After banned with all his 88 million followers from Twitter Jan. 8, the liberal establishment continues to push back on 74-year-old President Donald Trump, denying him access to conventional social networks to get out his message. Twitter’s 44-year-old CEO Jack Dorsey, in banning Trump, said that only right-wing ideologues get banned from Twitter, not left-wing propagandists that promote riots, looting, mob rule, arson and anarchy on U.S. streets. Social networking programs like Twitter, Facebook, GOOGLE, etc. have no problems violating their Section 230 protection for third party lawsuits, wiping out in one bold stroke Trump First Amendment rights. All social networking companies claim they’re privately help businesses despite trading on major U.S. stock exchanges, making them publicly-traded companies, somehow getting away with robbing Trump of his First Amendment rights.

Impeached by the Democrat-controlled House of Representatives Jan. 13 for “incitement of insurrection,” Trump finds himself unable to explain himself on his favorite media platform. If Trump could get on Twitter, he’s tell his 88 million followers that he never asked anyone in his Jan. 6 speech to storm the Capitol, break-and-enter, vandalize or commit any crimes. But now that Twitter robbed Trump of his ability to communicate with his audience, Trump has lost his way of communicating. Dorsey insists that Trump’s communication on Twitter endangers the public because he’s telegraphing coded messages for public violence. Dorsey and the Twiiter board that banned Trump permanently has no clue that Trump’s trying to foment revolution as alleged by House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif) and her Democrat colleagues, something obviously pure propaganda.

Closing ranks in social network alternative to Twitter, Trump been banned on GOOGLE, Facebook and other social network platforms. Billionaire 76-year-old Democrat megadonor Haim Saban thinks that the media in 2016 gave Trump billions in free media access, eclipsing what they gave former Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton. “If they cut him off like the online entities cut him,” Saban said. “If he’s cut off from the media, he won’t be able to have the same impact,” said Saban. Exposing for all to see that Democrats have collaborated with their media megadonors to cut Trump off from social networks, Saban clearly conspired to deprive Trump of his First Amendment rights. “Fox News is a special animal within itself,” Saban said. But Saban said he hopes “all the other television media simply don’t give [Trump] a platform,” conspiring to deprive Trump of his constitutional rights.

Democrats’ orchestrated attempts to deprive Trump of communicating with his 88 million Twitter followers shows an active left-wing conspiracy to deny Trump of his Constitutional rights. As long as social networks under Section 230 are available for all to use to communicate with the public, it’s unreasonable to deny Trump his Constitutional rights without a conviction in criminal court. Depriving him of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness, guarantees all Americans the same level playing field in which to communicate. House Democrats deprived Trump of his 14th Amendment due process rights to cut off his Twitter account claim he’s a clear-and-present danger to U.S. civil order. No court has determined Trump presents a threat to the U.S. status quo, required before depriving him of his Constitutional rights. Saban urged all TV channels to deny Trump access to the airwaves.

Saban thinks that Trump would retain power if the media gives him a platform to express his views. If the media gives him [Trump] the platform they gave him before the election worth billions of exposure,” Saban said. Just because the House impeached Trump for a second time doesn’t mean he’s guilty as charged with “incitement of insurrection.” Whatever happened Jan. 6, it was anything but an “insurrection,” just, as 54-year-old FBI Director Christopher Wray said today a “violent riot and mob scene.” Pelosi deliberately distorted what happened so she could charge Trump with sedition, when, in fact, he told his supporters to protest “peacefully.” Impeaching Trump for “incitement of insurrection” is every bit as perverted as Dorsey insisting that Trump represents a clear and present danger to the public. There’s just no evidence Dorsey has to make his argument to suspend his account.

Trump’s only recourse against his Jan. 13 impeachment and Jan. 8 ban from Twitter is to file lawsuits for injunctive relief. If losing the Nov. 3 election weren’t bad enough, losing communication with his 88 million audience is inexcusable. No one determined that Trump invited his Jan. 6 audience to storm the Capitol and commit acts of violence. “If Trump is cut off from the media, we’re going to see that division really calm down,” Saban said. “ There will be no one to fan those flames,” Saban said. Depriving Trump, like any citizen, of his First Amendment rights requires Constiutional justification if there is any. Watching a left-wing media mogul talk about depriving Trump of his First Amendment Rights is deplorable. If anyone takes the Bill of Rights seriously, they’d know that no private citizen or corporation can deprive anyone of Constitutional rights unless it’s buy court order.
