Rejecting impeachment inquiry subpoenas from House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-Kr.) and Judiciary Chairman Jim Jordan (R-Ohio), White House counsel called the subpoenas “Congressional harassment.” Image that, when it came to former President Donald Trump, Democrats led by former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) and former House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff (D-Calif.) were relentless pursuing subpoenas eventually filing the first article of impeachment of former President Donald Trump. Democrats took testimony from anonymous whistleblowers saying that Trump threatened to withhold funding from Ukraine if 45-year-old President Volodymyr Zelensky didn’t dig up dirt on 80-year-old President Joe Biden and his, 53-year-old son Hunter. How ironic that the White House claims that subpoenas are “Congressional harassment.”

When it comes to Biden’s impeachment inquiry, there’s a lot more substance to Biden committing impeachable acts than Trump. Biden, after all, ran former President Obama’s anti-corruption task force in Ukraine while he served as Vice President. Joe landed Hunter and his business partner Devon Archer lucrative jobs on a corrupt Kiev energy company board, Burisma Holdings, where they both made millions over a three years period. Biden boasted to the Council of Foreign Relations that he threatened to withhold a billion in U.S. funding if former Ukrainian president Petro Poroshenko didn’t fire Kiev’s lead prosecutor Viktor Shokin for investigating Burisma Holdings. What could be more corrupt than that? Yet to White House counsel, Comer and Jordan have no right to subpoena White House officials engaged in a cover-up of Biden family corruption in Ukraine.

Trump was impeached for having a conversation with Zelensky about getting information about Joe and Hunter Biden from Kiev. Biden had his son making millions on a corrupt Ukrainian natural gas company, something the White House dismisses as “Congressional harassment.” Comer and Jordan have testimony from former Hunter Biden business associates that Joe attended meetings of Hunter’s business dealings in Ukraine, Russia, Kazakhstan and China, something he vigorously denied while running for president in 2020. Trump’s allegations that led to impeachment were small potatoes compared to the Biden family’s foreign transactions. Democrats claim that unless there’s proof of Joe benefiting directory, like cash deposited into his checking account, then Comer and Jordan have no right to conduct an impeachment inquiry. Democrats play by their own rules.

When it came to House Democrats second impeachment inquiry of Trump, they contemded without facts-or-evidence, that Trump participated in the Jan. 6, 2022 Capitol insurrection, as Democrats like to call it. Democrats accused Trump of inciting a riot by telling a Jan. 6 audience at Washington D.C. Ellipse that the 2020 election was rigged by corrupt Democrats. Because a few hundred attending Trump speech rioted at the Capitol, it was all Trump’s fault. He spent hours at the White House while the mayhem took place at the Capitol. Democrats never explained what Trump was supposed to do to stop rioters, somehow wave a magic wand. House Democrats concluded Trump committed an impeachable offense inciting an insurrection. Yet Trump never asked any of his audience to do anything illegal. Turns out the FBI has plenty of advance warning about a possible attack on the Capitol by right wing groups.

When it comes to Trump, Democrats require next-to-nothing to impeach Trump or now charge him with 91 felonies related to the Jan. 6 Capitol riots, hush money payment to Stormy Daniels, Georgia election interference and possessing classified documents at Mar-a-Lago. White House officials claim its OK to go after Trump but not OK to go after Biden for far more serious offenses, including taking bribes from foreign governments. “The subpoenas and interview request purport to be in furtherance of what you have characterized as an “impeachment inquiry,’ even though no such inquiry has been authorized by the House of Representatives,” said Richard Sauber, special counsel to President Biden. Sauber contends that Comer and Jordan have no authorization for an impeachment inquiry. Yet Democrats had full authorization for impeachment inquiries for Trump.

What doesn’t Sauber get about the serious allegations of improper business relationships with foreign governments? Whatever Democrats alleged about Trump, it was built on fabrications without facts in evidence. Comer and Jordan have sworn testimony from Hunter Biden’s past business associates that Joe participating in many of Hunter’s foreign business transactions, netting the Biden family, including 77-year-old brother Jim Biden, millions. “Indeed, you appear so determined to impeach the President that you have misrepresented the facts, ignored the overwhelming evidence disproving you claims, and repeatedly shifted the ratioinal for you inquiry,” Sauber said. Well, what did Democrats do in two of Trump’s impeachment inquires? Certainly, Sauber knows there’s no moral equivalent to what’s been alleged about President Biden and his son Hunter tham allegations against Trump..
