LOS ANGELES (OC).– President Donald Trump ended for now his diplomacy to end the Iran War, saying the Iran has played the U.S. for suckers, refusing to sign on to a realistic peace deal.  Iran had been demanding sovereignty over the Strait of Hormuz and war reparations, something unacceptable to Trump.  Trump agreed April 17 as a courtesy to Pakaistani Prime Minister Shehbaz Shgarif an extended ceasefire during which Iran was supposed to sign onto a peace deal.  Trump realized recently that he’d been gaslighted by Iran while thei revamp their ballistic missile progarma after ans extended U.S. bombing campaign targeting missile factories and rocket lauchers.  Iran proved that whatever was hit by the U.S., it had plenty of rocket launcners and ballistic missiles to continue the war.  When Iran’s Republican Guard Corp struck Jordan that was enough for Trump, restarting the war.

How long the latest bombing campaing goes on is anyone’s guess, knowing that Islamabad and the U.N. haven’t given up, sending a new delegation to Tehran.  With Trump nes bombing today, there’s no doubt that Iran would respond in kind, targeting more U.S. bases in the Arab Gulf States.  Trump finds himself unable to get a satisfactory deal with Iran, largely because the IRGC wants to show that it can go toe-of-toe with the U.S. military.  Keeping the war going leaves Iran in congrol of the Hormuz Strait, keeping commercial shipping at a standstill.,  At a fork in the load, Trump gave diplomacy a chance but, in the end, he had no cooperative peace partner with Iran. Iran’s mullah regime, now run by the IRGC, wants to humiliate Trump and show the world that it’s a match for the U.S. military.  Trump must show Iran the price it will pay.

Trump’s Iran War strategy has not yet taken on Iran’s IRGC in the Strait of Hormus, something Iran boasted about in closing the Hormuz Strait.  Blockading commercial shipping shipping as sent world oil preces, and inflation, spiraling around the globe.  U.S. European allies have stayed clear of Trump’s military operation in Iran, largely because they don’t want to be struck by Iranian missiles. When you consider that the EU getst some 20% of its oil and natural gas from the Strait of Homuz, you’d think they’d do everything possible to open in the international waterway.  Why the UE has left Trump on his own in Iraan but alos in Iraq isn’t easily explained, other that their resentment of Trump’s American First foreign policy.  EU officials want the United States to operate in concert with Brussiels, much like it did under former Presidents Obaoma and Biden.

Iran’s Foreign Minister Abbas Aragchi condemned U.S. attacks as a violation of Iran’s sovereignty, ignoring the ongoing Islamabad peace talks that have gone no where in the last six weeks.  It was only a matter of time before Trump made good on his promise to resume bombing Iran’s sensitive energy infrastructure, something tied to its sale of oil and natural gas.  Trump continue his blockade on Iran’s ports, only recently striking a Palau-flagged tanker trying to get into an Iranian port afater getting warned off.  Indai Foreign Ministry at least three salors went mission, with 21 others rescued.  Iran responded by firing missiles at U.S. bases in Bahrain, Kuwait and Jordan, prompting Trump to keep up the aerial assault on Iran’s costal radar installations.  Trump would like the war to end through diplomacy but has no peace partner to negotiate an end to the war,

Trump realized that Iran was stringing him along with no intention of settling the conflict, especially on Trump’s terms.  Trump wants Iran to hand over its 1,000 60% stockpile of enriched uranium, something not likely to happen.  So, when it comes to compromising neither side has shown a willingness to compromise, though Trump’s offers certainly came closer to ending the war than Iran.  Iran’s demand of sovereignty over the Strait of Hormuz and war reparations are complete non-starters.  Pakistani and Qatari mediators can’t find the right formula to satisfy both parties.  What irked Trump was the fact that Iran has no intent of striking a deal to end the war.  Iran wants to show the world it can outlast the U.S. with a standard terrorist strategy, striking U.S. military installations around the Arab Gulf States.  Iran wants Trump to admit defeat and pony up the cash.

Iran never had any intent of striking a deal favorable to the U.S., regardless of all the threats of more military action.  Whether or  no the IRGC is bluffing is anyone’s guess, knowing that Iran doesn’t have the military prowess other that using the most crass terrorist tactics.  Trump knows now that Iran never had any intent of striking a deal, getting mixed signals from what’s left of Iran’s civilian leadership now run by the IRGC.  Iran’s mullah government put all their hope into the IRGC when Trump was talking about regime change.  Whether admitted to or not, the IRGC is ready to massacre the Iranian population all to save the mullah government.  Trump had no real peace partner with Iran and now must take a different tact to see if it moves the peace process along.  Trump tried diplomacy but realized it was a charade, pushed by Pakistan for all PR.
