Less that a week since 74-year-old President Donald Trump became private citizen Trump, the Supreme Court of the United States tossed out bogus lawsuits related to the Constitution’s Emolument Clause. No president in U.S. history has every been sued for the arcane provision in the U.S. Constitution signed April 30, 1789, the same date President George Washington was sworn it. When the Revolutionary War ended Sept. 3, 1783, the Framers of the Constitution were worried that an American leader would have business ties to the British monarchy. But the Emolument Clause was used by Democrats and the press to hound Trump out of office when the Russian hoax ended March 23, 2019, after 76-year-old Special Counsel Robert Mueller delivered his Final Report clearing Trump of wrongdoing. Tossing out Emolument cases today ends another sordid chapter against Trump.
Before Trump won the Nov. 8, 2016 election, a covert effort was well underway with the Obama administration to prevent him from becoming president. Once he beat former Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton, the covert national security apparatus of the U.S. government was used to remove him from office. Trump faced a concerted effort by U.S. spy agencies to remove him from office by whatever means would work. Hillary tried her best in the 2016 campaign to paint Trump as a Kremlin or “Putin puppet,” something itemized in her fake opposition research AKA “The Steele Dossier.” Hillary paid big bucks to smear Trump hoping that it would prevent him from becoming president. Former President Barack Obama and President Joe Biden authorized the FBI under former FBI Director James Comey to investigate Trump during and after the 2016, in unprecedented government harassment.
All spy agencies of the U.S. government, including the FBI, CIA and National Security Agency [NSA] used their covert resources to frame Trump and his campaign as a Russian spy operation. Charging Trump with violating the Emolument Clause was just one of the many operations used to harass Trump out of office. Like the Emolument Clause lawsuits against Trump, Democrats and the press pursued the Russian witch-hunt with a vengeance, using the full weight of the U.S. government to toss Trump from office. Today’s Supreme Court decision to drop all Emolument lawsuits was just one more reminder that Trump was the victim of the biggest government persecution of any president or private citizen in U.S. history. Article after article appeared in the New York Times and Washington Post all claiming that Trump profited from his real estate empire during his presidency.
During much of Trump’s four years in office Democrats and their media establishment accused Trump of Hillary’s bogus charges that Trump was a Russian asset, working with the Kremlin to win the 2016 presidential election. It all started when the late Sen. John McCain (R-Az.), a bitter enemy of Trump, went to 65-year-old former CIA Director John Brennan and 60-year-old former FBI Director James Comey to start a counterintelligence investigation against Trump to help Hillary win the 2016 election. McCain, Brennan and Comey knew that Hillary’s dossier was utter rubbish, but used it anyway as probable cause against Trump. Comey launched his illegal counterintelligence investigation into Trump’s alleged ties with Russia in July 2016, something that dogged Trump for most of his four years in office. Mueller knew all the charges against Trump were fake.
Mueller was appointed Special Counsel May 17, 2017 by Deputy Atty. Gen. Rod Rosenstein, another co-conspirator in the plot to remove Trump from office. All the while, another group of Democrats were scheming with the 25th Amendment to charge that Trump was mentally unfit for office and must be removed. Democrat elected officials had all the backing from Yale University psychiatrist Dr. Bandy X. Lee who led a phony group of mental health professionals to certify Trump as unfit for office. When that blew over, the spy agencies continued their Russian hoax hoping to use the House’s Article 1 impeachment authority to remove Trump from office. Everything blew up on Democrats when Mueller found the obvious after two year and $40 million probe March 23, 2019 that Trump had no contacts with Russia. Yet no one in the illegal spying operation against Trump ever paid a price.
Today’s Supreme Court decision to toss out all Emolument cases against Trump is a bitter reminder of all the fakes measures used by Democrats and the press to harass Trump during his four years in office. Democrats and the Press continue to press one last ditch attempt to smear Trump permanently with another fake impeachment trial. Democrats and the press contend that Trump incited an insurrection Jan. 6 when a tiny fraction of Trump’s last audience stormed the Capitol and defaced government property. When you put House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s (D-Calif.) latest move in context, it’s another insidious attempt to harass Trump now that he’s out of office. No one can possibly believe that the Jan. 6 Capitol riot was an “insurrection,” using cell phones to topple the U.S. government. If the Senate trial goes ahead, Trump can look forward to one last acquittal.
