Weighing in to the 2020 Presidential campaign, 58-year-old former President Barack Obama said giving records to the Senate’s Homeland Security and Government Affairs Committee about 50-year-old Hunter Biden’s activities in Ukraine was “to give credence to a Russian disinformation campaign,” Obama said in a letter to the National Archives. Democrats don’t want anyone snooping around asking questions about 77-year-old former Vice President Joe Biden’s dealings with former aide Tara Read who accused him of digital rape March 19. Nor do Democrats, not least of whom Obama, want Republicans looking into Joe Biden’s role in landing his son Hunter an $80,000 a years job on Ukraine’s natural gas company Burisma’s Holdings board. Can’t ask questions about how Joe, who headed Ukraine’s anti-corruption task force, landed Hunter a lucrative job in Ukraine without any prior experience.

Democrats think it’s out-of-bounds to investigate Hunter Biden’s activities in Ukraine while his father headed Obama’s anti- corruption task force for Ukraine. Hunter admitted Oct. 15, 2019 to ABC News that working on Burisma’s board was a mistake. “In retrospect, look, I think that it was poor judgment on my part,” Hunter told ABC News Amy Robach. But Hunter said “he did nothing wrong at all,” referring to taking an $80,000 a month salary from Burisma Holdings, making $2.2 million over a three-year period. “I gave a hook to some very unethical people to act in illegal ways to try to do some harm to my father. That’s where I made my mistake,” Hunter said. But if Hunter said it was a mistake to work for Burisma, why did Joe help land him the job? Hunter admitted to ABC News that without his father, he probably wouldn’t have gotten the job on Burisma Holdings’ board.

When Hunter refers to “unethical people,” he’s talking about 73-year-old President Donald Trump who asked in a phone call July 25, 2019, 40-year-old Ukrainian Preside Volodymyr Zelensky to investigate Hunter and Joe. House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff (D-Calif.) and House Judiciary Chairman Jerold Nadler (D-N.Y.) initiated impeachment proceedings against Trump for his phone call with Zelensky. Obama incorrectly thinks that Johnson and Finance Chairman Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) want to prove that Ukraine, not Russia, meddled in the 2016 elections. Republicans want to know Joe Biden’s role in landing his son Hunter a lucrative job on a corrupt Ukrainian board. Responding the Johnson and Grassley’s request, Obama’s former Chief of Staff Anita Decker Breckenridge said the request was “out of line,” completely missing the intent of the document request.

Hunter’s illicit gains in Ukraine was built off of a corrupt energy company, something Joe arranged for him. Joe boasted Sept. 20, 2019 at the Council on Foreign Relations that he got former Ukrainian prosecutor Viktor Shokin fired to seeking to investigate Burisma Holdings, the company Hunter worked for. Yet somehow Obama’s got his wires crossed, that Johnson and Grassley were looking for something else. Like the Tara Reade sexual assault charges, the New York Times and other left-wing publications spin the Senate’s request for documents about Hunter Biden as Republicans’ attempt to show Ukraine meddled in the 2016 presidential election. Republicans want to know the extent the Joe took advantage of Ukraine’s corruption to help his own family. Hunter said, when asked by ABC, he made a mistake, collecting $80,000 a month from Burisma Holdings.

Democrats impeached Trump based on a so-called “whistleblower” that exposed Trump’s conversation with Zelensky. When 75-year-old Special Counsel Robert Mueller finished in 22-month, $40 million investigation March 23, 2019 into alleged Trump collusion with Russia in the 2016 election, Democrats hoped for an impeachable offense. When Mueller cleared Trump of conspiring with Russia, Democrats were fit to be tied. They spent six months cherry picking the Muller Report for anything impeachable. When they found nothing, suddenly a “whistleblower” turns up. Whatever the impeachment charges against Trump, he was acquitted Feb. 5 in the Senate in a largely partisan vote. Democrat have turned their ire now to Trump handling of the global coronavirus pandemic, accusing the president of mishandling the U.S. response, causing unnecessary deaths.

Obama archivist of presidential records completely misses Johnson and Grassley’s request for documents about Hunter Biden. “The request for early release of presidential records in order to give credence to a Russian disinformation campaign—on that has already been thoroughly investigate by a bipartisan congressional committee—is without precedent,” Breckenridge wrote. Breckenridge doesn’t get the purpose of looking into Joe Biden’s role in landing his son Hunter cushy job. Beyond that, Senate Republican investigators are far more interested in Obama’s role, if any, in authorizing his former Atty. Gen. Loretta Lynch, former National Security Adviser Susan Rice and FBI Director James Comey to launch a counterintelligence investigation against Trump to undermine his 2016 presidential campaign. With 70-year-old 69-year-old Atty. Gen. William Barr and his associate U.S. Atty. John Duraham (R-Conn.) looking into that matter, Obama could get other document requests.
