian threats, realizing tha the Tehran-based mullah regine no longer calls the shots in Iran. Only the terrorist IRGC calls the shots now that the mullah government, like the late Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, that the IRGC is the only institution that can defend the 1979 Revolution. Disgruntled Iranians can’t protest too loudly without ending up incarcerated or dead. Iran’s population lack the defensive weapons needed to seek regime change in Tehran. Spurring revolution in the streets doesn’t come without a price.
Iran accuses Trump of war crimes going after civilian infrastructure, claiming it violates the Geneva Convention. But Trump knows that if Iran had access of any U.S. infrastructure it would tiake it out in a heartbeat. Going after bridges in the southern port city of Bandar Abbas, U.S. Centcom hopes to disable what’s left on IRGC positions defending the coastline. Trump’s promise to go after bridges and energy infrastructure hope to get the IRGC to back down, especially when it comes to striking commercial ships in the Strait of Hormuz. Trump has warned Iran repeatedly that if they violate the June 12 MOU, requiring Iran to open up the Hormuz Strait and negotiate over its nuke program, More than the nuke program now, Trump wants Iran to stop controlling world oil markets, wreaking havoc in U.S. and world energy markets, driving up energy.prices.
Trump sees the war in a bigger context now, not just about what happens with Iran’s nuke program but with Iran’s attempt to dominate world energy markets. Democrats and fake news want Trump to stop the war, leaving Iran in charge of Hormuz Strait and world energy markets. Trump want Iran to stop its global war on energy and open up the Hormuz Strait. With Iran firing drone and missiles at U.S. assets all over the Mideast, Trump knows he can’t let up for a second without serious consequences. Trump knows that Iran cannot be trusted to follow and negotiated peace deal, making diplomacy impossble. Pakistan and Qatar have tried but failed to get Iran to agree to any real diplomacy. Trump tried the diplomatic way but knows that Iran is in full-on revenge model, avenging the death of the last Ayatollah Ali Khamenei. Trump knows there’s no turning back now.
