Since the cornavirus AKA SARS CoV-2 or Covid-19 jumped global borders in December 2019 or January to become the worst global plague since the 1918 H1N1 Spanish Flu pandemic, China has engaged in a propaganda war to deny it originated in Wuhan, China. China’s 66-year-old President Xi Jinping has practically done everything to avoid liability that infected 3,479,069 and killed 244,450 worldwide. Growing liability prompted Chinese Foreign Ministry Spokesman Zhao Lijian to say March 14 that the U.S. military planted the coronvirus in Wuhan in Oct. 2019. When that didn’t fly, breeding more global hostility toward Beijing, his Foreign Ministry colleague 57-year-old Le Yucheng to said April 29 that the U.S. response to the coronvirus was too slow, nothing like China when it locked down Wuhan Jan. 23. Trump initiated his travel ban against China Jan. 31, one week later.
Yucheng’s statement confirms that China had a raging coronviurs epidemic Jan. 23, escalating for at least two months before Beijing clamped down. Yucheng, a member of the Chinese Communist Party [CCP], tires to manipulate the U.S. media that’s looking for any excuse to blame Trump. Well, the U.S. press has a good friend in Beijing, who’s doing everything possible to deny liability. Yucheng forgets that on Jan. 15, Trump signed a Phase 1 Trade deal with China, less focused on what would develop into a runaway SARS CoV-2 pandemic. When WHO Director General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyseus admonished Trump Feb. 3 for interfering with China’s “trade and travel,” it showed the WHO was involved in a cover-up with China. Yucheng wants to show what China did to crack down Jan. 23, but China and WHO were denying “human-to-human” transmission in Wuhan.
Yucheng admits China locked down Wuhan Jan. 23 but WHO said Jan. 14 that there was no “human-to-human” transmission. What Trump and the Center for Disease Control [CDC] didn’t know at the time was that millions of infected Chinese citizens visited the United States and Europe over the holidays, planting the virus everywhere where it spread like wildfire. “On Jan. 23 when Wuhan went on lock down, the U.S. reported only one confirmed case but on March 13 when President Trump announced a national emergency, the United States reported over 1,600 confirmed cases,” Yucheng said April 29. Yucheng knows that the WHO didn’t declare a global pandemic until March 11, Trump declaring a national emergency two days later. Yucheng’s propaganda does everything possible to hide the origin of the virus. Yucheng said China cannot be blamed for a naturally occurring disease.
On Feb. 22, Xi declared that China would implement strict new “biosecurity” procedure in its labs “to protect the peoples’ health.” Xi wasn’t referring to a naturally occurring virus back then. Following Xi’s Feb. 22 order, China’s Ministry of Science and Technology issued a new directive. “Instructions on strengthening biosecurity management in microbiology labs that handle advance viruses like the novel coronvirus,” read the Ministry’s directive. At the same time as the directive came out, Xi dispatched China’s leading virus authority from Peoples Liberation Army [PLA] Maj. Gen. Chen Wei to Wuhan to help contain the runaway SARS CoV-2 epidemic. Those sequences show exactly what Xi and the Ministry of Science and Technology thought that the virus escaped from Wuhan’s Institute of virology.. Xi mentioned nothing, like Yucheng April 29, about a naturally occurring event.
Beijing can’t backtrack now from what happened because they bear growing liability for the widespread destruction around the planet from the Wuhan lab-originated virus. Sending Lijian March 14 and now Yucheng Apil 29 to spread as much propaganda as possible can’t hide the fact that the deadly, highly contagious coronavirus originated in Wuhan’s Institute of Virology Level 4 biosecurity labs. Xi and the Ministry of Science and Technology wouldn’t have announced new procedures in “microbiology labs that handle advance viruses like the novel coronavirus” unless it leaked from a lab at the Wuhan Institute of Virology. All the propaganda from China is soaked up by a U.S. press determined to blame Trump in an Election Year for mismanaging the U.S. response. Trump refused to answer a question on the origin of the virus saying, “I can’t tell you that. I am not allowed to tell you that”
Trump said U.S. intel officials are busy determining the origin of the coronavirus. Based on Xi’s own words Feb. 22 and the Ministry of Science and Technology, it’s clear that a breach took place at China’s Level 4 biolsecurity laboratory. While there’s zero evidence that the novel coronavirus was man-made or genetically engineered in Wuhan, there’s overwhelming evidence that it leaked from the Institute of Virology. Chinese apologists want to blame it on zoonotic [animal to human] transmission but there’s more evidence that it leaked from a bioweapons’ lab in the Institute of Virology. “We don’t know precisely where this virus originated from . . “ said Secretary of State Mike Pompeo But if Trump and Pompeo want the answer they need to look no further than Xi and the Ministry of Science and Technology Feb. 22.
