LOS ANGELES (OC).–Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said Russia has been supplying Iran with intel to target U.S. bases in the Middle East, pleading with President Donald Trump to supply him with more cash-and-arms in Ukraine. Since taking office Jan. 20, 2025, Trump has cut Ukraine off from receiving more cash-and-arms to prosecute its war with the Kremlin. Zelensky has ulterior motives in announcing that Russia supplies Iran with intel to battle the U.S. and Israel. Whether that’s true or not, Trump is not going to supply Ukrine with more cash-and-arms to continue fighting the Russian Federation. Trump gave Zelensky and off-ramp to its hostilities with Russia, knowing the war could end anytime if Zelensky accepted Trump’s peace plan. But Zelensky and his backers in the European Union oppose Trump’s peace plan because its cedes Ukrainian territory to Moscow.
Zelensky wants to rub it in to Trump that Russia actually back Iran, though does very little now that it’s bogged down in Ukraine. Well, Zelensky doesn’t get the complex historic relationship the U.S. has with Russia. To Zelensky, he liked it when former President Joe Biden when full in in arming-and-funding Ukraine to battle the Kremlin. Zelensky found it odd that Trump no longer followed the Biden policy, Zelensky practically came to blows with Trump Feb. 28, 2025 in the Oval Office when Trump told him “he didn’t have the cards” in dictating an end to the Ukraine War. Zelensky wanted to settle the conflict on his terms, demanding the Russia pay Kiev war reparations and accept charging Russian President Vladimir Putin with war crimes. What kind of settlement is that? Trump came up with realistic plan that would have ended the war two years ago.
So, when it comes to trusting anything Zelensky says, talking about Russia helping Iran comes as no surprise. Iran, as part of OPEC, has a strategic partnership with Russia, actually supplying Russian of Shahed drones to wage its war with Ukraine. Trump knows all about the help Iran gives to Russia with drone in the Ukraine War. Whether Putin help Iran or not, Trump won’t change his policy on Ukraine because he rejected Trump’s realistic peace plan that would have ended the war two years ago. Zelensky keeps the war going because he’s collected over $100 billion euros from Brussels over the last year. He has enough cash to keep the war going for two more years. Meanwhile, Zelensky watches his country lose more sovereign territory to Russia daily and continue to destroy its infrastructure putting civilians in harms way while he prosecutes his war with the Kremlin.
Iran’s President Massoud Pezeshkian warned Arab Gulf States if they continue to allow the U.S. to use its bases around the Middle East they can expect to get attacked by Iran. Arab Gulf States have been under attack from Iran for the past four weeks, something not likely to change until Iran’s mullah government has been toppled. Trump gave Iran until April 6 to open up the Strait of Hormuz or face the full wrath of the U.S. military. Trump served notice on what’s left of Iran’s leadership that the Strait of Hormuz was a international waterway and must be opened for commercial shipping from Arab Gulf State. Iran has adopted terrorist tactic in its war strategy, holding the rest of the world hostage in the Persian Gulf. Iran has no legal rights to the global waterway responsible for about 20% of the world oil and liquefied natural gas coming from oil rich Gulf States.
Iran rejected Trump’s 15-point peace plan to end the Iran War, promising to end all oil sanctions in exchange for limits on Iran’s nuclear enrichment and ballistic missile programs. Iran’s mullahs countered Trump’s proposal, demanding that Trump pay reparations and recognize Iran’s sovereignty over the Strait of Hormuz. If that’s not a recipe for Iran’d destruction then what is? If Iran’s mullah don’t come to their senses soon, they’ll face a calamity of epic proportions with Trump promising to wipe out Iran’s electrical grid. If Tehran’s 8.5 million citizens go dark, they’ll have good reason to revolt Iran’s mullahs already faced a revolt in D.c 2025 and Jan. with street protesters demanding an end to mullah rule. Threatening Arab Gulf State Pezeshkian is one step away from watching Arab State join Trump’s war to finally topple the radical mullah government.
Iran’s mullah regime is heading for extinction rejecting Trump peace propoasal, making outrageous demands for reparations and sovereignty over the Strait of Hormuz. Iran’s mullah have resulted in the most crass terrorist tactics, no difference that Yemen’s Houthis or Somali pirates in the Horn of African. Iran has no right to control a global shipping channel in the Persian Gulf. Trump gave Iran until April 6 to open up the Strait of Hormuz or face the full force of the U.S. military. Trump promised to knock out Iran’s electricity grid plunging Tehran’s 9.5 million population into darkness. Iran’s radical mullahs have created mayhem in the Middle East warranting regime change. Whether Trump knows it or not, it’s too late to let Iran’s mullah government stay in power. All the reasons for the Iran war have converged to the inevitable of regime change.
