How much more smoke blowing can the world take from Ukraine? Ukraine’s 45-year-old slick salesman President Volodymyr Zelensky comes to Washington and New York to try out his new sales pitch that if Ukraine loses the war, WW III starts. With the help of his 37-year-old chief propagandist Kyrlyo Budanov, Zelensky hopes to close U.S. lawmakers to keep spending untold billions on Ukraine. After all, Ukraine’s Kiev government is bankrupt, relying 100% on U.S. government largess to pay civil servants and Kiev’s salaries, including Zelensky’s. Budanov concocted a new marratove for Zelensky heading to Washington and New York, it will take until 2026 to deplete the Russian military, giving Ukraine a glorious victory. Budanov hopes to buy Kiev more time, collecting billions in U.S. tax dollars, all because Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Gen. Mark Miley said yesterday there’s no end in sight.

Miley, a retiring four-star general, has told Biden for over a year, that there is no military solution in Ukraine. Yet all you heard from Zelensky, and his propaganda minister Budanov, is that Ukraine just needs more time with its counteroffensive to oust all 200,000 Russian troops from Ukraine’s sovereign territory. “Contrary to what the Russian Federation declares, it has absolutely no strategic reserve,” Krrylo Budanov told the Economist. Citing Russia’s under-performing troops, poor quality equipment and Russian President Vlafimir Putin talking with North Korean President Kim Jong-un about more weapons, Budanov insists Russia runs out of war materiel by 2026. Budanov hopes to add to Zelensky’s propaganda as he sells the U.S. Congress and U.N. on keeping the cash and the war going. Budanov timed his message on the eve of Zelensky’s charm offensive to U.S. Congress and U.N.

Budanov’s Defense Intelligence office was responsible for all the fake stories about Putin’s alleged terminal illness and, more recently, his Alzheimer’s Disease, all of which designed to give the West hope for a glorious Ukrainian victory. Budanov knows he must keep the smoke blowing to going to buy Ukraine more time for its flagging counteroffensive, now looking like it could take years, if ever, to oust 200,000 Russian troops from Ukrainian territory. Budanov never admits to Ukraine’s territorial losses since starting its war with the Kremlin. Zelensky convinced Biden to fund a proxy war against the Kremlin, ending decades of U.S. diplomacy, détente and arms control with the Russian Federation. Every U.S. president since WW II, except Biden, has pursued cooperative relation with the Kremlin. Biden decided to end generations of U.S.-Russian relations to fund proxy war in Ukraine.

Budanov wants the West to believe that Russia is running out of manpower, military equipment and ammunition, to forecast Ukraine winning the war. “If everything is fine and Russia has enough resources, why are they looking for them all over the world? The answer is obvious. There is nothing to extract any more,” Budanov said, warping the West to believe that Ukraine is winning the war. Anything that gives any indication that Ukraine is losing the war must be camouflaged. Budnavov has talked about Putin’s terminal illness since the war started to give Western partners hope that Russia was nearing collapse. All the fakes stories about massive Russian losses, both equipment and personnel, all came from Budanov’s creative word processor. No one spins tall tales about Ukraine better than Budanov, the equivalent of the infamous Baghdad Bob in the 2003 Iraq War.

Russia is no where close to running out of war materiel and personnel, all to suit Budanov’s fake message to buy Ukraine more time and Western cash. Zelensky comes armed with Budanov’s new sales pitch that if Ukraine loses the war, the West will contend with WW III. Budanov crafted Zelensky’s first sales pitch that Ukraine sacrifices itself for the purpose of defending European democracy. Budandov hoped that that sales pitch would win Ukraine fast-track entrance into NATO. NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg said he would not offer Ukraine fast-track membership because it met none of NATO’s requirements, including not being at war and fiscal solvency. Budanov wants to sell the West on the idea that Russia is running out of personnel and weapons to continue prosecuting the Ukraine War, something Kiev is destined for glorious victory.

Budanov thinks he can count on U.S. and NATO weapons for the indefinite future. Saying Putin’s has diminishing resources, Budanov makes clear that his Western benefactors have unlimited resources to continue battling the Kremlin. “Warehouse in Western countries are no completely empty. No matter what anyone says,” Budanvo said. “We can see this clearly as an intelligence agency,” said Budanov, not buying that West is running out of military supplies. Zelensky and Budanov think they can continue selling the West on continuing the Ukraine War, knowing eventually the West has the resources to beat the Kremlin. When Zelenskhy goes to Congress and the U.N. this week, he’ll be armed with more smoke about Ukraine’s infinite resources to continue battling the Kremlin. Zelensky and Budanov have buffaloed the West into thinking they’re winning the war.
