LOS ANGELES.–Speaking at a South Carolina First in the Nation Dinner Jan. 27, 81-year-old President Joe Biden repeated the same lines as 2020, saying 77-year-old former President Donald Trump called WW II soldiers “suckers” and “losers” for dying for the cause. Trump, of course, never called dead WW II veterans “suckers” or “losers,” but was frequently repeated message by former Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton when she ran against Trump in 2016. Hillary made her best case against Trump saying he disparaged Gold Star families and deceased WW II soldiers. Biden has nothing to say other than what’s written in his talking points. Deviating from the script isn’t tolerated by Biden’s handlers knowing he’s so gaffe prone it tells voters he’s no fit for president let alone a second term. In disparaging Trump, Biden referred to Trump as a “sitting president,” forgetting he was the sitting president.

When it comes to Biden’s track record, the last thing he wants to talk about is foreign policy where’s he’s got the U.S. into a bloody proxy war in Ukraine battling the Kremlin. Biden has tossed out generations of hard-fought U.S.-Russian relations, turning the Kremlin into a mortal enemy. Yet Biden finds it relevant to repeat phony quotes from Hillary in her 2016 campaign against Trump. Hillary, of course, through her fake opposition research AKA The Steele Dossier, said Trump was a Russian asset and Putin puppet. It was former President Barack Obama and then Vice President Joe Biden that gave the green light to former Atty. Gen. Loretta Lynch to use the FBI to launch a counterintelligence investigation into Trump and his 2016 campaign, insisting on Trump’s alleged ties with the Kremlin. But Biden tells the First in Nation dinner that Trump insulted veterans.

Biden doesn’t know or remember what he says when making speeches because he’s scripted by his handlers to deliver Democrat talking points. “How dare he say that? How dare you talk about my son and all those lost like that,” said Biden. “Look, I call them patriots and heroes. The only loser I see is Donald Trump,” Biden said. “It makes me angry,” Biden said. “I apologize for losing my temper, but it really, really offends me,” walking back his remarks because he knows it’s hogwash. Anyone attending the dinner wanted to hear about real issue facing the country including the border crisis. Biden and his 64-year-old Homeland Security Secretary Allejandro Mayorkas have been denying for three years any problems with the U.S.-Mexico border. Only recently, since Mayorkas faces House impeachment, have the two taken the border seriously.

Biden’s campaign team has one thing going currently for the president, the booming U.S. stock market. Any Wall Street observer knows that could turn on a dime, should geopolitical crisis spiral out of control. Biden’s reluctance to attack Iran directly involves starting a new war front with the U.S. embroiled in Ukraine with a proxy war against the Kremlin. “Our veterans aren’t losers. The only loser I see is Donald Trump,” Biden said, a familiar line from the 2020 campaign. But unlike 2020, there is no longer a Covid-19 crisis and recent race riots on voters’ minds. In the middle of the Covid-19 crisis, voters didn’t know who to trust, fearing the infectious disease crisis could engulf the country. Biden and Democrat strategists did a good job of discrediting Trump in 2020. With Covid and race riots out of the picture, Biden faces his three-year track record on domestic and foreign policy.

Biden talks about how well the economy is doing, when all that’s happened is that Wall Street has been on a buying spree. When Wall Street sells off, for whatever reason, it reflects unfavorably on the incumbent, even though voters should look at the big picture. Biden ignited runaway inflation still plaguing the economy, something only remedied by high interest rates. Most home owners and buyers have watched mortgage interest rates triple under Biden, now hovering around seven percent. Biden said inflation is down from 10% to 3.5%, close to the Federal Reserve Board’s target rate. But Biden doesn’t say that the Fed had to hike interest rates to unaffordable levels before inflation would come down. Biden mentions nothing about his new
omnibus spending bill asking Congress for $110 billion to fund the Ukraine War, Israel and borders security.

Biden told the South Carolina audience that Trump wishes the economy crashes to help him politically. “It’s unbelievable. It’s un-American,” Biden said. “How can anyone especially a former president, wish for an economic crash that would devastate millions of Americans? Well, let me tell you what he really means. Donald Trump know the economy is good and is strong and getting stronger. He knows that while it’s good for America. It’s bad for him politically,” Biden said. Democrats’ message for Biden involves painting Trump has the most despicable person that ever as president. When a new Manhattan verdict with E. Jean Carroll cost him $83 million, in the most excessive award ever, Democrats and the media cheered. Biden can run but he can’t hide from the abysmal foreign policy in Ukraine, damaging U.S. national security and leaving the U.S. mortal enemies with Russia.
