LOS ANGELES.–Former Republican National Committee [RNC] Chairman Michael Steele hasn’t been with the group since 2011 but somehow is often quoted by liberal TV networks for his anti-Trump rhetoric. Steele hasn’t changed parties but he gives the anti-Trump press everything they want, claiming he’s formerly head of the RNC. “At a rally in North Carolina, Donald Trump showed in real time how the ground has shifted for Republicans, as he tried out some incoherent attacks on his new opponent, Vice President Kamala Harris, including repeatedly mispronouncing her name and trying out a recycled insult or two,” Steele the ultra liberal, anti-Trump MSNBC where he guest hosts. What kind of credibility does Steele have when he’s exploited by MSNBC for the purpose of bashing Trump? Steele calls Trump incoherent but who’s the one incomprehensible.

Steele claims to be a Republican given instant credibility on the GOP-bashing network owned by Comcast and NBC-Universal. Steel praised the Harris campaign for breaking fundraising records as Democrat coalesced around her nomination. Former President Joe Biden, 81, dropped out July after weeks of pressure after his disastrous June 27 CNN debate where he was barely coherent. Steele should look that the incoherent one, not point fingers at Trump because he opposes Harris for her indistinguishable policies to Biden’s. After resisting calls for nearly four weeks to step down, Biden finally succumbed to pressure coming from all quarters but led by former President Barack Obama and former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) both calling for Biden to step down. Biden was the last one to see he wasn’t fit to seek another four years in office.

Biden spoke to the nation July 24 to explain his decision to step down from the 2024 presidential race. Biden had been telling his detractors that he would never step down and was fit to run for four more years. “He did it for the love of his country,” Steele told his MSNBC audience, knowing full well, Biden stepped down when his party tossed him under the bus. “Now, while President Biden put humility ahead of hubris, Donald Trump, as we all know by now, only loves himself, so he look the route of denigration and division,” Steele said, knowing Biden stepped down because he suffers from age-related cognitive decline, preventing him from exercising his Constitutional duties without endangering the country. Steele acts like the Republican Party has called on Trump to step down. He calls Trump “narcissistic” because he wants to rescue the country from Biden’s many failures.

Biden refused to level with the public only saying he was stepping down for the good of party and country. But why would he step down when he won 14 million primary votes and earned his party’s nomination? Biden refused to admit he’s not fit medically to seek four more years in office, largely due to dementia something seen by 70 million Americans at the June 27 debate in Atlanta. But in Steele’s view, Biden stepped down for the “love of country,” knowing that Biden said many times he was the best equipped to beat Trump in November. Obama and Pelosi showed Biden that Harris was much better equipped to beat Trump and get Democrat majorities in the House and Senate. Steele reacted strongly to Trump calling Harris anti-Semitic because of her known sympathies to Palestinians. Harris showed less inclination to support Israel than Biden has over the last nine months in Gaza.

Steele couldn’t fathom Trump suggesting that Kamala was anti-Semitic married to 59-year-old Jewish entertainment attorney Doug Emhoff. “So, I would think that Kamala Harris being totally against the Jewish people would come as a bit of news to the second gentlemen Doug Emhoff, who is her husband and is Jewish,” Steele said. “But anyway, we’ll move on,” knowing he was making no sense on his MSNBC show “ReidOut.” Trump said Harris would support Israel even less than Joe who’s tried to get Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to pull out of Gaza and let Hamas stay in power. Netanyahu said emphatically July 24 to a joint session of Congress he would not let that happen. Trump was the most pro-Israel president in U.S. history and promises to do the same if reelected in November. Trump’s statements about Harris backing Palestinians are not farfetched.
