LOS ANGELES.–Popping up again-and-again in the fake news, 76-year-old former National Security Adviser John Bolton [2018-2019] continues to slam 78-year-old President Donald Trump for his pick to run the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Trump wants 44-year-old former U.S. Atty. Kash Patel to run the FBI to help clean up extreme partisanship in the upper brass, something that resulted in 82-year-old President Joe Biden asking his 72-year-old Atty. Gen. Merrick Garland to appoint Nov. 18, 2022 Special Counsel Jack Smith to go after Trump for his alleged involvement in the Jan. 6 Capitol insurrection. Democrats and the corrupt U.S. press insist that the criminals that vandalized the Capitol Jan. 6, 2021 were all “Trump supporters,” accusing Trump of organizing, planning and participating in the riots. Trump, of course, never planned or participated in anything of the sort.
Bolton panders to the most extreme left wing propaganda that Trump wants revenge for anyone that investigated or prosecuted him for his involvement with Jan. 6. “This is part of the retribution campaign that he signaled for quite some time,” Bolton said, saying he fears that Trump’s Justice Department would go after former Rep. Liz Cheney (R-Wy.) for her involvement on the House Jan. 6 House Select Committee. “The important thing is that people understand that he’s carrying on what he said he was going to do,” Bolton told the Trump-hating HuffPost. Liberal publications like to quote Bolton because he’s a Republican denouncing Trump, a former employee was fired by Trump with cause because Bolton was advocating military intervention to solve many of the world problems, but, more importantly, harming U.S. foreign policy and national security.
Since Trump terminated Bolton Sept. 10, 2019, he’s been on the warpath against Trump, accusing him of the Jan. 6 Capitol riots and other treasonous acts. Bolton seems obsessed with Trump’s comments about letting the DOJ under new leadership look into potentially illegal action by Liz Cheney and other members of the Jan. 6 House Select Committee. Cheney became a co-chair of the Committee along with 46-year-old former Rep. Adam Kinzinger (R-Il.), both publicly stated that Trump planned, organized and participated in the Jan. 6 Capitol riots. Trump was acquitted in the U.S. Senate impeachment trial for “incitement of insurrection,” lead by 62-year-old House impeachment manager Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-Md.), now heading the House Ethics Committee. Cheney and Kinzinger routine distort facts coming out of the Committee. Democrats did everything to stop Trump’s 2024 run.
Vice President Kamala Harris, 60, repeatedly warned voters that Trump wanted retribution during the 2024 campaign, apparently not heard to loudly. “Liz Cheney could be in a lot of trouble”—and then said that “numerous federal laws were likely broke by Liz Cheney . . . and these violations should be investigated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation [FBI],” said an unnamed source. When it comes to investigations, the FBI has no problem using former Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinon’s fake “Steele Dossier” to justify going the FISA Court to wiretap Trump’s 2016 campaign. So, Bolton’s complaint about Trump seeks to review past investigations has no merit because the FBI under 63-year-old former FBI Director James Comey had no problem investigating Trump when he was in charge. Comey got his orders to investigate Trump from somewhere.
Bolton thinks he’s speaking to anti-Trump Republicans, when the Never-Trump crowd has faded into oblivion since Trump won the presidency in a landslide. “My message to Republicans is that you have to take what Trump says on repeated occasions seriously. That’s what he wants to do,” Bolton told the anti-Trump HuffPost. “He may not do it. He may be distracted from it but don’t live in the bubble that it’s just talk and you can dismiss it,” Bolton said. But what’s Bolton worried about if Cheney and the Jan. 6 House Committee did nothing wrong? Does Bolton think it’s OK for Cheney to accuse Trump of planning, organizing and participating in the Jan. 6 Capitol riots? What facts does Cheney have that were not transmitted to Special Counsel Jack Smith? Smith didn’t charge Trump with planning, organizing or participating him in the Jan. 6 Capitol insurrection. He charged Trump with trying to overturn the Nov. 2, 2020 election results.
Bolton likes to accuse Trump for retribution. But Bolton’s the one on the revenge tour ever since he was fired as National Security Adviser Sept. 10, 2019. Since then, Bolton has collaborated with left wing media like CNN, MSNBC and Internet papers like the HuffPost that worked feverishly to stop Trump from running for president in 2024. Bolton may want revenge for getting fired but Trump wants to restore the rule of law and integrity in the criminal justice system. Picking 59-year-old former Florida Atty. Gen. Pam Bondi to lead the DOJ should help restore the perception of political bias at the leading federal law enforcement agency. Of all the agencies in government, the DOJ must stick to the Constitution and rules related to criminal prosecution, including real probable cause. Trump was prosecuted by the DOJ and FBI with fake probable cause from the partisan Jan. 6 House Select Committee.
