LOS ANGELES.–Associated Press needs to take a searching inventory of its executive editors who seem to have an anti-Trump bias. Why does a wire service like AP have any bias at all for any politician or political party, when their job is exclusively about disseminating news, only presents facts connected to current events? Today AP story slamming Trump for posting on Truth Social about NATO Secretary-General Mark Rutte praising Trump for his “decisive action on Iran” is inexcusable and proof of anti-Trump bias. AP tries to make the case that Trump is an egomaniac for post a flattering letter from NATO’s Secretary-General. “Mr. President, dear Donald,” Rutte’s message. “Congratulations and thank you for your decisive action in Iran, that was truly extraordinary, and something one else dared to do. It makes us all safer,” Rutte said, drawing a negative connotation from AP.
AP described a recent trade deal with U.K. Prime Minister Keir Starmer, negotiating a deal with lower tariffs and better terms for the U.K. What possible reason would the AP rip Trump for reproducing high praise for his remarkable military operation to neutralize Iran’s nuclear enrichment sites, while at the same time, brokering a ceasefire between the two countries. “You’re flying into another big success in The Hague this evening. It was not easy but we’ve gotten all signed onto 5%’—referring to Trump pushing NATO countries to spend 5% of GDP on defense. What madness is it for the AP to criticize Trump for reposting statements about world leaders attesting to his superb leadership? Does the AP want a monopoly on only slamming Trump for everything he does? Whatever praise Trump gets for Operation Midnight Hammer it’s well deserved.
Rutte’s message continues its well-deserved praise for Trump’s leadership on Iran. “Donald, you have driven us to a really, really important moment for America and Europe and the world. You will achieve something NO American president in decades could get done,” Rutte said. “Europe is going to pay in a BIG way, and they should and it will be your win.”AP then tried to determine whether Rutte sent the message on the Signal app, something used by Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth that tipped off the editor of the Atlantic about classified impending attacks on Yemen’s Houthis. So not only does the AP want to label Trump an egomaniac for posting praise from the NATO Secretary-General, they imply that the message was sent by the unsafe Signal app. Where’s the AP reports on how the fragile ceasefire agreement is holding between Israel and Iran.
Trump was furious this morning before leaving for The Hague when he heard Netanyahu hit Iran hard for violating the ceasefire agreement. Trump told Netanyahu to chill out, maintain the ceasefire, regardless of any potential glitches that always happen. But where is the AP saying that Trump pulled off a remarkable peacemaking feat to broker a ceasefire? Focusing only on a Democrat agenda, the AP often writes stories that question Trump’s constitutionality, commitment to the rule of law. AP might as well be part of the leftist agenda to discredit the Trump presidency to gain an advantage heading into next year’s Midterm elections. Should the AP following facts, report only on real events, not push a Democrat agenda to damage Trump’s credibility for purely political purposes? Federal Communication Commission [FCC] should take a hard look at the AP.
Noting that Trump might have used Signal with Rutte attempts to discredit Trump’s handling of classified or Top Secret information. Democrats and the fake news called for Hegseth’s head after his glitch using Signal a few months ago. Now the AP suggests that Trump used the unsecured App for electronic communication with Rutte. “I have no idea what Signal is. I don’t care what Signal is,” Trump said during the Hegseth mishap. “I would frankly tell these people not to use Signal,” Trump said. What does the AP try to do with its wire service? Go after a U.S. President because his name is Donald Trump? AP bias resulted in Trump restricting the AP in the White House press pool. How can you trust a wire service that operates with a Democrat political agenda? Democrats, like Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-N.Y.) have called for Trump’s impeachment over Iran.
Associated Presss needs to look through its executive ranks and reporters to do something about its egregious anti-Trump bias. Can you imagine criticizing the U.S. president for receiving well-deserved praise from world leaders over his handling of the Iran nuke crisis and recent brokering of a ceasefire between Israel and Iran? No credentialed news organization can take the liberty to adopt one political party over another, getting in the way to delivering unvarnished facts to the American people and the world. What was the AP doing slamming Trump for reporting well-deserved praise from NATO Secretary-General Mark Rutte? Rutte was critical of Trump on Ukraine but has come to appreciate his wise decision making when it comes to the Israeli-IranWar. After Trump completed mission impossible in Iran, it’s time for NATO and the EU to back him on making peace in Ukraine.
