LOS ANGELES.–Hunter Biden, 54, youngest son of 81-year-old President Joe Biden, testified today before Chairman James Comer’s (R-Ky.) House Oversight Committee, denying that his father knew anything of his foreign transactions. With his 71-year-old high-profile Washington defense Atty. Abbe Lowell by his side, Hunter cleverly couched his answers. “I am here today to provide the committees with the one uncontestable fact that should end the false premise of this inquiry. I did not involve my father in my business,” Hunter read in a statement. Comer knows, as does everyone else, that Hunter and his friend Devon Archers worked on the board of a corrupt Ukrainian energy company Burisma holding, starting in 2015 when his father Joe was former President Barack Obama’s Vice President. So, the first thing coming out of Hunter’s mouth is a bald face lie that Joe knew nothing about his overseas business.

Hunter admitted on ABC News “Good Morning America” Oct. 15, 2019 that he used bad judgment getting a job with Burisma Holdings, admitting that he would not have gotten the job without his father, then Vice President Joe Biden. All the Democrat-controlled media backing Joe’s reelection wants to excuse Hunter or Joe of any wrong doing connected with Hunter and his 74-year-old Uncle [Joe’s brother] James foreign business deals. At the time Hunter got his job offer on Burisma’s board, Joe was leading former President Barack Obama’s anti-corruption task force. Imagine that, Joe landed his son and friend Devon Archer cushy jobs on a corrupt Ukrainian energy company while running an anti-corruption task force. “I did not involve my father in my business,” Hunter tells the Oversight Committee under oath. So, was Joe involved his son Hunter in his overseas activities?

Democrat-backed fake news wants to highlight the case of former FBI informant Alexander Smirnov who was recently indicted for filing a false FBI 1023 report, alleging that Joe and Hunter took $5 million bribes each from Burisma Holdings. Comer and Judiciary Chairman Jim Jordan (R-Ohio), both of whom work on Biden’s impeachment inquiry, say that the apparently fraudulent FBI 1023 form is only one small part of their impeachment inquiry. Yet the liberal press has used the development to exonerate Joe of any wrongdoing. Democrats, like Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-Md.) insist there isn’t a shed of evidence linking Joe with any of Hunter or Jim’s overseas business deals. Raskin apparently denies that Joe had any role in landing Hunter his lucrative job on Burisma’s board. Comer and Jordan have been researching numerous Biden family shell corporations and bank accounts.

Comer and Jordan know Joe had a net worth in 2010 of roughly $225,000, jumping to $2.5 million while Vice President, to $8 million when he left office in 2017. Joe’s net worth rose from $17 milllion in 2021 to an estimate $40 million in 2024. How is that possible without payout from Hunter and Jim’s family businesses? So when Comer and Jordan are looking into how Joe became a multimillionaire after leaving as Vice President in 2017, they haven’t yet found a link to his income streams but strongly suspect it’s tied to Hunter and brother Jim’s overseas business deals. Comer told Fox News Feb. 27 that the Smirnov’s FBI 1023 form was not a significant part of his impeachment inquiry into the Biden family’s overseas business transactions. Liberal media outlets must ask why they seek anything to exonerate Joe of any financial wrongdoing?

Comer wanted the media to know that with James and Hunter’s depositions, it was only the beginning of his impeachment inquiry into Biden. “Our committees have the opportunity to depose Hunter Biden; a key witness in our impeachment inquiry of President Joe Biden, about his record of evidence,” Comer said. “This deposition is not the conclusion of the impeachment inquiry. There are more subpoenas and witness interviews to come,” refuting Democrats conclusion that Comer’s impeachment inquiry hit a dead end. Why does the press ignore that Hunter worked for Burisma Holding’s board for over four years, making him and Devon Archer millionaires. Whether Comer and Jordan have Joe’s exact bank account into which cash was deposited to jump Joe’s net worth to over $40 million doesn’t mean that Joe didn’t profit from Hunter and Jim’s overseas deals.

Hunter caught himself in another lie about his father’s involvement in his overseas business deals, denying that Joe had anything to do with his work on the board of Burisma Holdings. Hunter admitted on national TV in 2019 that without his father, he wouldn’t have gotten the job at Burisma. So, right from the start, Hunter tried to blow smoke about whether Joe knew anything or was involved in any of his foreign business deals. “I did not involve my father in my business,” Hunter said, contradicting his 2019 admission on ABC News “Good Morning America.” At the time, Joe was running for president, categorically denying that he knew anything about Hunter’s overseas business deals. Hunter’s former business partner Tony Bobulinki testified under oath that
he was personally at meetings with Joe present, referring to Joe as the “Big Guy.”
