LOS ANGELES.–China reacted harshly to a NATO communiqué accusing Beijing of enabling the Russia war machine, selling dual-used parts-and-components to Russia while the Ukraine War rages on in its third year. Calling China a “decisive enabler,” Beijing rejected the NATO communiqué, accusing the Transatlantic Alliance of intruding in the Indo-Pacific region, with 81-year-old President Joe Biden seeking a coalition of Japan, South Korea and Australia to confront Chinese aggression in the South China Sea. NATO’s message to China “to cease all material and politicial support to Russia’s war effort, including the “transfer of dual-use materials—supplies that can be converted for war—such as weapons components, equipment, and raw materials that serve as inputs for Russia’s defense sector,” said NATO’s communiqué, completely rejected by Beijing and the Kremlin.

China’s foreign ministry condemned the NATO statement, accusing the Western Alliance of demonizing Beijing. Foreign Minister Spokesman Zhao Lijian said it was “filled with Cold War mentality and belligerent rhetoric, calling it “provocative,” filled with “obvious lies and smears.” “We firmly reject and deplore these accusations and have lodged serious representations with NATO,” said China’s mission to the European Union. Calling it “malicious intent,” Lijian served notice that NATO’s accusations do nothing to advance peace and stability in Europe or the Indo-Pacific. Biden’s foreign policy funds proxy war in Ukraine and pushes for war with Beijing in case of encroachment on Taiwan. Biden violated the 1979 Taiwan Relations Act, saying in 2022 he would commit U.S. troops to defend Taiwan. Biden knows it violates U.S. treaty obligations.

NATO’s 65-year-old retiring Secretary General Jens Stotenberg continues to inflame the Ukraine War, say in the communiqué sends “the strongest message NATO allies have ever sent on China’s contribution to Russia’s illegal war against Ukraine,” pushing China closer to Russia in its economic, military and strategic alliance. NATO and the EU have been reluctant in the past to echo Biden’s belligerent rhetoric on Beijing. Stoltenberg shows that NATO is more fully aligned with Biden’s foreign policy, including his proxy war against the Kremlin. “Authoritarian leaders in Iran, North Korean and China all support Russia’s brutal war,” Stoltenberg said in a speech at the NATO summit. “They all want NATO to fail so the outcome of this was will shape global security for decades to come,” Stoltenberg said, agreeing that NATO must commit to defeating the Russian Federation.

NATO has proved that it’s no longer only about post-WW II European security but a U.S.-led global alliance, willing to destabilize the Indo-Pacific, even if it means war with Communist China. Under new leadership with 57-year-old former Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte, NATO must ask whether it’s willing to engage in Biden’s policy of perpetual war. What business does NATO have working to confront Beijing and other Pacific Rim nations on issues outside of NATO’s sphere of influence? When 78-year-old former President Donald Trump was in office, the U.S. and NATO had no problem getting along with the Kremlin and North Korea. Iran was another story where Trump cancelled May 8, 2018 former President Barack Obama’s Iranian Nuke Deal, where Obama gave Iran billions in cash and sanctions relief in exchange for curtailing its uranium enrichment program.

Biden and NATO have no plan for defeating the Russian Federation in Ukraine, only for stretching the costly-and-destructive war into the foreseeable future. Only Trump sees the necessity to returning the post WW II diplomacy and world order that kept the peace for the last 75 years. Biden and NATO’s approach to diplomacy points fingers at Communist China, a close ally of the Kremlin, not inclined to go along with U.S. and NATO foreign policy. Biden’s proxy war in Ukraine has driven Moscow and Beijing into the closest alliance in post WW II history, all because Biden and Ukraine’s 46-year-old President Volodymyr Zelensky refuse to accept any peace plans to end the two-and-a-half-year conflict. No one in NATO believes that Biden and Zelensky will topple the Russian Federation. Czech President Petr Pavel, 62, warned about a Kremlin victory in Ukraine.

NATO opened up a can of worms accusing China of a “decisive enabler” of Russia’s war in Ukraine. China rejected the NATO communiqué claiming that China backed Russia’s Ukraine War by supplying Moscow with raw materials and dual-use parts to feed the Kremlin’s war machine in Ukraine. Whatever China’s alliance with Russia, Biden drove the two into an economic, military and strategic alliance by all his belligerent rhetoric of Russia and China since taking office Jan. 20, 2021. White House officials accuse Trump of having inappropriate relations with Russia, all because Biden wants to continue his war with the Kremlin. Trump said if elected in November, he would end the Ukraine War in 24 hours, meaning he would move the conflict to the peace table for Ukraine and Russia. If that’s considered inappropriate, it’s no wonder the world is in trouble.
