LOS ANGELES (OC).–Ukraine’s 47-year-old President Volodymyr Zelensky continues to blow smoke in Europe, saying that Russia represents a threat not just to Ukraine but all of Europe.  That’s been Zelensky’s mantra since the Feb. 24, 2022 start of the Ukraine War, telling former President Joe Biden that Russian President Vladimir Putin was on the march in Europe.  How ironic since Ukraine was never part of Europe until Zelensky said it was, after being part of the Russian Federation and Empire for at least 200 years.  But now that Russia’s at war with Ukraine, Zelensky says Putin wants more territory in Europe, not just Ukraine.  Putin has asked the European Union to stop its Russian hysteria, saying Russia is a threat to no one, other than prosecuting its war with Ukraine.  Putin said clearly to the EU that he doesn’t seek to pick a fight with NATO or take any European territory.

Speaking at 50-member European conference in Copenhagen, Zelensky said the Putin seeks to “escalate” the war beyond Ukraine’s borders, citing recent drone and fighter jet incursions into Poland and Estonia’s airspace as proof or Russian intentions. Putin said that Russia did not deliberately violate Poland or Estonia’s airspace, asking Europeans to tone down the anti-Russian rhetoric.  “The recent drone incidents  across Europe are a clear sign that Russia still feels bold enough to escalate this war,” Zelensky told delegates, asking for more cash-and-arms to defend Ukraine.  “It was never just about Ukraine, Russia has always aimed to break the West and Europe,” said Zelensky in a new call for cash-and-arms.  When Trump came to power, he told Zelensky that the U.S. would no longer hand him a blank check to fund in government and the Ukraine War.

Zelensky has been preaching to the EU about Putin’s evil intent, citing random or deliberate flyover as proof that he seeks to escalate the war. When Zelensky says it was never just about Ukraine, he’s trying his best to pull the EU and NATO into the conflict with hopes to fight the Kremlin indefinitely.  While it’s three-and-a-half-years and counting, the conflict could going on indefinitely, with Zelensky telling the EU all he needs is more cash-and-arms. Putin said he was “closely monitoring the rising militarization of Europe,” promising the Russian response would be timely and “significant.”  Putin railed about the Russian “hysteria,” asking the EU to to “just calm down.”  Zelensky wants the EU to accept his false narrative that Putin is gearing up for a war with the EU and NATO, something Putin denies.  Zelensky only seeks more cash-and-arms from the EU.

Zelensky has the EU eating out of his hands, convincing them that Putin seeks more European territory.  So, all of Trump’s peace efforts came crashing down when Zelensky stabbed him in the back at the Munich Security Conference.  Zelensky told delegates at Munich that Trump could care less about European security.  Trump wanted to settle the war in a practical war having talking and met with Putin extensively to know what it would take to end the war.  EU officials led by French President Emmanuel Macron, German Chancellor Friedrich Merz and U.K. Prime Minister Keir Starmer agreed with Zelensky that they cannot cede any territory in a peace settlement to the Russian Federation.  With Putin winning the war, taking more sovereign Ukraine territory, of course Putin would want in any peace settlement to keep spoils of the over three-and-a-half year war.

Putin understands how sincere Trump was in ending the Ukraine War, something he couldn’t do once the EU took over the peace process, agreeing with Zelensky that he won’t surrender any territory to Moscow.  Without a land-for-peace formula, there’s no end in sight to the Ukraine War, prompting the EU to talking about seizing billions in frozen Russian assets held in Belgium’s central bank.  Belgium’s Foreign Minister Maxime Prevot said it would be disastrous to finance Ukraine from frozen Russian assets.  No country in the world would trust Belgium to keep assets in its central back again.  Stealing Russia’s frozen assets would be a legitimate act of war from the Kremlin.  Yet Macron, Merz and  Starmer are all in on taking Russian  assets to subsidize the war.  “If the Russians dare to launch drones against Poland or violate the airspeace of northern European countries, it seems this can happen anywhere,” Zelensky said.

Zelensky continue to push the EU and NATO fo fight his battle with the Kremlin, knowing that it would only prolong the war indefinitely. Painting itself into a core, the EU has followed Zelensky over the cliff, the exact opposite of what Trump envisioned.  Even though Trump agreed to sell NATO more weapons systems to supply Ukraine, it’s not the same as Trump backing the EU current proxy war with the Kremlin.  Trump wanted to end the war through negotiation and compfromise, knowing the risks of escalation into WW IIII or possibly nuclear war.  EU officials have been duped by Zelensky to think Putin wants to go after more European territory.  There’s no evidence that’s what he wants or intends for the future. Putin wants to negotiate and end to the Ukraine War but only if it recognizes the territory gains Russia made in over three-and-a-half years of war.
