Former FBI Director 59-year-old James Comey starts to sweat as his counterintelligence investigation into 73-year-old President Donald Trump goes into a new phase, with 70-year-old U.S. Atty. John Durham (R-Conn.) getting closer to potential indictments. Newly released “footnotes” to the Dec. 9, 2019 Department of Justice [JOJ] Inspector General [IG] Report indicates that Comey knew that the so-called “Steele Dossier” was actually riddled with Russian disinformation. Former Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton paid Glen Simpson’s FusionGPS to fabricate opposition research against Trump. What wasn’t made public was that Comey’s Operation Crossfire, a counterintelligence probe into Trump’s campaign, used the Steele Dossier to dupe the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act [FISA] Court to get warrants to wiretap former Trump foreign policy aid Carter Page.

New revelations about IG Horowitz’s report on the FBI shows that Comey and his Crossfire Hurricane lieutenants knew that the Steele Dossier was tainted by Russian disinformation. Knowing this, Comey went full steam ahead presenting the FISA Court with fraudulent probable cause. Comey’s actions prompted 74-year-old former FISA Court Chief Judge Rosemary Collyer to rebuke the FBI Dec. 17, 2019 for duping her court. “Russian disinformation campaign to denigrate U.S. foreign relations,” stated the footnote in IG Horowitz’s Report. Horowitz found “significant inaccuracies and omissions” in the FBI FISA applications but stopped short of sending a referral to the Atty. General for prosecution. Durham has the unenviable task of connecting-the-dots in what could result in grand jury indictments against Comey, former Deputy FBI Director Andrew McCabe, former Agent Peter Strzok, FBI Atty. Lisa Page and others.

Significance of the IG’s footnote is that it confirms that the Steele Dossier was dirty document designed to undermine Trump’s political campaign, helping Hillary win the 2016 election. What the footnote shows is that there was a wider conspiracy inside the FBI, DOJ and National Security Agency [NSA], going to the to of the White House decision chain, including former Atty. Gen. Loretta Lynch, National Security Adviser Susan Rice and President Barack Obama. Durham’s evidence goes beyond corruption at the FBI to the highest levels of the U.S. government involved in an organized conspiracy to sabotage Trump’s presidential campaign. “I think the president has every right to be frustrated,” said Atty. Gen. William Barr, “because I think what happened to him was one to the greatest travesties in American history.” Comey has every reason to get that sinking feeling.

Unearthing IG Horowitz’s footnote lends credibility to what everyone knows that the FBI used Hillary’s bogus opposition research as evidence to exploit the FISA court to dig up dirt on the Trump campaign. When you consider that former Deputy Atty. Gen. Rod Rosenstein appointed former FBI Director Bob Mueller as Special Counsel May 17, 2017, after signing off on FISA application, it invalidates the $30 million, 22-month Special Counsel investigation to Trump’s alleged Russia’s ties. Yet the Democrat Party and mainstream press pushed the Russian Hoax since Trump was sworn in Jan. 20, 2017. Crossfire Hurricane looks more like an orchestrated attempt by Comey to undermine Trump’s presidential election. When emails-and-texts surfaced from Strzok and Page trashing Trump and talking about how’d they stop him for getting elected, Comey’s criminal enterprise starts to fit together.

Trump fired Comey May 9, 2017, calling him “dirty cop,” for leaking the Steele Dossier garbage to the press, fueling stories in the New York Times and Washington Post for years about Trump’s alleged Russian ties. Durham now has the goods on Comey & Company but he has more work to do to link Crossfire Hurricane to Lynch, Rice, and, yes, Obama. In footnote 302, “Person 1 had historical contact with person and entities suspected of being linked to RIS [Russian Intel] . . .In addition, in late December 2016, Department [DOJ] Attorney Bruce Ohr told SS 1 that he had met with Glenn Sumpson [FusionGPS] and that Simpson has assessed that Person 1 was a RIS [Russian Intel] officer were central in connecting Trump to Russia.” If that doesn’t confirm the FBI conspiracy to undermine Trump’s campaign, then what does? Sen. Charles Grassley (R-Iowa) confirmed that Crossfire Hurricane was flawed.

Getting closer by the day to putting it all together, Durham has the information he needs to show that Comey & his FBI partners-in-crime committed egregious abuses of FISA law but, more importantly, engaged in an illegal conspiracy using the authority of the FBI to undermine Trump’s 2016 political campaign. Durham’s mission is to go beyond the FBI, up the chain of command at the DOJ, NSA and the West Wing to determine who authorized Crossfire Hurricane. Traced to July 2016, Crossfire Hurricane started covertly right after Trump was confirmed July 19 by the Republican National Committee [RNC] as his Party’s official nominee. It’s inconceivable that Comey operated without orders from Lynch and Obama to use the nation’s federal law enforcement agency and National Security apparatus to do everything possible to upend Trump’s 2016 presidential campaign.
