LOS ANGELES.–President-elect Donald Trump, 78, nominated 44-year-old former Deputy Director of the Office of the Director of National Intelligence under Acting Director Richard Grenell for FBI Director, throwing Trump’s enemies for a loop. Patel was a top aide to Rep. Devin Nunes (R-Calif.) on the House Intelligence Committee, working to dispute the witch hunt against Trump accusing him in 2016 of Russian collusion. Patel helped uncover violations of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act [FISA] Court used by 63-year-old former FBI Director James Comey to justify wire tapping Trump and his 2016 campaign, especially former Trump foreign policy adviser Carter Page. Patel also worked as a staffer on the National Security Council, knowing the ins-and-outs of the nation’s intelligence community, but, more importantly, how Obama turned the government against Trump.
Patel’s nomination as FBI Director, should he get through Senate confirmation hearings, sending a shot across the bow of the “deep state,” something denied by Democrats, the press and government agencies all used to improperly investigate Trump during the 2016 campaign. Patel had a front-row seat watching Comey investigate Trump for the purpose of undermining his 2016 campaign to elect former Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton. Comey opened a counterintelligence investigation of Trump authorized by 65-year-old former Atty. Gen. Loretta Lynch who took her orders from 63-year-old former President Barack Obama. Nunes’s House Intel Committee was not able to confirm that the orders came from Obama to sabotage Trump’s 2016 campaign. But the orders had to come from somewhere because Comey acted within the chain-of-command.
So, Kash had a front-row seat to the government’s persecution of Trump while he was the GOP’s 2016 nominee. Imagine, even after Trump beat Hillary Nov. 3, 2016, Comey’s investigation was not discontinued but intensified, leaking information about Trump’s alleged ties to the Kremlin to the New York Times and Washington Post. Both papers published scores of articles establishing Trump’s nefarious ties with the Kremlin based on no facts but wild speculation used by the FBI and CIA, under 65-year-old corrupt former CIA Director John Brennan. Brennan was given Hillary’s Steele Dossier, a compendium of lies fabricatds by Former MI6 agent Christopher Steele as opposition research for Hillary’s 2016 campaign, by the late Sen. John McCain (R-Az.), a sworn enemy of Trump. Comey used Hillary’s fake dossier to dupe the FISA Court into wiretapping Trump’s campaign.
Patel witnessed firsthand the worst of the U.S. government use its powerful federal agencies designed to protect the Constitution and the rule of law of go after Trump before and after he was elected president. Trump didn’t waste too much time firing Comey May 8, 2017 for leaking constantly to the New York Times and Washington post, but, more importantly, illegally investigating Trump and his 2016 campaign. Patel watched 59-year-old former Deputy Atty. Gen. Rod Rosenstein appoint former FBI Director Robert Mueller as Special Counsel. So, for two years of Trump’s presidency, he was subjected to constant harassment by the corrupt U.S. press and Democrats on Capitol Hill accusing him for Russian collusion. Mueller spent 22-months and $40 million investigating Trump’s alleged ties to Russia, only to find out there were none. No surprise to anyone inside the government.
Patel will work closely with expected Atty. Gen. Pam Bondi to investigate who was involved in all the investigations of Trump during the 2016 campaign and four years of his presidency. Then, Bondi and Patel will get to the nitty-gritty, getting inside the Jan. 6 House Select Committee that fabricated more evidence against Trump insisting that he planned and orchestrated the Jan. 6, 2021 Capitol riots. Following an 18 month investigation, the Jan. 6 House Select Committee transmitted its findings to Atty. Gen. Merrick Garland who, in turn, appointed Jack Smith Special Counsel to charge Trump with fake crimes all based on fabricated evidence on Jan. 6. Patel can help Bondi get to the bottom of the illegal acts of the Justice Department, FBI, CIA and NSA, all of which were used to raid Trump’s Mar-a-Lago residence and charge Trump with multiple federal felonies.
Patel knows the inner working of the nation’s intel community that used its resources to fabricate criminal charges against Trump. Democrats and the press complain that Trump is on a “retribution tour,” holding government officials accountable for fabricating criminal charges against Trump. How many stories were written by the New York Times and Washington Post based on confidential leaks of fabricated information about Trump? Democrats and the press deny the deep state or Democrats embedded in federal agencies that use their resources to prosecute Trump without any probable cause. Bondi and Patel aren’t out for revenge, they’re tasked with defending the U.S. Constitution and rule of law. Democrats and the press eviscerated the Constitution and rule of law in their witch hunts that investigated and prosecuted Trump without any probable cause.
