LOS ANGELES.–President Joe Biden, 81, continues to hit U.S. foreign policy and national security with a wrecking ball all because of his Ukraine War. Whether admitted to or not by Biden, Democrats and the U.S. press, U.S. foreign policy and national security was in far better shaped under former President Donald Trump. Trump was condemned by Democrats and the U.S. press for getting along with Russian President Vladimir Putin. Because of the fake Russian hoax, started by former Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton in the 2016 election campaign, Trump was branded by Democrats and the press a “Putin puppet,” someone who illegally conspired with Russia to win the 2016 presidential election, making secret illegal deals with the Russian Federation in acts of treason against the United States. Democrats and media conspiracies were pure propaganda and disinformation.

So, when Trump ran U.S. foreign policy during his four years, the U.S. was at peace with its communist adversaries and prospering economically. Trump’s visit to North Korea infuriated Democrats and the Trump-hating press because of its historic, astonishing success. Trump transformed Kim Jong-un’s threats of nuclear war into a potential for global peace between prior enemies. But no, the press dismissed Trump’s foreign policy accomplishments, all because they never accepted as president. Now Biden has the U.S. at war with the Kremlin in Ukraine and pushing for war with Communist China over Taiwan. So, how has the U.S. faired under Biden with the world on the precipice of global war? U.S. press would rather see WW III than Trump return to the White House. Biden has turned world peace and prosperity into perpetual war and global chaos.

Biden attended a G7 conference over the weekend, asking the European Union to use frozen Russian assets to guarantee another $50 billion loan to Ukraine to continue the war. How ironic that a so-called peace summit met in Lucerne, Switzerland, that did not include Russia and China, two important components to ending the Ukraine War. Together with the G7 meeting, the Lucerne peace summit only fueled the reckless, costly and destructive Ukraine War. Putin offered a truce plan before the summit, asking that Ukraine renounce any attempt to join NATO and remove troops from disputed areas in Donbass, Kherson and Zaporishzhia, something immediately rejected out-of-hand by Ukraine’s 46-year-old President Volodymyr Zelensky. Putin meant his truce plan as a starting point for talks but was roundly rejected by the warmongers that want to continue the conflict.

Zelensky got what he wanted with 80 countries largely from Europe, Asia, Africa and South America touting the U.N. Charter assuring territorial integrity and sovereignty of U.N. member states. No one complained about the U.N. Charter and territorial integrity when a Feb. 22, 2014 coup toppled the duly elected, Kremlin-backed Kiev government of Viktor Yanukovych, ushering in a U.S.-backed government of Petro Poroshenko. Yet when the Lucerne peace conference excluded the Russia Federation, what did they expect would happen? Zelensky got more cash from the G7 and the war got stretched into the indefinite future with more death, destruction and human misery ahead. How Ironic that a peace conference was convened that did not have the combatants talking to each other, trying to bridge differences to end the conflict for the good of world peace.

Biden badly miscalculated the fallout from his support of the Ukraine War against the Kremlin. Biden became the first U.S. president since WW II to wage war against the Kremlin, ending decades of hard-fought diplomacy, détente and arms control, working to make the world a safer place from atomic weapons. Biden decided that war, not diplomacy, was more important to resolve Ukraine’s territorial problems with Russia. With Putin striking an economic, military and strategic pact with North Korea today, what does Biden think his proxy war with the Kremlin has done? Communist China has already entered to a close economic, military an strategic alliance with Russia. In a fews days, Vietnam will likely also join Putin’s alliance against the United States, all because Biden thinks his proxy war in Ukraine helps promote democracy and global stability.

Biden got what he wanted out of the G7 and Lucerne peace conference, more funding to continue the Ukraine War into the foreseeable future. But how does that help global stability and peace with Biden dividing the world once again into the communist and free worlds? U.S. finds itself more isolated than ever on the world stage with more countries joining an economic, military and strategic alliance with Moscow. Biden preaches to the choir in Europe but has lost U.S. clout around the planet with his war with Russia. Whatever the reasons for the Ukraine War, all the blame and recrimination won’t bring warring parties to the peace table. Biden has not learned from history that there are no military solutions to the world’s conflicts, only political solutions by willing parties. World leaders must pull the warring factions back from the brink and get to the peace table.
