LOS ANGELES.–Former Acting Director of the FBI Andrew McCabe, 56, a regular CNN pundit, says the agency is in “utter disarray,” blaming the whole mess as Democrats and the press see it on 78-year-old President Donald Trump.  McCabe liked his unbridled job when he worked for 64-year-old FBI Director James Comey when he arbitrarily decided in 2016 to launch a counterintelligence investigation on Trump and his 2016 campaign.  McCabe liked the days when Comey put him in charge of investigating 77-year-old former Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton when she decided to delete 33,000 emails while she was Secretary of State off her private server.  For anyone else, she would have been prosecuted for obstruction of justice, deleting electronic files.  But McCabe and Comey gave her a pass right before the 2016 presidential election.

McCabe had been serving as Comey’s Deputy before he was terminated Aug. 7, 2017, denied retirement benefits before his attorney had them reinstated.  But gone were the fun times for Comey and McCabe when they could investigate anyone with fake probable cause.  Comey used Hillalry bogus “Steele Dossier,” a compendium of fabrications by former MI6 agent Christopher Steele, for her opposition research against Trump, accusing him of inappropriate ties to the Kremlin.  McCabe appeared on CNN’s “State of Play” with Anderson Cooper to whip up the paranoid CNN base that thinks everything Trump does subverts the Constitution and rule of law.  In reality, CNN and pundits like McCabe subvert the Constitution and rule of law by promoting the false narrative that it’s OK for the FBI to prosecute anyone it pleases with fake probable cause.

McCabe qualified as a CNN pundit like former Atty. Michael Avenatti, now serving time for fraud, tax evasion, money laundering, bank and wire fraud and other assorted crimes in federal penitentiary.  CNN and MSNBC like to use anyone who slams Trump, like former Trump personal Atty. Michael Cohen, now a disbarred, convicted felon for tax evasion among other federal crimes.  But to CNN and MSNBC, it they can get anyone to rip Trump on the airwaves they go for it.  What’s so ironic is their viewers know that McCabe has an ax to grind but it doesn’t matter, because it’s all preaching to the choir. “I’ve talked with more FBI people in the last four days that I did in the prior four years,” McCabe told Cooper.  “It is a place in utter disarray right now,” just like it was when he and Comey were fired for engaging in malicious prosecutions using fraudulent probable cause to prosecute Trump.

McCabe can’t fathom that Trump was elected by the people to clean up the corrupt Justice Department and FBI, only recently giving up on cases against Trump.  Former Atty. Gen. Merrick Garland appointed Special Counsel Jack Smith to prosecute Trump based on more fake probable cause, the findings of the Jan. 6 House Select Committee.  For 18 months partisan Democrats and a few anti-Trump Republicans, like former Rep. Liz Cheney (R-Wy.) and former Rep. Adam Kinzinger (R-Il.), investigated Trump’s role in the Jan. 6 Capitol riots, concluding that Trump planned, organized and participated in the Jan. 6 Capitol riots. When Smith reviewed to committee’s findings, he found no evidence to charge Trump with organizing, planning and participating in the Jan. 6 Capitol riots. Trump is now holding the DOJ and FBI accountable for illegal investigations and prosecutions.

McCabe told Cooper that he’s witnessing an unprecedented purge of the agency, like he has no clue why it’s happening.  McCabe was an eyewitness to Comey’s corruption and illegal counterintelligence investigation of Trump all based on Hillary’s bogus opposition research.  McCabe, himself, did everything possible to help Hillary win the 2016 presidential election, essentially acquitting Hillary of any wronging doing deleting 33,000 emails under Congressional subpoena.  Cooper and McCabe are so politically biased they act like there’s nothing criminal that’s happened at the FBI to warrant the firings or purges.  CNN and MSNBC are fixated on Trump’s pardons of Jan. 6 rioters currently doing time in federal prison.  DOJ prosecutors threw the book at Jan. 6 defendants using things like the Sarbanes-Oxley Act to add extra time to sentences, when Sarbanes-Oxley didn’t apply.

McCabe does everything possible to retaliate against Trump for firing him before he was eligible to receive his full retirement benefits. “This is a moment of terror for these people.  It is absolutely disgraceful that they are all being put through the middle of some political gamesmanship,” McCabe said of FBI agents that participated in the Jan. 6 prosecutions.  “They don’t deserve to be treated this way.  It’s unlawful and it’s disgusting,” showing his egregious personal bias against Trump.  McCabe doesn’t think he deserved to be fired either for excusing Hillary for deleting all files off her personal server, something that would have brought obstruction of justice charges for anyone else.  McCabe is proud of the work he did to stop Trump from becoming president in 2016, including using Hillary fake “Steele Dossier” as probable charge to investigate Trump.
