Independent Presidential Candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr., 70, told CNN’s Erin Burnettt that he could argue that 81-year-old President Joe Biden is a bigger threat to democracy than 77-year-old former President Donald Trump. RFK Jr. found out the hard way what happens when you refute a major Democrat and CNN talking point that Trump was responsible for the Jan. 6, 2021 Capitol insurrection, a major narrative in Biden’s reelection campaign. Appearing on CNN, RFK Jr. has already been discredited by the Democrat-controlled cable news network for his work on vaccine injury, unfairly accusing the long-time environmental attorney as an “anti-vaxxer.” Today’s anti-vaxxer label is comparable in some circles to being tagged a “racist” or White Nationalist, another label Democrats brand Trump. Burnett was dumbfounded when RFK Jr. said Biden is a bigger threat to democracy than Trump.

When it comes to the scurrilous accusation of Trump a threat to democracy, it’s the new political label in 2024, when 2020 labeled Trump a threat to the Covid-19 pandemic. Democrats blamed Trump for botching the U.S. response to Covid-19, a narrative that duped voters into voting for Biden. Now, the Democrat narrative is that Trump is a threat to democracy because he questioned the legitimacy of the 2020 vote. Trump questioned the vote because on Nov. 3, 2020, he went to bed winning the race, only to wake up with Biden in the lead. Democrats and the press refute the Trump’s assertion of a rigged election, saying Biden won fair-and-square. No one’s going to talk Trump out of his belief that the 2020 election was stolen from him. Whatever lack of proof in any courts, Trump still believes his closest advisers that said Democrats rigged the election.

Burnett operates from the Democrat narrative that Trump has been convicted of planning-and-organizing the Jan. 6 Capitol riots, something not proven in any court. Yet to CNN and other liberal broadcast and print outlets, it’s taken as gospel. “I can make the argument that President Biden is the much worse threat to democracy,” RFK Jr. made to Burnett, throwing the liberal CNN host for a loop. “And the reason for that is President Biden is the first candidate in history—the first president in history—that has used the federal agencies to censor political speech, so to censor his opponent,” RFK Jr. told Burnett. Burnett responded by making up facts about the Jan. 6 Capitol insurrection, that Trump has been proven guilty to planning and organizing the riots.

RFK Jr. didn’t even mention that Biden is the first U.S. president to fund a proxy war against Russia, ending generations of diplomacy, détente and arms control, every president since Harry Trump have tried to work on since the U.S. dropped atomic bombs on Japan at the end of WW II. Burnett would have had a hard time justifying Biden’s warmongering that has the U.S. in a pitched battle with the Kremlin over defending Ukraine’s territorial borders. “Trying to overthrow the election clearly is a threat to democracy. “But the question was, who is a worse threat to democracy? And what I would say is . . . I’m not going to answer that question. But I can argue that President Biden is because the First Amendment, Erin, is the most important. RFK Jr. was thrown off Instagram in 2021, all because he has controversial views on the certain vaccines causing injuries.

Burnett knows nothing about Washington D.C.’s Vaccine Court, endowed by vaccine makers, AKA Big Pharma, with billions to settle vaccine injury cases. If there were no validity to the damage vaccine cause, why would Big Pharma agree to fund Vaccine Court billions of dollars? But to cut through Burnett’s unfounded Democrat talking points, RFK Jr. should have pointed out that no other president in U.S. history has gone to war against Russia. All previous presidents, including RFK’s uncle President John F. Kennedy, worked feverishly on arms control agreements and nonproliferation with Moscow. Only Biden has the U.S. in a pitched battle with the Kremlin, all because of a border dispute with Ukraine. Kennedy has been blasted by the Democrat National Committee [DNC] for spewing Trump’s talking points, something obviously false and preposterous.

RFK Jr. wants the public to know the extent of First Amendment censorship under President Joe Biden and the Democrat Party. Democrats loyalists like Burnett see RFK Jr. as a threat to Biden’s reelection, largely because he siphons votes off from Democrats. “With a straight face Robert F. Kennedy Jr. said that Joe Biden is a bigger threat to democracy that Donald Trump because he was barred from pushing conspiracy theories online,” said DNC senior adviser March Beth Cahill. “There is no comparison summoning a mob to the Capitol and promising to be a dictator on day one. Robert F. Kennedy Jr. laid to rest tonight any doubt that he’s a spoiler candidate by pushing MAGA talking points in prime time. Cahill knows she’s pushing DNC propaganda, knowing there’s no proof that Trump pushed the Capitol riots or tried to overturn the 2020 election.
