LOS ANGELES (OC).–Challenging President Donald Trump’s right under his Article 2 commander-in-chief authority, Democrats seek to invoke the 1973 War Powers Resolution, requiring the president to get congressional approval for engaging in military intervention.  With politics, not patriotism, fueling  Democrats in Congress, Democrats and the fake news only want to make Trump look bad before the 2026 Midterm elections.  But military intervention is a serious matter, that Trump team of foreign policy, intel and defense advisers determined that it was in the nation’s national security interests to intervene in Ukraine.  Presidential hopeful, Calif. Gov. Gavin Newsom, told a podcaster yesterday, that it was time to reconsider military aid to Israel.  Newsom isn’t think clearly with the U.S. No. 1 Mideast ally in lockstep with the Pentagon fighting with both U.S. and Israeli soldier to complete the mission.

Newsom, who admitted recently that he has a low IQ, scoring under 1,000 on his SATs, showed is judgment is even worse when it comes to shooting himself his his foot.  What politician in his right mind thinks he can run on a platform to cut Israel off from U.S. aid?  When it comes to the Iran War, Newsom turns the whole matter into crass politics, not a legitmate foreign policy and national security issue.  Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth dismissed unfounded rumors reported by CNN that Iran wanted to talk to the U.S. about ending the war. “We are just accelerating, not decelerating,” Hegseth said at the Pentagon.  Democrat lawmaker and fake news have been nothing but disparaging about Hegseth while he prosecutes a complicated mission to de-fang Iran of its nuclear ambitions and ballistic missiles that now menace the entire Middle East.

House and Senate critics emphasize the six U.S. soldiers lost, not in combat operations but do to an Iranian drone strike at their base in Kuwait.  U.S. has lost surprisingly fews soldiers considering the massive scale of the operation with all it entails.  Military casualties occur daily not because of war but because the training and missions often involve some element of risk.  Because a few casualties, it’s no excuse to change the mission, when the national security of the U.S. is at stake.  Instead of Democrats playing politics, they should give Trump all the support he needs to finish the mission in the quickest possible time. Trump estimated that the military intervention would last four or five weeks, maybe longer. Iran has a choice to end the war by agreeing to terms acceptable to Trump, including forming a new secular government to run Iran on an interim basis.

Trump has given the press a number of reasons to the war in Iran, including the dangers of Iran’s nuke and ballistic missile programs. If the war has showed anyting about Iran’s mullah government, they’re willing to lash out at anyone all over the Mideast.  Arab Gulf State no longer trust Iran for anything, let alone developing better economic relations.  Over the years, the Ayatollah only promised other Guff State that he would fight Israel through its proxy terrorist groups, like Hamas, Hezbollah and Yemen’s Houth rebels.  Iran only relates to Arab States on the common denominator of anti-Semitism.  Arab Gulf State have moved on from anti-Semitism and Israel-bashing to look for more cooperative relations with Israel.  Trump 2020 Abraham Accords showed that Israel and its Arab neighbors could work together on a host of cooperative ventures.

Secretary of State Marco Rubio said the U.S. military would “unleash” its military soon, doubling down on attacks to Iran military infrastructure.  Reports already showed the pace of Iranian missile and drone attacks have slowed from the first two days of war.  U.S. and Israel think that they’ve destroyed the lion’s share of Iran’s missile and drone launchers.  As the hours and day go by, Iran will hit a point where it’s completely defenseless, forced to surrender to U.S. foreces.  Trump wants and end to the mullah government to set up a new interim government that’s more responsive the the peoples’ needs.  Whether Iranian chose a religious or secular government is anyone’s guess.  Trump would prefer to see a securlar government that respects himan and civil rights going forward. Congress and the fake news should backTrump’s mission to end mullah rule.

Trump showed why he’s commander-in-chief, taking on the tough decisions to defend U.S. foreign policy and national security. Iran has been a thorn it the U.S. side since the 1979 Islamic Revolution where Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomenei’s radical seized the U.S. embassy and took 54 hostage for 444 days.  Iran rewared the U.S. by breaking off diplomatic relations and doing everything possible to sponsor terrorism in the Middle East.  So when it comes to reasons for current military operations in Iran, it’s based on muliiple reasons, not just another fake new or Democrat slogans.  Trump needs the support of his country, not the barrage of negative reports for the purpose of winning future elections.  No one but Trump would have taken on the brutal mullah regime in Iran. Israel and the U.S. learned from last year’s wor that Iran is nothing more than a paper tiger.
