LOS ANGELES.–Russian President Vladimir Putin, 72, confirmed that the U.S. tried to provoke him into using nuclear weapons in Ukraine, largely because 82-year-old Joe Biden turned the Ukraine War into a war between the U.S. and the Kremlin.  When Putin invaded Ukraine with 200,000 Russian troops Feb. 24, 2022, it was due to a failure of diplomacy between Biden and Putin, with Biden refusing to stop arming Ukraine with dangerous offensive weapons.  Putin asked Biden for months to discuss new security arrangements for Ukraine, all falling on deaf ears.  Biden denounced Putin’s invasion as “unprovoked and unjustified,” when, in fact, it was “justified and provoked” because of Biden arming Kiev with lethal weapons for an eventual war with Russia. Putin tried to preempt the Ukrainian attack by moving his army into Ukraine with the expressed purpose of disarming the Kiev government.

Biden insisted that the war was necessary to protect Ukraine’s democracy, feeble excuse to end decades of diplomacy, détente, arms control and global cooperation with the Russian Federation.  But Biden decided unilaterally that the U.S. would fund proxy war with the Kremlin.  Putin understood that the war in Ukraine had morphed to an existential war against his Kremlin government, pouring every resource into the fight.  Putin said all options were on the table meaning that if Russian sovereignty were threatened by the West he would resort to using nuclear weapons.  “They wanted to provoke us, they wanted to make us make mistakes,” Putin said in the film, “Russia, Kremlin, Putin, 25 years.”  “However, there was no need to use nuclear weapons,” Putin said.  “And I hope that will not be necessary in the future either,” Putin said, showing he’s opposes to using nukes.

When the Association of Atomic Scientists met in 2024, they turned up the doomsday clock to the closed to midnight in its history.  When they meet again in 2025, expect the clock to be turned back because of Trump ending the U.S. proxy war with the Kremlin.  Former Vice President Kamala Harris promised if elected she would continue Biden’s proxy war against the Kremlin indefinitely.  No one in the fake news admits that Trump has pushed for peace in Ukraine, reducing the threat of WW III and nuclear war on the European Continent.  Biden actually threatened Chinese President Xi Jinping in 2022, saying he would commit U.S. troops to stop a Beijing invasion of Taiwan.  So, between Russia and Communist China, Biden was really pushing the world to the brink.  Now that Trump’s in charge, global tensions have dropped levels not seen in years.

Democrats and the fake news all backed Biden’s war with the Kremlin, claiming that Putin was trying to take over more European countries.  Putin never said he wanted more territory in Europe but Biden and Ukraine’s 47-year-old President Volodymyr Zelensky insisted that Putin had his eyes on more European countries.  Members of the European Union like European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen still believe Putin wants to take over more parts of Europe.  Putin has made clear in numerous interviews, including one with journalist Tucker Carlson, that he has no intention of taking over any more EU countries.  Biden and Zelensky used the accusation as an excuse to keep the war going.  Some EU officials think they should keep the war going until Putin gets out of Ukraine.  Putin shows no signs to leaving Ukraine anytime soon.

U.S. officials admitted they thought Putin would drop a nuke on Ukraine sometime in 2022 when it became clear to the Kremlin that Biden funded the proxy war. Putin no longer saw the war as between Kiev and Moscow but between Washington and Moscow.  War hawks in the U.S. Congress still believe in continuing the war until Putin gets out of Ukraine.  Today’s Ukraine war actually started back in 2014 when Ukraine launched its Maiden Revolution ousting the Kremlin-backed Kiev government of Viktor Yahukovych.  Once Yanukovych fled Kiev, Putin annexed the Crimean Peninsula March 1, 2024 to protect in naval and air bases.  Ukraine’s new government led by Petro Poroshenko didn’t offer Putin a long-term lease to stay in Crimea.  Putin felt he had no choice but to annex Crimea.  Zelensky continues to battle to have Russia ousted from Crimea.

Trump has done the entire world a service promoting peace in Ukraine. If Biden or Kamala stayed in office, they world could have been headed to WW III or nuclear war. Putin admitted today that the Western Alliance was pushing him to use nukes in Ukraine. Putin said he didn’t need nuclear weapons to accomplish his military objective in Ukraine.  Trump has flipped-the-script on Democrats and the EU by seeking normal diplomatic relations with the Kremlin.  Because of Trump’s overtures to Putin he no longer has the same excuse for continuing the war now that Trump no longer supports proxy war.  Putin only said he would use nukes to stop an imminent attack on the Russian Federation, if his regime was threatened. Now that Trump’s stopped the proxy war with the Kremlin, Putin is left asking himself why he should continue the war.
