LOS ANGELES (OC).–Former CIA Director John Brennan, 69, said he was unaware of any investigation by the Department of Justice into his rule while former President Barack Obama’s CIA director. “I know nothing about this reported investigation or referral to the DOJ, other than what I’ve heard in these press reports, leaks, whare not really supposed to happen if there is an investigation going on,” Brennan told MSNBC which he appears often as a Trump critic. Brenann was given former Secretary of State Hillary’s Rodham Clinton’s paid opposition research in 2016 tying Trump to the Kremlin in the 2016 presidential race. Brennan knew that Hillary’s opposition research AKA The Steele Dossier was a compendium of lies tying Trump to the Kremlin, all designed to discredit his 2016 presidential campaign. Yet Brennan knew the underlying intel to the Steele Dossier was bogus.
Brennan fits right into the fake news at MSNBC, CNN, the New York Times and Washington Post, who spent years writing unsubstantiated stories about Trump linking him to the Kremlin. Brennan started the whole process as Obama’s CIA Director, getting Steele Dossier to former FBI Director James Comey who started a counterintelligence investigating Trump. New evidence shows that Brennan and Comey did not follow their own protocols to verify evidence against Trump but went along with Hillary’s campaign narrative that Trump was a Russian asset. Brennan received the Steele Dossier from the late Sen. John McCain (R-Az.) someone politically motivated to stop Trump from becoming president. Brennan thinks he’s now the subject of a political witch hunt, not once reflecting on his actions while CIA Director in the Obama administration.
Brennan can’t imagine after slamming Trump since leaving office in 2017, he’s on the other side on an investigation. He thought he would never get investigated for working with the Obama administration to sabotage Trump’s 2016 campaign. “I think this is unfortunately as very sad and tragic example of the continued politicization of the intelligence community, of the national security process,” Brennan said, insisting the investigation was “clearly politically biased.” Well, what did Brennan think his investigation with Comey was when he accused Trump of colluding with the Kremlin to win the 2016 presidential election? Brennan knew that Hillary’s Steele Dossier was complete fabrication based on no facts, just smearing Trump for the purpose of getting Hillary elected in 2016. Now that Brennan’s under the gun, he calls the DOJ investigation politically motivated.
Former President Barack Obama ordered the investigation of Trump through his Atty. Gen. Loretta Lynch who gave the green light to Brennan and Comey to open a counterintelligence investigation ofTrump. Brennan and Comey used Hillary’s opposition research as probable cause to investigate Trump, something that violates the CIA and FBI’s protocol for opening an investigation. When Trump fired Comey May 8, 2017, Brennan backed the appointment by Deputy Atty. Gen. Rod Rosenstein to appoint a Special Counsel knowing the probable cause didn’t exist. “I think they’re very dishonest people. I think they are crooked as hell, and may they have to pay a price for that,” Trump told reporters. Whatever happens, happens,” Trump said, now that the tables have been turned. Brennan and Comey never thought they’d be subjected to an investigation.
When it comes to the 2016 Russian hoax, Hillary started it saying at a televised debate that Trump was a “Putin puppet.” Her strategists knew they had to hit Trump with everything but the kitchen sink. Tagging him as Russia spy fit the fake news narrative that Putin interfered with the 2016 presidential election. U.S. Senate Intel Committee and other intel agencies agreed with the premise that Russia interfered in the 2016 presidential election. Trump was skeptical of the fake news analysis, knowing that he was tagged as a Russian asset, precisely the strategy Hillary used to discredit Trump’s campaign. When it comes to Brennan and Comey, none in the Obama administration was guilty of more abuse of their agencies for purely political purposes. Trump was only tagged as a Russian asset because Hillary thought that would help her campaign. Comey and Brennan went right along.
Obama’s whole national security team was guilty of playing politics in 2016 to help Hillary get elected. As head of the FBI and CIA, Comey and Brennan were responsible for the integrity of their agencies, not as part of the Hillary campaign. Comey and Brennan used Hillary’s bogus Steele Dossier to justify investigating Trump, eventually handing the investigation off to Special Counsel former FBI Director Robert Mueller. Mueller knew from Day One that Trump had no ties to Russia other than what Hillary said in her fake dossier. But to Comey and Brennan they didn’t care about facts only about discrediting Trump. When you consider Mueller spent 22-months and $40 million investigating Trump, it showed the overwhelming corruption in the Obama White House. Obama acted like he was above it all but actually approved all the political tricks on Trump.
