LOS ANGELES.–FBI Director Christopher Wray, 58, and six of his appointees to executive positions have been told to resign, retire or get fired, following the same kind of purge at the Justice Department. President Donald Trump, 78, made good on his promise to end corruption at the DOJ and FBI, following years of political prosecutions largely of Trump, starting in 2016 when he first ran for president. No one said a thing while former FBI Director James Comey, 64. opened up a counterintelligence investigation of Trump based on former Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton’s paid opposition research alleging that Trump was a Russian asset. Hillary used her so-called “Dossier” to prove to voters that Trump couldn’t be trusted as president. DOJ and FBI officials did everything possible to shield former President Barack Obama and his Atty. Gen. Loretta Lynch, even though they approved the investigation of Trump. No one in the Obama administration faced charges for illegal investigations.
Democrats sit in the Judiciary Committee, designed to uphold the Constitution and rule of law, knowing that they abused the federal law enforcement system for political purposes back in 2016, all to help Hillary get elected. Democrats honestly thought they would get away with weaponizing the federal law enforcement system, despite knowing what they’ve done to corrupt U.S. criminal justice. Patel was grilled by Democrats knowing that they’re guilty of sin of violating the Constitution and rule of law for political purposes. Yet that didn’t stop them today from accusing Patel of seeking to use the FBI for Trump’s retribution for his enemies in government. Only recently, Special Counsel Jack Smith resigned, saying DOJ policy doesn’t permit him to prosecute and existing president. But Smith gaslighted a grand jury to find probable cause against Trump.
Democrats did everything possible to stop Trump from running for president in 2024. With all the charges pending against Trump, they actually thought they could send Trump to jail and prevent his 2024 bid starting with the Jan. 6 Capitol riots. House Democrats didn’t like when Trump was acquitted Feb. 13, 2021 in his second impeachment trial for “incitement of insurrection,” a fraudulent charge based on a speech Trump gave on the Washington Ellipse Jan. 6. 2021. House Democrats led by vindictive former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, 84, created the Jan. 6 House Select Committee to prove Trump planned, organized and participated in the Jan. 6 Capitol riots. After 18 months, the Jan. 6 House Committee disbanded giving Special Counsel their cherry picked findings saying Trump participated in the insurrection. Democrats had no facts, only wild conjecture delivered to Atty. Gen. Merrick Garland.
Garland couldn’t have been more corrupt letting Jack Smith take the findings and charge Trump with trying to overturn the 2020 presidential election and harbor classified documents at Trump’s Mar-a-Lago estate. Garland ordered Trump’s estate raided Aug 8, 2022 by FBI agents removing boxes of old junk from Trump’s Mar-a-Lago basement, claiming they found classified documents. Two months later, Garland appointed Smith Special Counsel beginning his highly unethical, illegal prosecutions. Patel brought up some of these examples with Democrats at his confirmation hearing squirming in their seats. Democrats know what they’ve done to Trump over the last nine years, including the Hillary-based fake Russian hoax that wasted $40 million and 22 months investigating Trump. Special Counsel Robert Mueller acquitted Trump of wrongdoing March 23, 2019 but that didn’t stop Democrats.
While Patel was grilled today, the Trump White House announced the terminations of top FBI brass. Democrats hoped they could keep the same corruption at the DOJ and FBI but have had their wings clipped now that Trump is in power. Trump is dead serious about holding former DOJ and FBI officials accountable for illegal investigations and prosecutions. Patel denied knowing anything about today’s personnel changes at the FBI, only saying that the agency must be cleared of partisanship to restore public credibility. Trump wants the DOJ and FBI to look at news organizations that broadcast and wrote extensively on the Russian hoax, tying him to the Kremlin without any facts. Most journalists, like New York Times Maggie Haberman and Washington Post reporter Bob Woodward, wrote numerous fake stories about Trump’s alleged ties to the Kremlin.
Patel disproved a lot of Democrat propaganda today answering all the questions with a degree of precision expected of someone about to run the FBI. But no matter how much Patel beat back the insinuations and insults, he won’t get one Democrat vote because of partisan politics. Democrats don’t want the deep state purged at the DOJ or FBI, hoping they can keep the political witch hunts going when they think in serves their agenda. “Are you aware of any plans or discussions to punish in any way, including termination, FBI agents or personnel associated with Trump’s investigations?” asked Sen. Cory Booker (D-N.J.). “I am not aware of that senator,” said Patel, disputing the myth that he’s Trump’s patsy for revenge. “Every FBI employee will be held to the absolute same standard, and no one will be terminated for case assignments,” Patel reassured the committee.
