LOS ANGELES.–Continuing the dog-and-pony show in the European Union [EU], French Prime Minister  Francois Bayrou called 78-year-old President Donald Trump’s dressing down of 47-year-old Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky in the Oval Office an act of brutality.  French President Emmanuel Macron, 47, has no control over his fellow politicians in the French parliament, making fools out of themselves for domestic consumption.  “On Friday night, in the Oval Office of the White House, a staggering scene unfurled before the lenses of the entire world, marked by brutality, a desire to humiliate, with the goal of making Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky fold through threats, so that he give in to the demands of his agressors,” Bayrou said.  So, to Bayrou Trump is the aggressor in the Ukraine War when the U.S. gave Kiev some $300 billion to pay for the government and war?

What planet does the French Prime Minister inhabit?  Zelensky was in the Oval Office to sign a rare earth mineral deal to help rebuild the Ukrainian economy.  Then, Zelensky had a nervous breakdown in front of Trump and 40-year-old Vice President J.D. Vance, fighting over the Ukraine War.  What was Trump and Vance supposed to do, listen to Zelensky’s rubbish without responding?  Trump only told Zelensky the truth that he has no cards or leverage in any peace deal with the Russian Federation because he’s lost the three-year-old war.  Trump told Zelensky to stop telling the U.S. what would happen if Ukraine loses the war to the Kremlin, the same feeble talking points given by 82-year-old former President Joe Biden.  Biden said the Ukraine War with the Kremlin prevented 72-year-old Russian President Vladimir Putin from taking over more European countries.

Zelensky is no shrinking violet, incapable to being confronted when he’s completely out of line.  Why should Trump and Vance listen to Zelensky spew old Biden talking points in the Oval Office?  What’s so brutal about Trump being honest with Zelensky about resisting a peace deal that could save his country and the European Continent from WW III?  Trump wasn’t threatening Zelensky he was informing him that the U.S. was moving on to reestablish normal diplomatic relations with the Kremlin.  Zelenky went ballistic, lost control of himself, saying how could it be possible that my No. 1 ally in the war with the Kremlin was now on the Russian side?  Zelensky threw a fit with Trump and Vance because he can’t fathom Trump making peace with the Kremlin, his mortal enemy of Ukraine.  Zelensky admitted his shock-and-horror about Trump taking Putin’ side in the war.

Trump takes the side of peace, not whether the Feb. 24, 2022 invasion was right or wrong but simply something that must be fixed.  Trump had no desire to humiliate Zelensky, he was informing him about the options before him. Either you go along with a peace deal or the U.S. will no longer supply cash-and-arms to battle the Kremlin.  “All this was summed up in one phrase before the planet’s cameras, ‘Either you find a deal with Putin or we abandon you,’” said Bayrou.  Trump never said that but he did say, “you’re either going to make a deal or we’re out.” Zelensky was to pig-headed in the meeting he reverted to his go to talking points about how war with Russia saved European democracy, another phony attempt to sell the war.  Bayrou mirrors a common sentiment toward the U.S. in the EU, that the U.S. goes about its business in an imperious fashion.

Bayrou shows that kind of resentment that exists in some circles in the EU about the United States, something surprising to Americans.  “For the honor of democratic responsibility for the honor of Ukraine and, I dare say, for the honor of Europe, President Zelensky did not fold and I think we can show him our appreciation,” Bayrou said. Bayrou actually backs Zelensky’s war with the Kremlin as long as the U.S. pays for it.  Imagine that, this is all about honor for Zelensky to resist the American bully, trying to end a reckless, destructive and costly war on the European Continent.  But no, to Bayrou, it’s the EU’s duty and honor to resist the American bully that seeks peace in Europe.  What kind of sick patriotism does Bayrou and others in Europe have toward the United States.  How many more times does the U.S. have to bail Europe out from its endless wars in the history of Old Europe?

Politicians like Bayrou show why the EU has become irrelevant in world affairs, stuck in a bubble claiming it’s disrespected by the United States and, of course, Russia.  It’s a great honor for Bayrou to defend Zelensky just not pay for his war with the Kremlin.  For the honor of Ukraine and honor of Europe, the EU must resist the Ugly American trying to end a bloody war and restore peace to Europe.  Bayrou shows how leftist disinformation and propaganda rule the narrative in Europe.  How could Bayrou not see that Zelensky had a nervous breakdown, when he went ballistic at the worst possible time?  Trump and Vance weren’t bullying him, they were trying to crack through his delusion that he’s winning the war with the Kremlin.  Zelensky thinks all he needs is more cash-and-arms and eventually he’ll drive Russia from Ukraine. Bayrou says it’s the EU’s honor to support Zelensky’s delusion.
