FBI Director Christopher Wray, 56, walks a razor’s edge after balking on a Congressional subpoena to produce since 2020 all FD-1023 forms with the name Biden. House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer, 50, had a confidential informant, alleging that President Joe Biden, 80, when he was Vice President, took multimillion dollar bribe from an unknown foreign source, possibly China. “Director Wray did not commit to producing the documents subpoenaed by the House Oversight Committee . . .” Comer said. Comer said that Wray did not acknowledge publicly the Congressional subpoena, instead inviting Comer and his colleagues to view any documents in person at FBI headquarters. “We have been clear that anything short of producing these documents to the House Oversight Committee is not in compliance with the subpoena,” Comer said in a statement.

Wray assumed office Aug. 2, 2017 after a tumultuous period following 76-year-old former President Donald Trump firing May 9, 2017 62-year-old former FBI Director James Comey. Trump fired Comey for cause, having leaked during the 2016 presidential campaign fake intel to the New York Times and Washington Post. Comey was once the most sought after source in Washington on Trump, with all his maniacal power to control the Russian collusion narrative for the Trump-hating media, especially CNN and MSNBC. Controlling the narrative in 2016 to the day he was fired, Comey denied knowing anything of a conspiracy in upper management of the FBI to sabotage Trump’s 2016 campaign, but, once president, to try to hound him out of office. Comey worked closely with Trump-hating Democrats and Republicans, including the late Sen. John McCain (R-Az.) to get rid of Trump.

Wray was the consensus pick after Comey, all six-foot-eight of him, was fired by Trump. Democrats were so outraged after his dismissal they hounded 58-year-old former Deputy Atty. Gen. Rod Rosenstein to appoint a Special Counsel. Had 76-year-old former Atty. Gen. Jeff Sessions not recused himself for any Trump Russian investigation, Special Counsel Robert Mueller would not have been appointed. Comey knew that Mueller used the same fake probable cause he used to open a counterintelligence investigation into Trump’s allege ties with the Kremlin. Former Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton used her opposition research fabricated “Steele dossier” as probable cause. Former CIA Director John Brennan gave Hillary Steele dossier to McCain, who, in turn, gave it to Comey. Several members of Comey’s staff worked feverishly to sabotage Trump’s 2016 campaign.

Former Deputy FBI Director Andrew McCabe, 55, former FBI agent Peter Strzok, 53 and FBI Attorney Lisa Page, 43, all worked feverishly at the FBI to deny Trump the presidency to help Hillary get elected. So, when Wray took over he was cognizant of the rampant corruption in the department. Now Wray refuses a Congressional subpoena, all because it involves Biden. FBI officials had no problems going after Trump, especially when it involved a conversation with 45-year-old Ukrainian President Volodymer Zelensky, all because he asked Zelensky what he knew about Joe and his son Hunter’s involvement in Ukraine. Trump was impeached by House Democrats for daring to suggest that Biden and his son were involved in corruption in Ukraine. Now Wray continues the cover-up on Biden, refusing to hand over any FD-1023 records involving the Biden family.

Seeking documents from the FBI, Comer wants to know what’s on the FD-1023 forms related to Biden, interactions with confidential sources. Ranking Democrat 60-year-old Jamie Raskin (D-Md.) defended Wray, saying there was no need for a contempt citation when the FBI offered to let Comer see the documents in a secure setting. Raskin had a very different attitude when the FBI investigated Trump, giving the FBI all benefit of the doubt when it came to the probe into Trump’s alleged activities with Russia. “Obviously the purpose of requesting the subpoena is to try to get a contempt motion against the FBI director. There’s no other explanation for it, because they’re essentially offering anything they want,” Raskin said. When the shoe was on the other foot, and Raskin prosecuted House Democrats’ case against Trump for Jan. 6, Rasiking wanted everything he could get from the FBI or other sources.

Comer wants the FD-1023 FBI docs to see whether the confidential sources show Biden’s alleged payments from foreign sources have merit. Raskin says the FD-1023 forms are not evidence but second-and-third had statements by anonymous sources having no relevance on any real facts. Raskin certainly wanted every FBI or law enforcement document that showed Trump was culpable for the Jan. 6 Capitol riots, claiming he left now stone unturned to prove Trump planed-and-orchestrated the Jan. 6 Capitol riots.. “We want to know what they’ve done with it. This is a very serious allegation [foreign bribe]. Has the FBI investigated it? . . . What did they find?” asked Comer, serving notice that he won’t take no for an answer. Democrats led by Raskin and former Intel Chairman Rep. Adam Schiff (D-Calif.) said Trump was guilty as sin for the Jan. 6 insurrection, wanting all FBI records.
