LOS ANGELES.–Slamming CBS News for featuring 63-year-old actor George Clooney on “60 Minutes,” 78-year-old President Donald Trump talked about how Clooney threw 82-year-old former President Joe Biden under the bus.  Clooney published an oped July 10, 2024 in the New York Times calling for Biden to end his bid for a second term.  Without saying why, Clooney only said he was being honest about Biden’s capacity to serve for more years, especially after his June 27 ABC News debate with Trump where Joe looked confused and incoherent.  Debating in June was highly unusual for presidential debates, obviously something set up by the Democratic National Committee [DNC] as a trial balloon to test whether Joe was really fit to run for a second term.  Clooney concluded after watching Joe embarrass himself and his party that he had to say something to push the process along.

Printing Clooney’s oped, the New York Times obviously endorsed the decision to end Joe’s bid for four more years. New York Times only published pieces they agree with, including ending the charade that they perpetrated for years that Joe was competent as commander-in-chief.  Anyone with any firsthand knowledge of Joe’s cognitive state knew that he was suffering from age-related cognitive decline, something hidden from the public by the White House, but, more importantly, by the New York Times, Washington Post and other liberal newspapers. Clooney claimed he wrote the piece with the aim of leveling with the American people about Joe’s fitness for another term. But what about Biden’s decision-making from Day One, when Trump in the 2020 campaign exposed Joe’s cognitive decline for all to see, something refuted by the mainstream U.S. news media.

Trump responded to Clooney’s latest feature as another “puff piece” designed to make Clooney look heroic when he was just as involved in the cover up of Joe’s declining cognitive fitness as anyone else.  Take former Vice President Kamala Harris, for instance, saying after the disastrous debate, the Joe showed no signs of cognitive decline, was, in effect, sharp as a tack, continuing the same cover up as most Democrat officials.  No one knows exactly when Joe could no longer meet the standards required in the Oval Office, perhaps, as Trump said, as early as his Inauguration Day.  Whenever he actually became disabled isn’t known for sure but what’s beyond dispute, as Clooney pointed out, was the Joe could not run for a second term.  Democrat Party officials led former President Barack Obama and former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) convinced Joe to step aside from the 2024 race.

Joe’s handlers moved quickly to quell any competitive  process anointing Kamala has his replacement, something Democrats accepted, largely because Kamala fit the bill of a black woman.  How could anyone deny her the right to run when she was Joe’s VP, but, more importantly, fit the demographic of black-and-female, the benchmark for running in 2024.  “Why should the now highly discredited 60 Minutes be doing a total ‘puff piece’ on George Clooney, a second rate movie ‘star,’ and failed political pundit.  He fought hard for Sleep Joe’s election and then, right after the debate, dumped him like a dog.  Later, I assume under orders from the Obama camp, pushed Joe out for “Kamala,” only to soon realize that that was not going to work out too well,” Trump said. Trump currently has a $20 billion lawsuit with CBS over doctoring its pre-election “60 Minutes” interview with Kamala Harris.

Trump’s lawyers contend that “60 Minutes” deliberately doctored Kamala responses to questions on “60 Minutes” because she sounded rambling and incoherent. Executive producer Bill Owens denied that anything was done to doctor Kamala’s responses yet her responses on the CBS transcript were dramatically different than her actual statements in the interview.  Whatever happens with Trump’s litigation, CBS News knows what they did with Kamala’s “60 Minutes” interview.  Trump wanted to point out that Clooney represented the New York Times and Democrat Party, claiming he just wanted to tell the truth.  But the New York Times and every other liberal publication covered up Biden’s cognitive disabilities until it became undeniable in the June 27 ABC News debate.  Going to war with the Kremlin in 2022 should have alerted everyone that something was missing.

Calling for Biden to step aside in the 2024 campaign, Clooney was only the human face put on the New York Times and Democrat Party.  Covering up Biden’s disability became more difficult with former Independent Counsel Robert Hur releasing his final report Feb. 5, 2024 confirming that Biden suffered from serious memory impairments.  New York Times and the Democrats establishment went into overdrive to discredit Hur’s findings, saying it was inappropriate for him to comment on Joe’s cognitive health.  But somehow after that, the Democrat National Committee decided to move up the first presidential debate to Jun. 27, 2024, way out of the normal debate sequence.  Why Joe’s personal handlers, like his wife Jill or his sister Valerie Owen, didn’t object is anyone’s guess.  Trump fought the corrupt U.S. press for years telling the truth about Joe.
