When 51-year-old billionaire industrialist Elon bought Twitter April 14, there was nothing but complaints coming from Democrats, especially in the liberal press. Musk promised if he bought Twitter he would reinstate 76-year-old President Donald Trump’s Twitter account, banned Jan. 8, 2021, only two days after the Jan. 6 Capitol riots. Trump was blamed for months after the Nov. 3, 2020 presidential election for the “Big Lie,” that massive voter fraud handed the election to 79-year-old President Joe Biden. When the Jan. 6 riots happened after Trump delivered a speech at the Ellipse in Washington, D.C., rabble rousers descended on the Capitol creating the mayhem on that fateful day. Trump was blamed by House Democrats for planning and orchestrating right wing groups like the Proud Boys and Oath Keepers to attack the Capitol. There was zero evidence Trump had anything to do with the riots.
Yet two days after the riots, Twitter executive Vijaya Gadde used broad discretion to ban Trump, having zero proof that he was responsible for the Capitol riots. Today’s Jan. 6 House Select Committee Co-chairman, Rep. Liz Cheney (R-Wy.), soon to be out of Congress, insists loudly that Trump orchestrated and planned the Jan. 6 capitol riots. Like Trump’s past two impeachment hearings, House Democrats denied Trump due process and proceeded to prosecute two separate articles of impeachment. Both failed in the U.S. Senate, like the last impeachment article Feb. 13, 2021, for “incitement of insurrection.” Cheney has gone much further suggesting that Trump orchestrated and planned the Jam. 6 riots. Cheney refused to take testimony that indicated that the Jan. 6 riots were a white backlash for months of Black Lives Matter rioting follow the May 25, 2020 police killing of George Floyd.
Vijaya Gadde knew that banning Trump violated Twitter’s 329 protection, requiring social networks to place third party content without censorship. Gadde placated the liberal mob banning Trump, all because they “assumed,” “believed,” “concocted” that Trump ordered his Jan. 6 Ellispe audience to vandalize the Capitol. Nothing in Trump’s speech said anything other than to go to the Capitol to demonstrate peacefully. Jan. 6 Select Committee made a big deal out of 26-year-old Cassidy Hutchinson who testified that Trump tried to grab his limo’s steering wheel Jan. 6 to force the Secret Service to take him to the Capitol. Turns out House Democrats “smoking gun,” blew up in their face with Hutchinson admitting she wasn’t in the limo. So when Musk bought Twitter he said he would right the injustice of banning Trump, saying he would run Twitter more like it was originally intended.
NBA great LeBron James , 37, said he hoped Musk would do everything to stop obscene speech, reportedly happening more frequently now with Twitter users invoking the N-word. “I don know Elon Musk and, tbh, I could care less who owns Twitter,” James said on Twitter Saturday, responding to reports of the N-word being used more frequently. N-word use rose nearly 500% in 12 hours of Musk finalizing the purchase Oct. 28. “But I will say that if this is true, I hope he and his people take this very seriously because this is scary AF. So many damn unfit peo0ple saying hate speech is free speech,” James said. James knows that rapper, record producer Kanye West post anti-Semitic Tweets Oct. 10 causing an uproar in the industry, resulting in West blackballed from many of his endorsements. James wants Musk to monitor hate speech, a reasonable request.
When it came to Gadde banning Trump Jan. 8m 2021, Democrats and the liberal press cheered her decision, despite the fact that it violated Twitter’s 329 protections, preventing Twitter from censorship. Jan. 6 Capitol riots were so hyped by Democrats and the media, they said it was an attempt to overthrow the U.S. government. No one can possibly believe that the misanthropes that breached the Capitol and created the mess were trying to overthrow the U.S. government. Most protesters were armed with cell phones, not AR-15s and other weapons. Musk has already fired Twitter’s executive team, planning more layoffs to make the company more streamlined. U.S. press despises Musk because he’s not afraid to use his platform to disagree with the liberal press on key issues close to settled at the Nov. 8 Midterm elections. Musk has been critical of 79-year-old President Joe Biden, especially over Ukraine.
Ukraine’s ambassador to Germany Andrij Melynk told Musk to “F-Off,” suggesting that Kiev would have to make compromises with Russia to end the war. Whether he was right or wrong, Musk has a right to his opinion, especially now that he owns Twitter. Democrats and their media friends warned that Musk owning Twitter would become a “supercharged engine of radicalization,” all because Democrats and the press want to push their agenda, including charging Trump with crimes to prevent him from running for president. “No major content decisions or account restatements will happen before that council convenes,” Musk tweeted, referring to a new content board to cover controversial subjects. Must was disgusted with the way Twitter banned Trump Jan. 8, 2021, not because Twitter should not have standards, but because it was largely a political decision.
