LOS ANGELES.–Coordinating the Kamala campaign, 62-year-old U.S. District Court Judge Tanya Chutkan and 55-year-old Special Counsel Jack Smith released more redacted transcripts from their case against 78-year-old President Donald Trump. Smith charges Trump with interference in the 2020 election, trying to hang on to power despite losing the election to 81-year-old President Joe Biden. “The judge is allowing him [Smith] to do it. And it’s not even believable,” Trump said today on the “Dan Bongino Show.” “This guy is a sick puppy. And they’re going to release something else. And always before the election; it’s election interference. No, it’s a terrible thing what’s happening,” Trump said, but the release of redacted documents don’t affect any voters. Smith’s case against Trump does not charge him with planning orchestrating the Jan. 6 Capitol insurrection.
Democrats and the media accuse Trump of inciting the Jan. 6 riot that led to the break in and vandalism of the U.S. Capitol. So, why, with all the evidence presented to Smith by the Jan. 6 House Select Committee, has Smith not charged Trump with planning and orchestrating the Jan. 6 insurrection, the term given to the riots by 84-year-old House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.)? Pelosi had impeached Trump for “incitement of insurrection,” the term taken from Section 3 of the 14th amendment. Pelosi used the term “insurrection” because her attorneys told her it would prevent Trump from getting on a future ballot to run for president. Pelosi, in impeaching Trump, said Trump caused the riots by whipping up an angry mob at the Washington, D.C. Ellipse Jan. 6, 2021. Yet the FBI said that the riots were planned by the Proud Boys and Oath Keepers for months before Jan. 6.
Smith knows what the Jan. 6 House Committee concluded about Trump, that he planned and organized the Jan. 6 Capitol insurrection but Smith has zero evidence to prove it. It’s a common misconception in Democrat circles and the press. If you ask any Democrats and the press, they tell you that Trump planned-and-organized the Jan. 6 Capitol riots. But Smith doesn’t charge Trump with planning-and-organizing the Jan. 6 riots because there are no facts to support the charges. Instead, Smith takes the charges against Trump another step into the stratosphere by saying he can prove what was in Trump’s head on Jan. 6. Smith insists that Trump knew he lost the election but decided to dupe the public into believing the election was rigged by Democrats. Trump has said consistently that he thought the 2020 election was rigged against him, without citing any convincing proof.
When it comes to the 2020 election, any careful analysis shows Trump losing the election because of the Covid-19 crisis. Rightly or wrongly, Trump was blamed for the growing deaths and disease from the deadly novel coronovirus. Trump watched his 83-year-old chief medical officer Dr. Anthony Fauci and 82-year-old Washington Post journalist Bob Woodward turn into Democrat political hacks to denounce Trump. Voters were scared out-of-their-minds and turned against Trump in 2020. Trump’s 2024 campaign is a redemption tour because he did an acceptable job of managing the deadly Covid crisis, eventually producing life-saving vaccines. Trump was never given the credit by Biden or Harris, who told voters in 2020 that they would never trust a vaccine developed under Trump but, added, they doubted a vaccine would happen anytime soon. Pfizer’s mRNA vaccine was released one week after the Nov. 3 election.
Smith’s case against Trump is really no case at all just a Democrat publicity stunt to discredit him before the 2024 election. Smith can’t build a case against Trump based on mind-reading his true intentions. Most people heard Trump saying he was cheated out the 2020, not that he made up the whole story to dupe the public. Releasing more redacted files about the indictment, Smith hopes to do his part to boost Kamala’s chances before Nov. 5. Smith believes Trump’s actions after the 2020 election were made as a private citizen affording him no immunity as granted by the Supreme Court for official acts. But Trump had a right as president to guarantee the integrity of a federal election, something he thought was rigged and riddled with fraud. Smith now insists that Trump knew all along that he lost the election but deliberately duped the public to believe otherwise.
Smith has done his part as a Democrat hack to prevent Trump from getting elected Nov. 5. Kamala likes to call Trump a convicted felon at her campaign rallies, even though the charges against him in Manhattan were bookkeeping charges usually charged as misdemeanors. Smith continues to release findings not about Trump participation in Jan. 6 but about his refusal to accept the 2020 election based on voter fraud. None of the pending cases against Trump should survive the election, especially if Trump wins the 2024 race. Citing a Tweet in 2020 that urged Vice President Mike Pence to show courage and stop certification of the Electoral College vote doesn’t mean that Trump engage in fraud or deliberately tried to obstruct the 2020 vote. Trump had opinions like other about the legitimacy of the 2020 vote, showing consistently that he didn’t trust the 2020 results.
