In a shocking new poll, 77-year-old former President Donald Trump has 57% of Georgia GOP primary voters, after Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis indicted Trump Aug. 15 on racketeering related to the 2020 presidential election. Trump leads Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis by 42%, with the Florida governor only polling at 15%. Four separate indictments against Trump starting with Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg charging Trump April 4 with 34 felonies related to hush money payments to Stormy Daniels, then Smith added 37 more charges July 28, then came Smith charging Trump Aug. 6 with defrauding the government.. All of Trump charges galvanized GOP primary voters, giving Trump his biggest primary leader ever. So, why would GOP primary voters have more confidence in Trump after what amounts to 91 felonies, all carrying a life sentence?

GOP primary voters see Trump as being framed by the U.S. and state governments, all to interfere wit the 2024 presidential election. Whatever the charges coming far-and-wide from Manhattan to Palm Beach, the charges all look part of the same government pattern of going after Trump for politics. Government prosecutors hopes that throwing the kitchen sink at Trump gets at leas some minor conviction to claim success. But when you think about the government’s cases against Trump, they’re all deeply flawed with news today about White House coordination with the so-called Department of Justice Special Counsel’s office. Because Trump’s guilt or innocence falls on partisan lines, it’s clear that Trump cannot get a fair trial but it demonstrates the extreme partisan nature of the charges. What should frighten every American is the government can go after anyone for politics.

Democrats and the highly biased liberal press have tried-and-convicted Trump all because they want 80-year-old President Joe Biden reelected in 2024. Democrats and the press see Trump as Biden’s likely opponent, with Biden unable to use the Covid-19 global pandemic as the reason to get rid of Trump. Apart from Trump’s claims of election fraud in 2020, Democrats successfully blamed Trump for the deadly Covid-19 pandemic and George Floyd’s death at the hands of Minneapolis police. Trump was branded a White Supremacist by Democrats and the press, adding to his reelection woes in 2020. When it comes to current charges against Trump, GOP voters see it as a continuation of the Russian hoax, where Democrats and the press tried to discredit Trump by accusing him of Russian collusion. Special Counsel Jack Smith knows that the DOJ and FBI were at the heart of the hoax.

Trump’s Russian hoax started during the 2016 campaign, when his rival former Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton paid for opposition research fabricated by former MI6 agent Christopher Steele AKA the Steele dossier. Hillary’s fake opposition research was given to former CIA Director John Brennan, who passed it on to the late Sen. John McCain (R-Az.). MeCain had a personal vendetta with Trump for criticizing his service in Vietnam as a POW. McCain handed of Hillary’s dossier to former FBI Director James Comey. Comey proceeded to open up a counterintelligence investigation into Trump and his 2016, all on fake probable cause. So, when it comes to the current charges against Trump, GOP voters see the same government shenanigans as in the Russian hoax. Smith has never explained how the DOJ and FBI have changed since falsely charging Trump in the Russian hoax.

Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg promised Democrat voters in 2021 when running for office he would charge Trump in the Stormy Daniels hush money payoff affair. Bragg’s predecessor, former Manhattan DA Cyrus Vance Jr., refused to charge Trump because he lacked evidence. Bragg upgraded all of Trump’s misdemeanors charges to Class 3 felonies, an arbitrary choice to make the case look more severe. When it comes to prosecuting the case, Bragg will have trouble proving beyond a reasonable doubt that Trump was the one that initiated the $130,000 payment to Daniels. Bragg used former Trump personal convicted felon Atty. Michael Cohen as his star witness, making conviction all the more difficult. How’s a jury supposed to believe Cohen when he’s a disbarred, disgraced former attorney, giving Bragg most his evidence against Trump? Bragg has a very weak case.

GOP voters don’t trust the government’s cases against Trump because they all seem politically motivated. House Judiciary Chairman Jim Jordan (R-Ohio) has been holding hearings on the weaponization of government, specifically related to Trump’s prosecutions. Democrats and the press have done everything to deny their involvement in weaponizing the Department of Justice and FBI to go after Trump for years, insisting he colluded with the Kremlin. Democrats and the press refuse to admit they all used Hillary’s fake dossier to make outlandish charges against Trump, resulting in years-long illegal investigations. No Smith carry’s the torch to cover-up political bias inside the DOJ and FBI, using the agencies for political persecution. No wonder GOP voters don’t trust the charges against Trump.
