LOS ANGELES (OC).–Six Democrat members of the House of Representatives led by Sen. Marck Kelly (D-Az.) posted an X video Nov. 8 asking members of the U.S. military to defy President Donald Trump, saying that he’s violating the Constitution.  How ironic that because Kelly had a former career in the navy and NASA he doesn’t understand the Separation of Powers as stated in the U.S. Constitution.  Congress, both House and Senate, operate under Article 1, giving the body certain rights and authorities including creating legislation to fund government programS or to declare war.  But Kelly and his band of former military and intel rebels don’t accept Article 2 where the President has the responsibility to set U.S. foreign policy and national security.  “I think it’s important to say that there is nothing more American that standing up for the Constitution . . .” Kelly said.

Kelly as a member of Congress knows that he under Article 1 cannot make the determination of what it means to stand up for the Constitution.  That’s the job under Article 3 of the U.S. Supreme Court. “That’s what we are doing.  President did like it, so now he call for use to be hanged,” Kelly told Trump-hating CNN host Kaitlan Collins.  You’d think that an independent journalist would call out Kelly on thinking it’s his job as a member of the Senate to determine what’s Constitutional and what is not.  No, Collins just validated Kelly’s right to sand up to Trump because it’s part of the Democrat Party political strategy to accuse Trump of violating the law.  “These are bad people.  There are people, that, in my opinion, broke the law.  Now, what happens to them?  I can’t tell you, but they  roke the law,” Trump said, referring to Kelly’s insubordination.

Trump wants to make clear he’s not looking to take extreme measure with the six Democrats that clearly don’t understand their place under the Separation of Powers.  “I’m not threatening death, but I I think there’s in serious trouble.  In the old days, it was death . . . That was seditious behavior, that was a big deal.  You know, nothing’s a big deal, today’s a different world,” Trump said.  Kelly and his band of rebels in the House and Senate know they’ve stepped out of line, trying to implement Democrat talking points ahead of the 2026 Midterm elections.  Democrat had accused Trump of acting like a “king,” violating the Constitution and engaging in unlawful actions.  But it’s within Trump’s Article 2 powers to conduct foreign policy and national security, both fall under his authority to order the Pentagon to deal with national security threats like narco-terrorism.

Kelly’s video asks the military to openly defy of the president’s orders, something they have to know is wrong to do.  Does Kelly think he’s commander-in-chief because he was once an astronaut, now suffering from kind of space dementia?  Asking members of the armed services to defy the commander-in-chief is dangerous to the military, certainly to the civilian chain of command that has the military taking orders under the Constitution from the president.  Kelly showed why he’s not fit for the Senate or running for president because he doesn’t understand basic constitutional law involving the Separation of Powers.  How can tell enlisted personnel to openly defy Trump’s orders because of his twisted interpretation of the Constitution?  Whether Kelly’s his band of rebels knows it or not, they’ve crossed a dangerous line in the Separation of Powers.

White House Press Secretary Caroline Leavitt called Kelly’s X video “dangerous.”  “It perhaps is punishable by law.  I’m not a lawyer.  I’ll leave that to the Department of Justice, and the Department of War to decide,” said Leavitt.  Speaking on Fox News “The Sean Hannity Show,” White House counsel Todd Blanche wanted to know why the rebel Democrats released the video.  “What is the reason that they all went on a video and encouraged young men and women to defy court order without even giving a hint of what[‘s illegal . . . “ said Blanche.  Democrat are so entrenched in political dirty tricks they don’t know when to stop, violating their oath of office to defend the Constitution.  How does it defend the Constitution to violate Separation of Powers, telling military personnel to defy Trump?  Kelly should be rung up on ethical charges in the Senate.

When Kelly was asked why he’s posting a video asking members of the military to defy Trump’s foreign policy and national security orders, he had problems explaining himself. “He has talked about sending troops into more U.S. cities, he’s talked about invoking he Insurrection Act,” Kelly told CNN’s Collins.  As Blanche asked, what was Kelly trying to do?  “All of us had been getting outrage from folks in uniform, folks in the intelligence community saying like, ‘Hey, we’re really concerned,’” Sen. Elissa Slotkin (D-Mich.).  Kelly and his band of rebels got caught up in Democrat politics, accusing Trump of violating the Constitution, when, in fact, they were violating the Separation of Powers.  Kelly and his band of rebels have been caught engaged in a Democrat campaign strategy, accuse Trump of violating the Constitution, acting like a king or dictator.
