Atty. Gen. Merrick Garland acquiesced to the hue-and-cry from Republicans to appoint Deputy Atty. Gen. David Weiss to Special Counsel for 53-year-old Hunter Biden, whose plea deal for two tax charges and one gun charge fell apart July 28. Democrats dismiss the event as more Washington theater, insisting it will have no bearing on swing voters, especially independents, in the 2024 election. Democrats and the press have done everything possible to disconnect Hunter with his father, 80-year-old President Joe Biden. Democrats and the press set their own criteria for discrediting Republican efforts in the House Judiciary and Oversight Committees to draw a link between Hunter and Joe. Joe has denied since the 2020 campaign that he knew anything about Hunger’s overseas business transactions, something hard to believe by anyone other than the most partisan Democrats.
Rep. Jim Comer (R-Ky.), chairman of the House Oversight Committee, has been working feverishly to establish a link between Joe and Hunter’s overseas business dealings. New York Times, Washington Post, CNN and MSNBC, to name a few liberal media outlets, deny that Joe had anything to do with Hunter’s overseas business dealings. But with Hunter’s former business parter, 58-year-old convicted felon Devon Archers testifying under oath in Comer’s Committee, it’s clear that Joe was present in numerous phone calls and even a lunch meeting with Hunter’s business associates. Hunter himself told ABC News that he probably wouldn’t have gotten the cushy job on Ukraine’s Burisma Holdings board without his father, Joe. Democrats and the press want the public to believe there’s no link between Hunter and Joe. Hunter’s Ukraine job was the tip of the iceberg in the overseas family business.
Archer admitted in his interview that Hunter traded on his father’s name or so-callled family brand. While Joe was Vice President and after he left office in 2017, Hunter and Joe’s 74-year-old brother Jim engaged in numerous overseas business deals netting the Biden family at least $20 million more likely upwards of $30 million in various consulting fees in Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan and China. Democrats have the liberal press saying if Republicans can’t show direct deposits into Joe’s personal account they have no corruption case against the president. What kind of twisted logic is that? If Comer finds a string of shell companies and bank accounts linked to Biden-family business transactions, of course there would implications to Joe. Joe has already stated on record that he knew nothing of Hunter’s overseas business dealings. Joe didn’t say he knew nothing about his brother Jim’s dealings.
Democrats and the press are convinced that they have Trump in the crosshairs with his three criminal cases, soon to be fourth in Fulton County DA Fani Willis Election influence case. Whatever Democrats concoct to drive Trump out of the 2024 presidential race doesn’t mean that crossover or independent voters would ignore any link between Hunter’s shenanigans and President Joe Biden. “I find it hard to imagine that anyone concerned about political corruption would turn to Donald Trump to address the problem of political corruption,” said Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-Md.), lead House manager in Trump’s “incitement of insurrection” impeachment trial. Quoting Raskin show how the New York Time exposes its extreme prejudice against Trump. Raskin, who serves on the Oversight Committee, does everything possible to discredit Comer’s ongoing investigation into Joe Biden’s corruption.
Democrats an the press look to steer the public away from the Hunter Biden scandal, much like they called Hunter’s nefarious activity Russian disinformation in the 2020 campaign. Liberal media and social networks did everything possible in 2020 to kill the Hunter Biden laptop story published by the New York Post, calling it Russian disinformation. In the years since, Joe got the U.S. into a bloody, unending proxy war with the Russian Federation, ending decades of diplomacy and détente with America’s biggest Cold War enemy. Biden’s involvement in the Ukraine War has harmed U.S. and European national security, pushing the world to WW III. Biden and Ukraine’s 45-year-old President Volodymyr Zelensky promised to vanquish the Russian military, refusing to negotiate a ceasefire and peace deal with Russian President Vladimir Putin unless he removes all troops from Ukraine.
Biden has plenty to worry about before the 2024 presidential election. Biden’s the first test case of how public relation hacks determine how to create the false narrative to the public about the Biden campaign. Biden, like 2020, is kept has far removed from the cameras as possible, letting his PR team run the campaign narrative. “There are plenty of things that keep Democrats up at night when it comes to 2024, and this is not one of them,” said Matt Bennet, co-founder of the Third Way, centrist Democrat site. “Billy Carter is not the reason that Ronald Reagan won 49 states in 1980,” Bennet said. Bennett does everything possible to deny any link between Joe and his son Hunter and brother Jim’s overseas business dealings. Billy Carter wasn’t making the family millions from foreign governments like Hunger and Jim. Democrats and the press have closed ranks to protect Joe from political fallout.
