President Joe Biden, 80, claims the world backs the U.S. and Ukraine in its proxy war against the Kremlin, ignoring the fact completely that the so-called BRICS economic alliance, including Brazil, Russia, India, China, South Africa and possibly Iran which seeks to join the partnership. When Brazil’s 77-year-old socialist President Lula da Silva allowed two Iranian warships to doc in Rio de Janeiro harbor, it spoke volumes of how much Biden has the world jumping through hoops over the Ukraine War. Biden expects, as he claims, the whole world backs his sanctions and proxy war against the Russian Federation. Allowing Iranian warships to dock in Rio slaps Biden in the face, thinking that the whole world must follow his lead on Ukraine. Biden and Ukraine’s 45-year-old President Volodymr Zelensky think continuing the war gives Ukraine a better bargaining position when peace talks start.

If the first year of war gives any insights, Ukraine has screamed war crimes, demanding that 70-year-old Russian President Vladimir Putin be tried to war crimes before any negotiations begin. Biden has given Zelensky a blank check with U.S. tax dollars, spending nearly a $100 so far on funding Ukraine’s bankrupt government and prosecuting the war. Zelensky expects to get an influx of tanks, medium-range guided missiles and Patriot missile batteries to defend against Russian air strikes. If the war looks anything like the first year, Zelensky will lose more sovereign territory, but, more importantly, destroy more of Ukraine’s infrastructure, making life for ordinary Ukrainian citizens more intolerable. Washington and Kiev have no exit plan in 2023, only trying to vanquish the Russian Federation. India’s 72-year-old Prime Minister called the Ukraine conflict a “challenge” or a “crisis.”

Meeting in Bengaluru last week at a G20, Indian delegates tried to call the Ukraine War a “challenge” or a “crisis,” not a war. Russia attended the G20 meeting called the conflict a “special military operation,” because Putin talks about the Kremlin’s objective of demilitarizing Ukraine. Called a “special military operation” in Russia, Putin emphasizes that his mission in Ukraine is to neutralize the arms supplied by the U.S. and NATO on the Russian border. Putin sees the conflict as an “existential” threat to the Russian Federation, seeing the collective West gang up on Russian to break up the Russian Federation. Bide made his position clear March 26, 2021 speaking in Warsaw, Poland, telling Polish officials that he didn’t think Putin should remain Russian president. Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin, 69, said the same things April 26, 2021 in Ramstein, Germany.

Modi has asked Putin in no uncertain terms to end the war as soon as possible. But Modi defies Biden’s Russian oil embargo, buying cheap Russian oil in record amounts, helping Putin defeat Biden’s global sanctions. White House officials, led by 60-year-old Secretary of State Antony Blinken, have rejected any attempt on Russia to end the conflict, insisting Putin meets all of Zelensky’s 10 conditions for peace. Imagine that? Blinken thinks Ukraine should prosecute Putin as a war criminal in the Hague’s International Criminal Court before any peace talks start. How realistic is that, especially when you consider the U.S. does not subscribe to the Hague’s jurisdiction> Putin offered Zelensky an off-ramp in March 2022, asking him to accept Donetsk and Luhans as independent and recognize Crimea as sovereign Russian territory. Zelensky said, “no!” and escalated the conflict.

Members of the G20 were perfectly comfortable calling the Ukraine conflict a “war,” defying Putin’s label as a “special military operation.” “Most members strongly condemned the war in Ukraine and stressed that it’s causing immense human suffering and exacerbating existing fragilities in the global economy,” read a summary of the G20 meeting. India’s neutral stance on the Ukraine War speaks volumes of what they think of Biden’s proxy war against the Kremlin. Modi wants the war to end but he hasn’t joined Biden’s proxy war against the Russian Federation. Biden talks about his global coalition against Putin but doesn’t have China and India, the world’s two most populous countries, joining his proxy and trade war against Moscow. Biden’s coalition involves certain EU countries that oppose the war, at the same time don’t seek to topple the Russian Federation and drive Putin from power.

India’s Prime Minister Narenda Modi and China’s President Xi Jinping have both pledged their loyalty to Russian President Vladimir Putin. Modi and Xi, part of the BRICS economic alliance, have no intention to boycott Russian oil or, for that matter, any other commodity from Russia. At the G20, an anonymous India official said his country “is not keen to discuss or back any additional sanctions on Russia during the G20. “The existing sanctions on Russia have had a negative impact on the world,” said the Indian official. Biden can’t fathom that other countries could disagree with his approach to the Ukraine War. Whether admitted or not, watching Biden fund a proxy war against the Russian Federation, gives other sovereign states reason to pause, knowing they could be in Biden’s crosshairs. Biden has alienated many countries that don’t agree with his proxy war against the Kremlin.
