LOS ANGELES.–One day before the Sept. 10 ABC News Debate, the fake news is out in full force with more Democrat talking points about 78-year-old former President Donald Trump ruling like a dictator on Day One. “WHEN IT WIN, those people that CHEATED will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law, which will include long term prison sentences so that this Depravity of Justice does not happen again,” Trump wrote, referring to the 2020 campaign, but, more importantly deep state Justice Department officials that went after Trump claiming he was a Russian agent, something disproved by former Special Counsel Robert Mueller March 23, 2019, ruling out any direct Trump involvement with the Kremlin. Yet Vice President Kamala Harris said at the Democratic National Convention Aug. 23 that she intends to continue going after ruthless dictators like Russian President Vladimir Putin.

Democrats wants to whip voters into a frenzy over Trump’s promises to go after deep state government officials that broke the law when it came to malicious prosecutions of Trump and his 2016 campaign or 2020 associates. Democrats accuse Trump of planning and orchestrating the Jan. 6 Capitol riots, charged with multiple felonies by Special Counsel Jack Smith. Smith has no facts in evidence that that Trump had any involvement with the Jan. 6 Capitol riots, yet the Justice Department has gone after Trump with no probable cause, only wild conjecture. “Please beware that this legal exposure extends to Lawyers, Political Operatives, Donors, Illegal Voters & Corrupt Election Officials,” Trump said, referring to the 2020 election. “Those involved in unscrupulous behavior will be sought out, caught, and prosecuted a levels, unfortunately, never seen before in our Country.”

Whether or not Trump wants anyone prosecuted, he would have to show the same probable cause they used on him to charge him with multiple felonies. Democrats know that if Trump’s legal team can’t show malfeasance to any court in 2020, it’s doubtful that anything would come any prosecution. Yet Democrats raise the issue today before the debate to highlight the kind of Democrat talking points Kamala plans to make at the debate that Trump would rule as a dictator on Day One, all to retaliate against his enemies. “As we head into the debate, an extreme and unhinged Donald Trump is further ratcheting up his dangerous threats of revenge and retribution,” said Kamala campaign spokesman Ammar Mousa. Mousa wants to highlight all the Democrat talking points, concerned that when the debate starts Kamala will forget mention the whole anti-Trump laundry list.

Expect Kamala, according to Mousa, to talk about the Supreme Court, at least three conservative justices appointed by Trump. Democrats blame Trump’s appointees for ending Roe v. Wade, seeking to turn the bulk of women against Trump. “Aided by his Supreme Court justices that gave him virtually unlimited immunity, and his Projects 2025 allies who wrote the playbook to give Trump virtually limitless, unchecked power. Trump is openly laying out how he will try to rule as a dictator on day one to go after his political enemies.” Whoever Trump appointed to the Supreme Court, they’re their own people when it comes to ruling on Constitutional issues. If they granted limited immunity, it wasn’t only for Trump but for any president faced with politically driven criminal prosecution. Yet Mousa acts like the limited immunity ruling only applies to Trump.

Democrats are starting to panic with recent polls showing that Kamala got no real bounce from the DNC convention. Her polls have stalled out, largely because she thumbs her nose at the press, even the friendly ones, refusing to ask her anything difficult yet she still avoids spontaneous interviews with reporters. Democrats want to package Kamala like a cereal box, preventing her from making gaffes to the press, especially this close to the first debate. “Another thing is clear: For Donald Trump, it’s all about himself,” Mousa said in a statement. Mousa said Trump was on a “self-obsessed revenge tour,” again raising more Democrat talking points. Mousa knows that Trump had nothing to do with Enterprise Enterprise’s 2025 Project, laying out a fictional conservative wish list. Yet Mousa claims that it’s part of the Republican platform when it’s not part of anything.

Trump finds himself attacked from all sides in the fake news, knowing that he hasn’t endorsed or knows nothing about Project 2025 or other conservative proposals. Trump’s closest thing to ruling as a “dictator” on Day One involves ending the reckless, costly and perpetual Ukraine War. Trump wants to stop illegal prosecutions at the Department of Justice that’s hounded him for years. Now Trump faces two fake federal prosecutions for obstruction of justice on Jan. 6, 2021 and storing classified documents at his Mar-a-Lago estate basement. When the Supreme Court ruled on limited Immunity May 30, it was to stop political prosecutions at the Department of Justice. Trump was subjected to malicious prosecutions since 2016 when he was accused by former FBI Director James Comey of colluding with the Kremlin to win the 2016 presidential election. All completely fake probable cause.
