LOS ANGELES.–Anticipating an end to the Hamas regime, U.S. Senators Richard Blumenthal (D-Comn.) and Chris Van Hollen (D-Md.) are considering a multinational force to replace Hamas if Israel ousts the bloodthirsty terrorist group. Founded by blind, crippled Sheikh Ahmed Yassin in 1987, Hamas was charted for the sole purpose of destroying Israel. No Hamas leader wants compromise and peace with Israel. All believe the decades of lies since Israel’s 1948 independence claiming all the Holy Land as Muslim territory. All Arabs living in the Holy Land believe Palestinian mythology that only Arabs owned land in Israel, Gaza and West Bank.. Palestine Liberation Organization [PLO] founder Yasser Arafat branded Arabs living in the Holy Land as Palestinians, after living 28 years, from 1920 to 1948, under the British Mandate of Palestine. Before that, Arabs lived for over 500 years under Ottoman Turk rule.
If you listen to Hamas or anyone living in Gaza or the West Bank, they’ll tell you that Israel stole their land, evicted them from their homes. But Arabs in the Holy Land lived under Ottoman rule for over 500 years, never complaining about living under occupation. Only after Britain ceded the British Mandate of Palestine to Israel in 1948 did Arabs revolt against Jewish rule. To the Holy Land’s Muslim inhabitants, they knew only Islamic rule for over 500 years, until the Anglos took over in the Treaty of Sevres in 1920. Palestinians have amnesia forgetting that they lived under Egyptian rule in Gaza and Jordanian rule in the West Bank since 1920. Jews and Christians living in the Holy Land before 1920 held Ottoman passports. After 1920, they all had British passports until lsrael issued its own passports after 1948. Palestinians didn’t complain about occupation until Jew took over in 1948.
Hamas officials routinely admit that they’re committed to destroy Israel and kill all Jews. Much of Hamas’ leadership, including Sheikh Ahmed Yassin and Abdel Aziz al-Rantisi, were assassinated by Israel for terrorist acts against the Jewish state. Every war started by Hamas since seizing Gaza from the PA in 2007 promised Israel’s destruction. Every conflict resulted in Gaza’s destruction, not the shadowy terrorist group that plundered Gaza resources since 2007. Israel turned over the Gaza Strip to the PA in 2005 but it was unable to stop Hamas from seizing power in 2007. Hamas rejects any-and-all peace deaks with the PLO and PA, only accepting its role to destroy Israel. All Arab states and other foreign governments calling for a ceasefire don’t realize that Gazans have been exploited by Hamas for the last 17-years, something that would continue in the future.
Blumenthal and Van Hollen look ahead at possible end to Hamas rule, considering a temporary government to help rebuild the Mediterranean seaside enclave. U.S. officials look into a force led, ironically, by Saudi Arabia, once considered a pariah state in 2018 for the death of Washington Post journalist Jamal Khashoggi. How things have changed with 38-year-old Saudi de facto leader Crown Prince Mohamed bin Salman negotiating normal relations with Israel. Saudi and other Gulf Arab states are tired of Hamas starting periodic wars with Israel, costing them billions. “There are ongoing conversations regarding the possible composition of an international force,” said Van Hollen, refusing to go into specifics. “They are very preliminary and fragile,” referring to who would comprise such a multinational force. It’s doubtful the U.S. could play a part in any peacekeeping force.
President Joe Biden realized, despite all the global pressure, that the degree of racist barbarism witnessed in Gaza could not continue. Backing ally Israel Biden knows that Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has earned the right to defend his people from the same vicious anti-Semitism that saw 6 million Jews vaporized in the Holocaust. U.N. officials and Arab governments blame Israel, not Hamas, for the current war, continuing the fake narrative about iIsraeli occupation of Palestinian lands. Arabs lived in the Holy Land for over 500 years under Ottoman and British rule. Only when Jews received the British Mandate of Palestine in 1948 did Arabs revolt against Jewish rule. Arabs resent the fact that Israel turned a desert wasteland into one of the most prosperous, innovative and advanced societies on earth. Arabs seeking to destroy Israel would turn the country back into quicksand.
Kicking around who would rule Gaza if Israel rids the region of a genocidal terrorist group opens up many possibilities. Hamas has vowed to continue the massacre of Israeli civilians as long as the organization has breath. Hamas can only plunder Gaza for its own selfish gains, taking whatever it can from Iran or any other anti-Israel states. Expecting Yemen’s Houthi rebels to go after Israel can only lead to the group’s destruction. Two U.S. carrier battle strike groups know how to deal with the Houthis and any other Iran surrogates. If Netanayu can get rid to Hamas, Gaza has hopes of future stability and prosperity. Using a temporary caretaker government to implement the rule of law and get Gazans appropriate humanitarian aid, rebuilding and security can only lead to a brighter future. Letting Hamas stay put assures that Gazans live in a perpetual state of chaos and war.
