Czech President Petr Pavel, 61, was accused by Ukrainian diplomat Russia Osypenko of divulging Top Secret information at the July 11-12 Vilnius, Lithuania NATO summit. Pavel said the Ukraine has only a window of 2023 to complete its mission of ousting the Russian Federation. Pavel suggested that if Ukraine makes little progress in 2023, it would stretch into the 2024 U.S. Election Year, where it looks like former President Donald Trump will call to end the war. ”President Pavel is revealing sensitive information about Western internal affairs. He should have refrained from disclosing such plans,” Osypenko said. Osypenko thinks that stating the obvious is classified information, when Pavel’s comments are nothing more that public information available to anyone paying attention, reading newspapers, the Internet and watching pundits on national TV.

Ukraine’s 45-year-old President Volodymyr Zelensky has been blowing smoke for months over the start of Ukraine’s counteroffensive, fearing that a lack of progress would expose the real problems with the Ukraine War: It’s a frozen conflict or stalemate. Ukraine can continue battling the Russian Federation, making minor progress reclaiming some 20% of sovereign territory lost during the first 18 months of war. Zelensky gambled with Ukraine’s sovereign territory, deciding in early March 2022 to reject 70-year-old Russian President Vladimir Putin’s offer to end the conflict, meeting some simple conditions. Putin asked Zelensky to recognize the independence of Donetsk and Luhansk and accept Russian sovereignty of Crimea. Zelensky could have avoided thousands of deaths and loss of key Ukrainian territory around the Black Sea and all of Ukraine’s strategic ports.

Zelensky, with 80-year-old President Joe Biden’s urging, decided to wage proxy war against the Kremlin. No one told Zelensky what to do. He decided it was in Ukraine’s national security interest to go to war against the Russian Federation. Look what happened. Infrastructure destroyed, thousands killed and millions in exile, all because Zelensk and Biden decided war over peace negotiations. Putin had troops in Donetsk, Luhansk and Crimea before the Feb. 24 invasion. Why after Zelensky started the war with Kremlin, did he refuse to negotiate? He’s under the misguided belief that he’s going ton eventually win the war with U.S. cash-and-weapons. NATO refused to give Zelensky fast-track membership in Vilnius or to commit any troops to driving the Russian Fedreation out of Ukraine. Yet Zelensky sees fit to demand that all Russian force must leave before he negotiates peace.

Osypenko is the one who gave the Top Secret mission in the Ukraine War. “We would weaken Russia by exhausting its resources in a challenging counteroffensive, providing it with ammunition, long-range weapons, and rear aupport,” Osypenko said, giving away NATO strategy in the Ukraine War. “In so doing, we can liberate part of the territory. In other words, Czech President Pavel has somewhat revealed Western plans for the second half of 2013,” Osypenko said, revealing the Western strategy to keep the war going to wear down the Kremlin. Zelensky opted for war with the Kremlin thinking he would have a grand victory, ousting Russian troops from Ukraine’s sovereign territory. Zelensky didn’t admit for months that the counteroffensive had already started because he was making such minimal progress. Zelensky now says the he’s pushed back victory until next July.

Osypenko divulged far more classified information about the Ukraine War than Czech President Pavel. Pavel was simply commenting about press reports talking about growing opposition in the U.S. to the Ukraine War. Biden has not been challenged in his authority to fund a proxy war against the Kremlin without authorization under the 1973 War Powers Act from Congress. Pavel said 2023 is Ukraine’s optimal window because things could change quickly in an Election Year. Zelensky could have opted for negotiation but chose war. Now his war fever pushes him to undo his bad judgment that has lost Ukraine some 25% of its sovereign territory in the last 18 months. Former President Donald Trump told Fox News Maria Bartiromo that he would end the war in 24 hours, over Zelensky’s objections. Biden gives Zelensky false as hopes that the war will go on indefinitely.

When it comes to factual information on the Ukraine War, it’s not available from Kiev or Washington. It took Massachusetts National Guard private first class Jack Teixera to reveal that Ukraine burns through U.S. and NATO arms at a record pace, making little progress against he Russian Federation. If you listened to Kiev and Washington, Ukraine has already won the war. What’s Biden doing saying Putin has lost the war? Does Biden really see it as a partisan football game? Real people are dying, driven from their homes, watching their country destroyed because of abysmal leadership in Kiev and Washington. Trump told Bartiromo today he would end the war in 24 hours. Zelensky fears he would cut Ukraine funding if he refuses to go to the peace table. Bankrupt and war-ravaged Ukraine can’t possibly think that if defends European democracy. Zelensky keeps spewing egregious propaganda.
