Showing that the National Security Council [NSC] and Pentago are oblivious to public relations, NSC Spokesman John Kirby revealed that the Democratic Peoples Republic of Korea [DPRK] considers selling war materiel to the Russian Federation. With Biden burning his bridges with Russia and China, it should come as no surprise to anyone that Kim Jong-un’s North Korea would do anything to get back at the United States. Biden has been actively involved in funding a proxy war using Ukrainian troops to battle the Kremlin. Biden admitted that his goal is to degrade the Russian military to the point it can no longer wage war. Biden and his Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin admitted the U.S. ambition of breaking the Russian military. So, when Kirby talks about the DPRK potentially supplying weapons or war-making materiel to Moscow, it’s no surprise to anyone.

Kirby acts like past U.N. resolutions or threats from the U.S. have any clout on Pyonyang, as it works out arms deals with the Kremlin. DPRK has been implicated in supplying arms to the now defunct Wagner Group, the mercenary militia used by Putin to battle Ukraine in Bakhmut. Now that Wagner Chief Yevgeny Prigoxhin and his top general Dmitry Utikin are dead, Pyongyang would just assume he’d replace Wagner Group, supplying the regular Russian army. “On numerous occasions, the DPRK has said publicly that hey will not sell to Russia, but we remain concerned that the DPRK continue to consider proving military support o Russia’s military forces in Ukraine,” Kirby said to reporters. Kirby acknowledged that Russian Defense Secretary Sergei Shogu has traveled to Pyongyang, most likely discussing arms deals with North Korean President Kim Jong-un.

Russia and the United States have supplied mass qualities of mortors and other munitions to the Ukraine theater, with both side burning through armaments at record levels. Kirby wasn’t at all surprised to find out that Shoigu discussed arms with Kim Jong-un, currently reacting to U.S.-South Korean join military exercises in the Korean Sea. Russia, like Ukraine, needs more artillery supplies to keep both armies on a level playing field. Kirbly’s announcement telegraphs to the public that Biden’s foreign policy is in chaos because of the Ukraine War. Whatever goodwill existed after decades of hard-fought diplomacy and détente no longer exist with the Russian Federation. Biden’s proxy war against the Kremlin has killed any possible cooperation with Moscow. Kirby admitted that Shoigu would have “high level discussions may continue in coming months” on arms sales.

Kirby warned the DPRK that any arms sales would violate U.N. sanctions, only prompting more punitive measures in the future. “We’re continuing to monitor this situation closely and we urge the DPRK to cease its arms negotiations with Russia and abide by the public commitments that Pyongyang has made to not provide or sell arms to Russia,” Kirby said. Kirby knows that nothing that he says would have any deterrent value on Kim Jong-un collaborating with the Kremlin to supply arms to the Russian army. Biden’s recent request for $54 million in arms sales to Ukraine is precisely why the DPRK doesn’t take Kirby seriously, asking that he cease-and-desist in arms sales to the Russian army. Under Biden, the DRPK sees North Korea as a mortal enemy with no sign of the same diplomacy under Trump. Trump made every effort to built diplomatic bridges with Pyongyang.

Krby’s public warnings to North Korea are utterly worthless, admitting to the world that the Kremlin has close ties to Pyongyang. Since Biden took office Jan. 20, 2021, he’s done everything possible to burn bridges with Russia, China and North Korea. What does Kirby expect North Korea to do when it comes to aiding an ally? U.S. and NATO officials should know that the Kremlin-North Korean relationship can only get stronger as Biden turns the U.S. into bigger enemies with Russia and China. GOP presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy, 38, said he would do everything to convince Russian President Vladimr Putin to end his economic and military ties to China. Now Kirby expects even more fantasy asking Kim Jong-un to end his relationship with the Russian Fderation. Kirby knows that Russian ties with North Korea have only gotten stronger under Biden.

Kirby makes a fool of the Unites States, making utterly idle threats against North Korea. What can the U.S. or U.N. do with North Korea supplying any U.S. adversary with arms or war materiel? Kirby tells the real story about the Biden administration complete failure to deal with American enemies, now openly hostile to the United States. Under Trump, despite all the criticism from Democrats and the press, the U.S. had good working relations with Russia, China and North Korea. Biden didn’t waste any time hitting U.S. foreign policy with a wrecking ball, making enemies of past adversaries. “What we’re doing in this counteroffensive is, it’s a gunfight, and both sides are blazing away with artillery. So we know that artillery is one of those items, but it’s multiple levels of types of munitions,” Krby said, making light of the current situation. Krby personifies Biden’s feckless foreign policy.
