LOS ANGELES.–United States military bases in Europe were put on high alert by the U.S. European Command [USEUCOM], raised the terror alert lever to “Charlie,” the highest level of threat in 10 years, putting all U.S. hardened and soft targets at high alert. USEUCOM raises the terror status “applies when an incident occurs or intelligence is received indicating some form of terrorist action or targeting against personnel or facilities is likely,” according to the U.S. Army. U.S. European Command Cdr. Dan Day refused to give any specifics but said “USEUCOM constantly monitors the security environment to ensure its personnel are informed and best posture to assure the safety of other individual person, family and loved ones. As always, USEUCOM advise personnel in the European Theatre to remain vigilant and stay alert at all times,” Day said.
New warnings from USEUCOM doesn’t bode well for the Germany-based European Football Championships starting June 14 to July 14, only 12 days before the opening Olympic ceremonies in Paris. French authorities know all about Islamic terrorism when ISIS rampaged Nov. 13, 2015 at the Bataclan Theatre and other Paris venues, killing 138, injuring 416. When it comes to the European Football Championships and Paris Summer Olympics it’s difficult for Paris authorities to guarantee security over such widespread venues. German authorities hired an additional 580 law enforcement, knowing what could happen at unprotected soft targets. U.S. intel agencies, including the FBI, CIA and NSA provide valuable intel to police departments around the globe potentially subject to terror attacks. Russia knows all about terror attacks with the massacre March 24 at Moscow’s Crocus City Hall, killing 145, injuring 55 others.
U.S. State Department officials said they gave Moscow a heads up before the attack, something the Kremlin said didn’t happen. Very little happens with U.S.-Russian relations at a post WW II low, with 81-year-old President Joe Biden funding proxy war against the Kremlin. U.S. –Russian relations are at the lowest level in generations, all because Biden decided to join Ukraine’s war against the Kremlin. Biden could have tried to settle the conflict through diplomacy but decided instead to arm Ukraine to the teeth over the objections of 71-year-old Russian President Vladimir Putin. After insulting Putin numerous times, Biden has virtually no diplomatic relations with Russia, leaving U.S. foreign policy and national security out on a dangerous limb. Not since the end to WW II has the U.S. had such deteriorated relations with the Russian Federation.
When Biden revealed he had serious cognitive impairments at the June 27 CNN debate in Atlanta, the public began to piece together why the U.S. has allowed relations with Russia and Communist China to deteriorate to the point of coming to blows. When it comes to Russia, Biden has already endorsed a long-term proxy war strategy with the Kremlin, ending decades of diplomacy, detente and arms control. Biden was the first and only U.S. president to go to war against the Russian Federation making baseless accusations that Putin wants to take over Europe. Putin actually, as he told former Fox News journalist Tucker Carlson March 8, that he wanted to end the conflict, just not on Kiev’s unrealistic terms. Biden showed for all to see at the debate he’s incapable of diplomacy, negotiation and compromise, making ending the Ukraine War an impossible task.
When it comes with sharing intel across the Atlantic, U.S. intel agencies didn’t pinpoint the Crocus City Hall terror attack with enough specificity in terms to time-and-place to spare Russia from the attack. If Biden had better relations with Putin, it’s possible a host of bilateral issues could be solved or at least worked on. When it comes to the Yemen-based, Iran-backed Houthi attacks on commercial shipping in the Red Sea, the problems could have been easily solved with Russian cooperation. But Biden’s proxy war only damages U.S. foreign policy and national security, leaving the U.S. less protected. Biden’s undeniable disabilities prevent U.S. from normal relations with Russia and Communist China. If current trends with China don’t stop, Biden could easily get the U.S. into a two-front World War, one in Ukraine and the other in Taiwan. How’s that supposed to work out?
German and French authorities have a lot on their plate and would benefit by a U.S. president capable to managing the ship of state. Listening to First Lady Jill Biden defend her husband today, you’d think her disabled husband is the only one to defeat former President Donald Trump in the fall. Jill wants to stay in the White House, depriving the country of having a mentally competent leader at the helm. Joe shows he can’t manage U.S. foreign policy and national security in his state of mind. With the Olympics only 26 days away, French authorizes have a heavy burden protecting athletes and millions of visitors descending on Paris. “French authorities actively manage terrorist threats from organized groups and radicalized individuals,” said the French Embassy. But with Biden no longer providing any security help, French officials are at a distinct disadvantage. French officials admitted that terror attacks could happen without notice at various locations around Paris.
