LOS ANGELS.–Rep. Elise Sefanik (R-N.Y.), 39, dismissed the idea of former Amb. Nikki Haley serving as former President Donald Trump’s vice president. Stefanik, who heads the House Republican Conference, knowing a thing or two about disloyalty, watching former Rep. Liz Cheney (R-Wy.) stab Trump in the back. Cheney lost her job in a landslide loss in 2022, precisely because she stabbed Trump in the back. Stefanik called it a “non-starters” that Haley would ever serve as Trump VP. Rumors have been swirling recently about Trump’s possible VP picks, with Stefanik on the short-list with 52-year-old South Dakota Gov. Kristi Noem. Stefanik received rave reviews for her cross examination of Ivy League presidents, exposing the complete hypocrisy at Harvard, Penn and MIT when it comes to anti-Semitism. Stefanik pushed Harvard President Cludine Gay and Penn President Elizabeth Magil to resign.

Stefanik sees no place for Nikki Haley after going after Trump, saying he’s too over the hill to run for president. Haley has the never-Trump mob behind her, thinking that Trump’s past baggage and his current legal problems should bar him from the nomination. Haley’s arguments are all wishful thinking because Trump leads in all the polls, including New Hampshire where she has the backing of Gov. Chris Sununu. Trump’s convincing win in Iowa gave him momentum heading into New Hampshire. Haley’s recent gaffes, especially about racism and the Civil War, give New Hampshire voters reason to pause. All the never-Trumpers can’t make the argument that Haley is ready for primetime, certainly not the White House. With the foreign policy disaster under Biden, the country can’t afford a neophyte in Haley, requiring someone with experience like Trump.

How ironic that Democrats and the media hammered Trump for his close relations with Russian President Vladimir Putin and Chinese President Xi Jinping. Under Biden, the U.S. is at war with the Kremlin and pushing for war with Communist China. How can voters give Biden four more years when he promises to keep the reckless Ukraine war going indefinitely? Biden and Ukraine’s 45-year-old President Volodymyr Zelemsky have rejected all peace plans, because they involve compromise and negotiation. Biden and Zelensky insist, without any reality check, that they’ll defeat the Russian Federation. Zelensky promised with all his new weapons supplied by the U.S. and NATO that his counteroffensive would drive Russia out of Ukraine. Russia is more dug into Ukraine than ever with top military experts saying that the conflict is a stalemate, meaning there’s no military solution.

When it comes to New Hampshire voters, Stefanik exposes Haley’s disloyalty, stabbing Trump in the back. “I’ll tell you what’s unacceptable. Nikki Haley has been disloyal to President Trump,” Stefanik said in Manchester. “She has been disloyal to the American people. On the issue related to election integrity. Nikki Haley was stealing Democrat talking points,” showing that GOP voters should not trust her. Haley sees Trump picking up support because they can see how Trump has been framed by the government for political reasons. Biden’s White House thought they could sick Atty. Gen. Merrick Garland and Special Counsel Jack Smith on Trump and end his presidential bid. GOP voters have gone to bat for Trump because they see Democrats shredding the Constitution and rule of law. Smith said Trump violated the arcane1917 Espionage Act. Really?

When it comes to Haley, she’s garnered the anti-Trump vote, largely from Democrats and niver-Trump Republicans like Sen. Mitt Romney (R-Ut.) and former House Speaker Paul Ryan (R-Wis.), both of whom have irrational hatred toward Trump. Romney ran against former President Barack Obama in 2012 and lost badly. When Trump ran in 2016, he expected Romney to back his campaign, only to be called a “phony and con artist” Ryan, who’s been out of politics since Jan. 2, 2019, insists that Trump can’t win a general election. But Ryan’s no political scientist or election expert, only reciting the anti-Trump message that the former president has too much baggage to win a general election. Ryan has no clue how 2024 voters will respond to Biden. All indications point to Democrats, Republicans and independents looking for change in 2024.

Stefanik increased her credibility recently confronting in Congress three Ivy League presidents for their positions on anti-Semitism. Despite having no law degree, Stefanik is a tough cookie, with a steel-trap mind. When it comes to Haley, she thinks the former South Carolina governor disqualified herself from serving as Trump’s running mate. Whatever Haley’s following heading into New Hampshire, she shot herself in the foot with her recent gaffes on racism and the Civil War. “That’s why you’re seeing so much support, and as you see this close out in New Hamphire, we’re in such a strong position in support of President Trump,” said Stefanik. Stefanik sees the groundswell of GOP support for Trump realities to voters not buying the government’s cases against him. GOP voters don’t trust the government’s cases, believing Trump was unfairly targeted by the government.
