Since George Floyd’s death May 25, 2020, the Constitution has been rewritten by 13% of the U.S. population with African American groups, especially Black Lives Matter, making demands to de-fund the police, push for slavery reparations but more, importantly, impose a very twisted interpretation of Critical Race Theory [CRT]. What was once a scholarly area of legal and academic research, has become the bludgeon by self-proclaimed anti-racist experts on White privilege, white guilt and anti-racist ideas torture the meaning of racism beyond recognition.. With authors like Boston University’s Ibrahim X. Kendi, author of “How to become ant anti-racist,” U.S. corporations have bought into the mass hysteria that now brands all whites as racist. Recently reviewed anti-racism documents from the Raytheon Corp., show that the indoctrination has gone wild..
No one with a social conscience likes what happened to George Floyd. But that’s no excuse for a cadre of opportunists pushing Black Lives Matter’s self-serving version of CRT, demanding that equality is no longer the standard for education and workplace achievement in the United States. Take former New York Times writer of the controversial “1619 Project” Nicole Hannah-Jones for example. She left the New York Times to take a position at her alma mater University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill as a journalism professor. When she applied for tenure there was some hitches because Hannah-Jones was not an academic but a practicing journalist, she was disgusted. Hannah-Jones pulled every string to get tenure but eventually took an offer from a Traditionally Black College, Washington, D.C.’s Howard University. Before she decided to leave, UNC offered her the tenure-track position.
Countless numbers of university faculty, black, white or whatever, apply and are denied tenure everyday at academic institutions around the country. But Hannah-Jones accused the UNC of racism because that’s the new normal for African Americans pushing the BLM’s version of CRT,. redefining that Constitutional standard of equal rights and replacing it with the Marxian idea of equity. From each according to his ability to each according to his need,” said Karl Marx in his critique of the 1975 Gotha Program, referring to the distribution of goods, capital and services. Whether hidden by the U.S. press or not, BLM is a Marxist organization formed by Alicia Garza, Patricia Cullers and Opel Tometi, all three black women seek to take 13% of the U.S. population and provide “equity” as an underachieving minority. Garza, Cullers and Tometi seek $15 trillion reparations for African Americans
Garza. Cullers and Tometi 100% back Nicole Hannah-Jones thesis on the “1619 Project,” linking the history of slavery in America to the gross inequities seen between the African American minority population and whites. Once Floyd was murdered by former Minneapolis cop Derek Chauvin, BLM used the event to push for sweeping changes in treatment of African Americans around the country. Once the rioting, looting, arson and anarchy died down, last fall, BLM focused in institutional changes, promoting anti-racist training in public, private and parochial schools, colleges and universities and every major corporation in American. Anti-racist training indoctrinates recipients to believe that white identity creates privilege, which, in turn, leads to an unequal distribution of jobs and resources for African Americans, as seen by the unequal income distribution and wealth patterns in the U.S.
What anti-racist training teaches white participants. as a majority in U.S. society, is that they should feel “white guilt,” for the inequitable distribution of opportunity, wealth in the U.S. Hannah-Jones said it best responding to the difficulty she had getting tenure at UNC. “I wanted to send a power message, or what I hope to be a powerful message, that we’re often treated like we should be lucky that the institutions let us in.” “ But we don’t have to go to those institutions if we don’t want to,” blaming the issue at UNC on racism. UNC Hussman School of Journalism faculty agreed with Hannah-Jones. “We will be frank: It was racist,” a faculty statement said. In a sign of things to come any question about inequitable treatment of African American will, henceforth, be attributed to racism. If a white doesn’t get tenure, it’s based on a substandard academic qualifications..
Woke [anti-racist] training programs, based on BLM’s twisted views of Critical Race Theory, are based on Kendi’s “anti-racist” indoctrination now teaching white employees that they must question their whiteness and admit to racism. Only by admitting racism, according to the new woke indoctrination programs, that educational institutions and companies create “equity” for African American students or employees. Woke training brainwashes groups to think that being white is all that’s needed to reveal racism in education and the workplace. Only by forcing whites to admit they’re racist can they become “anti-racists” by demanding “equity” not equality for black students and employees. BLM’s Marxist ways have now filtered into Critical Race Theory and anti-racist woke training, requiring only white students and employees to renounce their white identities.
