Proving he’s one of the Trump administration’s biggest smoke blowers, 55-year-old former GOP Texas Congressman and current Director of National Intelligence [DNI] John Ratcliffe said he wasn’t sure 78-year-old President-elect Joe Biden would be president Jan. 20, 2021. With most states certifying their Nov. 3 elections and moving for a Dec. 14 vote in the Electoral College, Ratcliffe continues to drink-and-hand-out the Cool-Aid in the waning days of the Trump presidency. Whether it’s a circular firing squad or just suicide mission, the Trump presidency is going down in a blaze of shame, unwilling to admit the will of the people. While 74-year-old President Donald Trump claims he was robbed by a “rigged” election, he can’t fathom the fact that 7-million more U.S. citizens voted for Biden in what amounts to the biggest voter turnout in U.S. history, all because of universal mail-in ballots.
Making it easy enough for voters, filling out ballots at home and returning them free of charge to the Post Office, more people voted than ever before, largely because it was easier. “Well, these election issues, we’ll see who’s in what seats and where there is a Biden administration,” Ratcliffe said, showing he’s equally deluded as Trump. Only a handful of Trump insiders think that contesting the Nov. 3 election has worked or will keep Trump in office. Trump’s legal team led by 76-year-old Covid-19-stricken Rudy Giuliani were rebuffed in courtroom after courtroom, with judges demanding proof of widespread voter fraud. Ratcliffe told Fox New Maria Bartiromo that he doubted the integrity of mail-in voting, something that will put an asterisk by the 2020 presidential election. Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) said mail-in ballots will prevent Republicans from every winning the White House again.
Democrats exploited the Covid-19 crisis to allow universal mail-in ballots sent to every registered voter in the country. While Trump warned of widespread voter fraud, what he didn’t see was the biggest voter turnout in U.S. history. Ratcliffe sees fit to spread more conspiracy theories but it doesn’t a rocket scientist to figure out that Democrats have a numerical registration advantage over Republicans. For Republicans to win the election, they would have had to win the independent vote, something that didn’t happen with the entire U.S. media working with Democrats to elect Biden and his 56-year-old Vice-President-elect Kamala Harris. Trump was so demonized by the press, the average American was fearful he had become a dangerous dictator that had to be tossed out of office. If Ratcliffe wanted to question U.S. media bias, he’d persuade a lot more voters.
Ratcliffe said he hoped that “federal authorities” would reassure the public about the integrity of the election. Federal officials, especially in the law enforcement intelligence communities, spent nearly four years accusing Trump of colluding with the Russia to win the 2016 presidential election. While disproved by 75-year-old Special Counsel Robert Mueller, Democrats and the media never accepted his findings. Atty. Gen. William Barr, who’s slated to resign sometime soon, appointed U.S. Atty. John Durham Special Counsel Nov. 29 to continue his probe into the origins of the FBI’s counterintelligence investigation dubbed “Crossfire Hurricane,” to ascertain once-and-for-all whether an active conspiracy existed inside the FBI to prevent Trump from becoming president and once president to remove him from office. Biden’s new Attorney General could terminate the probe.
Raticliffe has been telling anyone who’ll listen that China is genetically engineering its soldiers to make the ultimate fighting force, something so preposterous, so outrageous, so bereft of facts that anyone with any critical thinking knows it’s rubbish. “I would hope the leadership at the FBI and the Department of Justice would speak to those things, directly to the American people, because there is a lack of confidence there,” Ratcliffe said. Showing that he’s off-the-wall, Ratcliffe knows that Trump has zero Trust of the FBI and intel agencies after persecuted without probable cause for four years with impunity. No one from the FBI, DOJ and National Security Agency was every charged with criminal conspiracy to overturn a duly elected president. But Ratcliffe’s so into his own nonsense that he can’t tell the FBI, DOJ and NSA don’t offer Trump supporters any security whatsoever.
Trump believes the election was “rigged” because he said Biden was the worst presidential candidate in U.S. history. Losing to Biden was utterly humiliating for Trump, not comprehending that Democrats had significant numerical voter registration advantage over Republicans “They cheated and the rigged our presidential election, but we’ll still win it,” Trump told a cheering audience Sunday in Georgia, campaigning for 50-year-old Sen. Kelly Loeffler (R-Ga.) and 70-year-old Sen. David Purdue (R-Ga.). “And they’re going to try to rig this election too,” Trump said, expecting Democrat challengers 33-year-old Jon Osoff and 51-year-old Raphael Warnock to win. If Democrats win their races, the balance tips to Democrat in the Senate, tossing out 78-yea-old Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.). McConnell’s reluctance to pass stimulus and marijuana reform could do him in.
