Demanding documents from 53-year-old FBI Director Christopher Wray, 56-year0old Rep. Jim Jordan (R-Ohio) wants to get to the bottom of the FBI’s entrapment of Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn Dec. 17, 2016 after named by 73-year-old Donald Trump as National Security Adviser. Jordan wants all FBI documents related to Flynn’s interviews after FBI interrogator Joe Pientka’s handwritten notes were recently released, showing that they set Flynn up in a perjury trap. “What is our goal,” Pientka asked. “Truth/admission, or get him to lie, so we can prosecute him or get him fired,” exposing the dirty game played by 59-year-old former FBI Director James Comey. Agent Bill Priestap was the former head of FBI’s counterintelligence operations, tasked with exposing Trump campaign officials with perjury for their alleged involvement with the Russian government in the 2016 presidential campaign.
Priestap’s a new name among the gaggle of FBI’s top brass and agents involved in a covert attempt to sabotage the campaign of Trump. Comey led the FBI’s counterintelligence investigation into the Trump campaign together with former Deputy FBI Director Andrew McCabe, FBI Agent Peter Sztrok and his lover, former FBI Atty. Lisa Page. Strzok and Page’s emails and texts exposed an active plot by the FBI to sabotage Trump’s presidential campaign or Plan B, if he became president, how to remove him from office. Comey relied heavily on former Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton’s paid opposition research AKA the “Steele Dossier,” a phony concoction of charges by former British MI6 agent Christopher Steele, bought and paid for by FusionGPS, Glen Simpson’s opposition research firm, designed to damage Trump’s campaign for president.
Hillary made it a central part of her campaign, exposed during the last presidential debate Oct. 19, 2016 in Las Vegas, calling Trump a “Putin puppet.” That fake opposition research was brought to Comey by the late Sen. John McCain (R-Az.), a maverick U.S. Senator who despised Trump, part of Republicans, like former Gov. Jeb Bush (R-Fl.) and Sen. Mitt Romney (R-Ut.), “Never Trumpers.” Comey used Hillary’s “oppo” research to open up a counterintelligence investigation into the Trump campaign, using the Steele Dossier” as “predicate” or probable cause to go to the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act [FISA] Court to obtain wiretaps on Flynn, former Trump foreign policy aide Carter Page and minor foreign policy aide George Papadopoulos. Former Chief Judge of the FISA Court Rosemary Collyer said Dec. 19, 2019 that the FBI essentially duped her court presenting phony probable cause to get warrants to wiretap.
Jordan, ranking member of the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee and Rep. Mike Johnson (R-La.) asked Wray to provide all documents related to Flynn. Flynn’s conversation with 69-year-old former Russian U.S. Amb. Sergey Kislyak were wiretapped and unmasked by former National Security Adviser Susan Rice. Rice admitted April 3, 2017 that she “unmasked” conversations between Kislyak and Flynn. It was those wiretapped conversations with Kyslyak that gave Priestap, who headed the FBI counterintelligence operation against the Trump campaign, all the ammo he needed to entrap Flynn. “The American people continue to learn troubling details about the politicization and misconduct at the highest levels of the FBI during the Obama-Biden Administration,” Jordan said. Jordan wants Wray to supply all FBI documents related to its “Crossfire Razor” probe.
Newly released documents show that Agent Peter Strzok asked to keep the counterintelligence investigation open on Flynn, even after they reviewed the wiretapped conversation with Kislyak and found nothing wrong. Flynn was interviewed by Strzok and Agent Joe Pientka, questioning, in side notes, whether the interview was “to get him to lie, so we can prosecute him or get him fired,” proving that Flynn was set up without any basis to the FBI probe. What makes the Flynn case more revealing was that Rice “unmasked” the conversation between Kislyak and Flynn. Rice would not have unmasked anything had her boss, former Atty. Gen. Loretta Lynch and her boss, former President Barack Obama, not authorized to investigation. Jordan wants Pientka and Preistap to be available for interview. Jordan wants to know what roles they played in what looks like and illegal counterintelligence investigation.
Comey has denied doing anything improper when at the FBI, especially relating to his counterintelligence investigation into the Trump campaign. Comey told two congressional committees under oath he had sufficient probable cause to investigate the Trump campaign, denying that he only used the Steele Dossier. But when asked to produce other sources of probable cause, he produced none. Atty. Gen. William Barr said in Congressional testimony April 11, 2019 that he believes the FBI spied on the Trump campaign. Comey expressed disbelief. “When I hear that kind of language used, it’s concerning because the FBI and the Department of Justice conduct court-ordered surveillance,” Comey said April 11. Barr called it spying because he doesn’t believe Comey had sufficient probable cause using Hillary paid opposition research to open up a counterintelligence investigation.
