LOS ANGELES.–True to form, CNN exploits anyone to discredit Republicans, just like they when they put convicted felon and jailed disbarred Atty. Michael Avenatti on the air nightly to discredit 78-year-old former President Donald Trump. CNN has no scruples other that fighting Republicans with the dirtiest journalistic tactics imaginable. Now they use 56-year-old disgraced former Deputy FBI Director Andrew McCabe who Trump fired March 17, 2018 for leaking to the press and exonerating former Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton in 2016 for deleting 33,000 emails from her private server. Hillary would have been charged with obstruction of justice but instead McCabe determined she was clear of wrong doing. Imagine that, any U.S. citizen that destroys electronic files is charged with obstruction of justice but, with McCabe in charge, not Hillary Rodham Clinton.

McCabe is a regular on CNN, a real hero like former National Security Adviser John Bolton who routinely appears on CNN to discredit Trump. McCabe, Bolton and other former Trump employees have something in common, they were all fired for incompetence. Bolton urged Trump to bomb any U.S. adversary which Trump said would have started WW III. Yet McCabe and Bolton are routinely used by CNN because they have a passionate vendeatta against Trump just like CNN. CNN would still use Avenatti if he weren’t doing time in federal prison in San Pedro, Calif. “There are so many things that kind of jump out to you when you hear that—the prospect of that nomination,” McCabe said about 42-year-old former Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-Fl.). “But I think that the first thing that really impresses me is what it says about Donald Trump’s intention for the Justice Department and the FBI,” McCabe said.

McCabe worries that Gaetz would prosecute him for illegal activity while serving as Deputy FBI Director, working to exonerate Hillary when she was guilty of obstruction of justice for deleting 33,000 emails. McCabe worries that he and his 63-year-old former boss James Comey could be prosecuted from engaging in an unlawful counterintelligence investigation, authorized by the Obama White House to sabotage Trump’s 2016 campaign. CNN has shown it only uses its fake news service to attack Republicans, especially Trump. McCabe said Gaetz was “obviously wholly unqualified for this job,” as if McCabe is an authority on presidential appointments or personnel matters. CNN has been going after Gaetz in particular because he said he would extend his investigations to media organizations, like CNN and the New York Times, for illegal collusion with the Department of Justice and FBI.

McCabe worries about his own prosecution but also CNN and the New York Times for playing an integral role in Comey’s illegal counterintelligence investigation of Trump alleging inappropriate ties to the Kremlin. “He’s someone who . . .quite frankly, could not get hired by the FBI if he was –had he ever been interested in that, which I’m sure he never was,” McCabe said, making zero sense. “Probably couldn’t qualify for clearance,” McCabe said, referring to sexual allegations about Gaetz in the House Ethics Committee. “Matt is a deeply gifted and tenacious attorney, trained at the William & Mary College of Law, who has distinguished himself in Congress through his focus on achieving desperately needed reform at the Department of Justice,” Trump wrote on Truth Social. CNN and McCabe fear they could be subject to prosecution by someone like Gaetz.

CNN used McCabe to help discredit Gaetz but to which audience? CNN has a shrinking audience, judging by their ratings losses that has cut the viewership by 50%. So, when using McCabe to attack Trump’s Cabinet appointments who’s really listening to CNN, other than certain minority groups groomed by CNN, its hosts and pundits as resistance to the Trump administration. “He is singularly as disrupted,” McCabe said of Gaetz. He is someone who’s been selected because of his interest and desire to go into the organization and tear things apart—you know, likely get rid of people, stop doing a long of the work that the Justice Department is currently doing,” McCabe said, admitting that Gaetz would root out, waste, fraud and mismanagement, especially criminal activity.

Listening to McCabe, it’s clear that he and CNN fear getting exposed to letting the Justice Department and FBI do its work of illegal political prosecution: Where facts and evidence of real crimes no longer count for prosecuting political enemies. When former President Barack Obama ran the Justice Department, he gave the green light to former Atty. Gen. Loretta Lynch to work closely with the FBI to go after Trump’s 2016 to help Hillary get elected. So for years, the Justice Department and FBI’s leadership has been used for extrajudicial prosecution of political enemies not using Constitutional probable cause to prosecute cases. When it comes to McCabe, he had abundant probable cause with Hillary but let her off the hook because he wanted to see her beat Trump and elect her president in 2016. No American that believes in the Constitution and rule of law can accept CNN or McCabe.
