Questions about the Ukraine’s counteroffensive have become a painful reminder to pro-war Democrats and the press that 45-year-old President Volodymyr Zelnesky’s counteroffensive has not gone well for the Kiev government. All that’s reported by Zelnensky and the Biden administration is progress against the Russian Federation, something that’s supposed to encourage Congress to pony up more cash to support the proxy war against the Kremlin. New reports from the Ukraine battlefield indicates that Ukraine has run out of military personnel to rotate troops properly out of the war zone. Unable to rotate out troops, soldiers in the war zone have becomes burned out, less efficient, just trying to survive the grinding conflict that measures battlefield progress in inches, feed and yards, not major breakthroughs as promised by Zelensky’s government.

Zelensky has asked for the last 21 months and received nearly $200 billion from the U.S. and NATO to battle the Kremlin, accused as trying to take over Eastern Europe. Zelensky has told the U.S. Congress and European Parliament that if Ukraine doesn’t win its war with the Kremlin, then the rest of Europe would fall to the Kremlin. President Joe Biden, 81, has also made similar comments about how Ukraine is the last defense of Europe’s democracy. Biden and Zelensky want the public to believe that bankrupt, war-ravaged Ukraine is the first line of defense against Russian President Vladimir Putin’s attempt to take over Europe. Neither Biden nor Zelensky mentions anything about NATO, the real military force designed to keep the European Continent free. How could anyone buy Biden and Zelensky’s rubbish that Ukraine defends European democracy?

Reports from Kiev’s Minister of Information Kyrylo Budanov have said the Russian army has neared collapse since starting its Feb. 24, 2022 invasion. Budanvov fabricated storiest about Putin suffering from terminal illness and was near death. Nearly two years into the War the Russian military hasn’t collapsed and Putin shows no signs of terminal illness. So, with Biden’s help, the U.S. Congress and European parliament has been fed a steady diet of lies about Ukraine’s war effort. All reality must be distorted to keep the U.S. and EU cash flowing into Zelensky’s bankrupt Kiev government. Rarely does anyone hear that all of Kiev’s government salaries and pensions are now funded by the U.S. and EU. Zelensky’s decision to wage war against the Kremlin has created devastating consequences for Ukraine’s infrastructure and its beleaguered people.

Putin offered to end the conflict in March 2020, as he said recently to the G20 in New Delhi to India’s Prime Minister Narenda Modi, if Zelensky would accept Russian sovereignty over Crimea, independence of Donetsk and Luhansk and agree to not join NATO he would end he conflict. Putin has not threatened to take over the rest of Europe, he asked Biden to develop new security plana for Ukraine. Putin told Biden it was unacceptable for the U.S. to arm Ukraine with lethal weapons. Biden ignored Putin’s requests and forced Putin to invade Feb. 24, 2022 to neutralize the threat posed by dangerous arms flowing into Ukraine. Zelensky had a choice to negotiate with Putin or wage a destructive, protracted war with the Kremlin. Putin sees the war as a confrontation between the collective West trying to topple the Russian government and destroy its military.

When it comes to the Ukraine War, Biden and Zelensky had a choice to negotiate an end to the conflict but refused, prompting Biden to tell an audience in Warsaw, Poland March 26, 2022 that Putin must go as Russian President. One month later, Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin said in Ramstein, Germany April 26, 2022 that the aim of the Ukraine War was to degrade the Russian military to the point it could no longer wage war. If that’s not a declaration of war, then what is? Former GOP Presidential candidate Sen. Tim Scott (R-S.C) told a national debate audience that he supported degrading the Russian military. So, make no mistake about it, the purpose of Biden’s proxy war in Ukraine is to degrade the Russian military and topple Putin’s 20-plus-year-old government, Now reports from the front indicate the toll the war has taken on the Ukrainian soldiers stretched to the breaking point.

Biden won’t end the Ukraine proxy war because of the 2024 election, not wanting to admit failure. Putin controls some 20% of Ukraine’s sovereign territory, including nearly the entire Black Sea coast. Zelensky depends heavily on U.S. cash-and-arms to fund the bankrupt Kiev government, no longer able to generate enough revenue to support the Kiev government. EU and NATO officials have played along with Biden and Zelensky for too long. Time is long overdue for the U.N. to move the conflict from the battlefield to the peace table. Judging by the condition of what’s left of the Ukrainian army, it’s time to negotiate and end to the conflict, regardless of whether or not it compromises on what Zelensky’s sees as Ukraine’s scared territory. Zelensky has made horrific decisions to fight to the last drop of blood rather than negotiate for peace.
