LOS ANGELES (OC).–Doubling down to protect former FBI Director James Comey, the fake news puts all its prestige on the line defending the embattled former FBI directory. Fake news insists that Trump’s public comments about Comey’s past role in using the FBI to sabotage Trump’s 2016 presidential campaign by opening up a counterintelligence investigation in 2016 into Trump’s alleged ties with the Kremlin. Turns out after an exhaustive investigation by former FBI Director Robert Muller, lasting 22-months and costing $40 million, that Trump had no role in colluding with the Russian Federation. Mueller knew this at the outset of his investigation because Comey’s counterintelligence investigation was built off former Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton’s bogus “Steele Dossier,” making all kinds of baseless allegations against Trump and his 2016 campaign.
When it comes to Comey, it was far worse than meets the eye related to his testimony in the Senate Judiciary Committee, Comey spent the better part of three years leaking fake information to the New York Times, Washington Post and other broadcast networks, stating with conviction that Trump was a Russian asset. Now the fake news insists that because Trump stated his opinions about Comey on his Truth Social network, he’s destroyed his case. But how do Trump’s public comments change any of the facts in the case? Comey was indicted Sept. 25 by a Grand Jury for obstruction and lying to Congress but it’s the tip of the iceberg. Comey spent years feeding the New York Times and Washington post fake information to discredit Trump’s 2016 campaign and presidency. By the time he was fired by Trump May 8, 2017, he conducted an illegal conspiracy at the FBI.
What would an FBI Director do using his office to concoct phony charges against a GOP presidential nominee? Comey was guilty to jumping into the political fray in 2016, all for the purpose of sabotaging Trump’s campaign, electing Hillary. How could Comey abuse his power as FBI Director to direct the agency’s resources to concocting a phony counterintelligence investigation? Fake news defends Comey because they refuse to admit they jumped on the political bandwagon in 2016 and beyond to discredit Trump anyway possible, especially when he won the 2016 presidential election. What right does the FBI Director have to use the federal law enforcement apparatus for political purposes? Comey got his orders from someone, including former President Barack Obama. All the Democrats were invested heavily in Hillary becoming president, sabotaging Trump’s campaign.
If Comey gets convicted it’s going to expose the fake news for concocting stories about Trump purely for political purposes. For years, the New York Times and Washington Post won Pulitzer Prizes for reporting fake news about Trump alleged ties to Russia, all because Comey leaked stories to the papers. Once he was fired by Trump for egregious corruption, the fake news went into overdrive to demand that Trump be investigated by a Special Counsel. Because former Atty. Gen. Jeff Sessions recused himself, former Deputy Atty. Gen. Rod Rosenstein appointed Robert Mueller as Special Counsel. Rosenstein and Mueller knew at the time that Comey’s counterintelligence investigation used Hillary fake Steele Dossier to allege Trump’s ties with the Kremlin. Rosenstein and Mueller knew from Day One they had no real case against Trump at all.
Comey pleaded innocent in federal court Oct. 8, hoping the judge would dismiss his case based on politically motivated prosecution. How ironic that Comey wants to be saved because of politics when that’s what drove him to investigate Trump in the first place. Trump said publicly that Comey was a dirty cop, on the payroll of the Democrat Party looking in 2016 to do anything possible to elect Hillary. Yet the minor charges for which he’s been indicted pale in comparison to the monstrous conspiracy back in 2016. No past Obama official, including Obama himself, has been charged with violating the rule of law for political reasons. Comey was charged by a grand jury for obstruction and deliberately misleading the Senate Judiciary Committee about his office leaking information to the press. Comey was on an big ego trip when fabricated charges against Trump.
Whatever charges Comey faces they pale in comparison to his egregious abuse of the FBI for purely political purposes in 2016, until Trump fired him May 8, 2017. Comeny epitomized the weaponization culture where government officials violated their oaths of office to sabotage Trump’s campaign and presidency. Former Atty. Gen. Rod Rosenstein and Special Counsel Robert Mueller knew from Day One they had no real case against Trump but proceeded anyway to waste $40 million. DOJ’s former lead prosecutor Andrew Weissmann became Democrats’ favorite phony pundit justifying Trump’s prosecution. So, when it comes to Comey he should have been charged with treason for violating his oath of office to become a dirty Democrat political operative while serving as FBI Director. Now he says his case should be tossed out on a technicality.
