Twenty-eight million, or about 54 %, remain double vaccinated. Only 28% have been double-vaccinated in the U.K, posing problems for health officials
In the United States, about 54% of the 330 million population have received at least one dose of the vaccination, leaving as sizable slice of the public vulnerable to new Delta variant. President Joe Biden’s Covd-19 point-man, 80-year-old Dr. Anthony Fauci, expressed concern about the new Indian variant, accounting for about 6% of cases in the U.S. Fauci said the 18-24 demographic has seen an uptick in cases, concerned that this neglected group has received far less vaccinantions than other groups. Favuci wants to redouble efforts to get the 28-24 demographic vaccinated together with 46% of the U.S. population only getting one vaccine. Fauci thinks getting the population double-vaccinated in the best defense against the Delta variant. Recently released emails under the Freedom of Information Act [FOIA] indicates that Fauci helped fund SARS CoV-2 in a Wuhan lab.
Nothing could be more ironic than the man who heads Biden’s coronavirus task force may be partly responsible for funding “gain-of-function” research at the Wuhan Institute of Virology that created the novel coronavirus. Fauci’s leading the charge against the new Delta variant but, it looks more likely, that the 80-year-old National Institutes of Health [NIH} bureaucrat may have funded “gain-of-function” research that created the deadly virus. When you consider all the Covid-19 mutations from the U.K., South Africa. Brazil and India, there would be no variants without creating the SARS CoV-2 in a Wuhan laboratory. China, Fauci, World Health Organization [WHO] and many affiliated scientists have dismissed the lab-leak hypothesis as a spurious conspiracy theory. A growing body of evidence points to the virus created in a Wuhan bio-weapons lab.

Fauci’s well-aware that China has been changing its stories about the origin of the virus. One day saying it came from a seafood or wet market, then the next day 46-yar-old Foreign Minister Spokesman Zhao Linjian tells the world the virus came from Fort Detrick, Maryland and was planted by the U.S. military in Wuhan. Despite paying attention to China’s inconsistencies, Fauci still thinks the virus came from nature. He can’t explain the exponential difference in contagiousness and deaths from 2002-2004 SARS coronavirus outbreak and SARS CoV-2, like night-and-day. Nature could not account for the difference.
Data on the Delta variant shows that a single vaccine dose only gives about 30% protection, in contrast to the SARS CoV-2 at about 50%. If infection trends continue in the U.K. and U.S., the Delta variant will become dominant especially with the 18-24 demographic that has been slow to get vaccinated. Double-vaccinated persons get about 88% protection from the new Delta variant, compared with about 60% for the U.K.’s AstraZeneca vaccine. Without shutting down businesses, vaccines the best approach to guard against a new wave on infections. If trends continue, the India variant will replace the U.S. with the highest numbers of deaths and cases, now totaling over 173 million cases and 3.7 million deaths worldwide. Over 612,000 deaths have occurred in the U.S. to date, making it the most deaths in any country on the planet, with India following close behind.

For better of worse, the U.S. has opened up without restrictions in most states making unvaccinated 18-24 demographic vulnerable to new infections. Assuring that shutdowns are not necessary, Fauci and Walensky urge all Americans to get double-vaccinated as soon as possible.
