Former New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie, 60, continues to feed the liberal press rubbish, dismissing allegations about Hunter Biden and insisting that the only charges that count are the ones against 77-year-old President Donald Trump. Christie gives Trump no presumption of innocence talking like for former president has been convicted of all four indictments. Christie said the voters have “wishful thinking” dismissing charges against Trump, focusing only Hunter and Joe Biden’s alleged criminal activity soon to morph into an impeachment hearing. Christie is obviously self-serving, wishing that GOP voters would look more seriously at his 2% in the polls, showing no chance to surviving the GOP primaries beyond the first two contests in Iowa and New Hampshire. Cristie met the same fate in 2016, calling it quits after South Carolina, getting slapped by GOP voters.

Christie has a fake campaign paid for by the anti-Trump lobby, a loosely knit group of Republicans determined to knock Trump out of the race. Christie knows that only GOP primary voters decide who wins caucuses and primaries. “Look, Hunter Biden is not on the ballot,” Christie said. “Some of those voters who say the Hunter Biden thing matters but Donald Trump’s doesn’t; that just wishful thinking,” not realizing that Hunter Biden’s shenanigans, raking in millions on his father’s name links President Joe Biden with an illicit family business making deals with foreign governments to enrich the Biden family. Christie ignores the link between Hunter and the president, something Joe has insisted he knew nothing about Hunter’s business deals. Christie wants to discredit Trump in hopes of making his run for president more viable. But the polls tell the real story of Christie’s failure.

Christie doesn’t get that GOP voters see Trump’s charges as politically motivated by a corrupt Justice Department and FBI. Where has Crhistie been during the years of fake FBI investigations of Trump’s alleged ties to Russia? Christie’s self-serving campaign is simply playing jack rabbit for the never Trump movement of fake Republicans, whose only interest in pushing Biden’s war agenda. It’s no accident that Christie is one of the GOP’s biggest anti-Putin, pro-war backers, looking, like other war hawks, to start WW III, like that’s good for the U.S. economy. Any escalation in the Ukraine War would spread like contagion plummeting world financial markets, plunging the world economy into recession, if not depression. Yet Christie’s heard denigrating Putin, justifying war as the only means to deal with Ukraine. Christie has no principles other than sabotaging Trump.

Chrities carries a big fat grudge against Trump for the 2016 campaign where Trump overlooked him for a Cabinet position, largely because of his Bridgegate scandal. Christie doesn’t like talking about Bridgegate where his underlings shut down lanes on the George Washington Bridge to punish former Fort Lee Mark Sokolich for not supporting Christie’s reelection bid. Christie avoided prosecution, tossing his underlings under he boss. But Trump couldn’t put Christie on the Cabinet because of his pending legal problems. “The fact is that the two people who would be on the ballot if we nominated Donald Trump will be Donald Trump and [President] Joe Biden, not Hunter Biden,” Christie said, missing the point. GOP voter care about Hunter only because they implicate Joe in criminal business activity. House Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.) plan to open an impeachment inquiry when Congress returns.

When looking at Christie’s polls, it’s clear that his message has boomeranged with GOP voters. Christie’s anti-Trump rhetoric largely on liberal TV talks shows that Christie seeks any publicity possible from Democrats looking to bash Trump. Christie thinks he’s doing the anti-Trump friends a favor but he’s turning more GOP primary voters toward Trump. What happens if Trump beats all of the charges pending against him? What does Christie do when Trump has no charges hanging over his head. Democrats haven’t considered that the need for speedy trail against Trump could result in his acquittals on all charges? Christie can’t say what he would do if Trump beats all his pending indictments. Biden and Trump 2.0 could be very different with many voters realizing that Trump was dealt a bad set of cards by the government, with all the fake prosecutions.

Christie has made his best case why GOP primary voters should vote for anyone other than Trump. Since they’re not voting for Christie, he can’t figure out why GOP voters would vote for Trump when he’s under indictment? GOP voters see Trump charges as politically motivated by a corrupt Justice Department and FBI. Christie talks like Trump has been convicted on all charges, not facing trial with a good chance of beating all the charges. “And the fact is it’s the conduct of the people were running for office that going to matter the most,” Christie said, excluding his Bridgegate scandal, only pointing on pending charges against Trump. Christie can’t imagine that voters, especially independents, have soured on Biden, now seeing Trump as a real improvement from Biden’s reckless foreign policy in Ukraine and incompetent management of the U.S. economy.
