LOS ANGELES.–Former President Donald Trump, 77, went to his Truth Social platform to say that weaponization of the Justice Department, FBI, CIA and NSA must stop to preserve the Constitution and rule of law. Trump complained about former aides Steve Bannon and Peter Navarro going to jail for Contempt of Congress, refusing under executive privilege to answer Congressional subpoenas. “Total and Complete American Tragedy,” Trump wrote on Truth Social about Bann and Navarro. Trump claims that the House Jan. 6 Select Committee destroyed evidence, committing various crimes, including, “deleting and destroyed material evidence,” raising question about Trump ongoing legal cases. Special Counsel Jack Smith charges Trump in D.C. federal court with trying to overturn the 2020 presidential election because of Capitol riots on Jan. 6, 2021.

Trump accuses the Jan. 6 House Select Committee or breaking the law, destroying evidence to push a fake narrative that Trump planned-and-organized the Jan. 6 insurrection that attempted to stop the Jan. 6 Electoral College vote certification. “The un-American Weaponization of our Law Enforcement has reached levesl of illegally never thought possible before,” Trump said in Truth Social. ‘INDICT THE UNSELECT J6 COMMITTEE FOR ILLEGALLY DELETING AND DESTROYING ALL OF THER FINDINGS!,” Trump wrote on Truth Social. Former Jan. 6 Select Chairman Rep. Bernie Thomson (D-Miss.) denies that any deletion of files or destroying evidence took place. Democrats and the press have gone after Trump for saying that it would be fair game to go after Democrats or deep state employees at participating in the conspiracy to sabotage his 2016 campaign.

Democrats and the press accused Trump of trying to destroy democracy based on the Jan. 6 Select Committee that charged Trump through Special Counsel Jack Smith with trying overturn the results of the 2020 election. No one found Trump guilty of planning, organizing or orchestrating the Jan. 6 insurrection but the Select Committee and Special Counsel charge Trump with the crimes. Trump wants members of the Jan. 6 Select Committee prosecuted for destroying evidence since they can’t produce evidence that Trump participated in the events of Jan. 6. “It has to stop because, otherwise, we’re not going have a country,” Trump said on Fox News. “Look, when this election is over, based on what they’ve done, I would have every right to go after them,” Trump said, prompting calls that he wants to destroy democracy. Trump’s argument is that the Jan. 6 Select Committee destroyed democracy.

Trump has claimed that the Biden White House orchestrated the prosecution in Manhattan, accusing him of violating campaign or election laws in paying off an extortion payment to porn star Stormy Daniels. Manhattan DA hired former Deputy Atty. Gen. Matthew Colangelo to help prosecute the case against Trump. White House officials deny any involvement by the DOJ but the Colangelo hire certainly raises eyebrows. Bragg finds it OK to prosecute Trump for improperly recording a payment to Stormy Daniels as a legal expense, when, in fact, it was paid by former Trump Atty. Michael Cohen, now a disbarred convicted felon. Trump was found guilty May 30 on all 34 felonies for paying off Stormy Daniels, when he let Cohen take care of the nuisance matter. Stormy Daniels claimed she had a one-night stand with Trump in 2006, 10 years before he ran for president.

Democrats and the press find nothing wrong with covering-up 81-year-old President Joe Biden’s cognitive impairments that threaten U.S. national security. Democrats and the press find plenty of excuses for Biden’s frequent gaffes and memory lapses, with a majority of Democrats, Republicans and independents believing Joe’s too old for a second term at age 83. Trump talks about being the people’s “retribution” for a corrupt government. Trump was illegally investigated by Obama’s Justice Department, FBI, CIA and NSA, all to help former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton get elected. Upper brass at the FBI led by 63-year-old former FBI Director James Comey tried to undermine Trump’s 2016. Not one person in Obama’s DOJ, FBI, CIA and NSA was prosecuted for weaponizing their agencies to go after Trump purely for political purposes.

American voters are starting to wise up to what’s happened to Trump, beginning to understand how the Justice Department and FBI abuse its authority to go after Trump purely for political purposes. Miami District Court Judge Aileen Cannon, currently presiding over Trump’s Mar-a-Lago documents case, now questions whether Atty. Gen. Merrick Garland had the authority to appoint a private citizen, Jack Smith, to serve as Special Counsel. Democrats and the press complain that they won’t get another legal shot a Trump before the 2024 presidential election, leaving Trump appealing the May 30 ruling in Manhattan. Former Atty. Gen. Bill Barr, 74, no fan of Trump’s, said he thought that all 34 felonies would all be overturned in the New York appeals court. There’s no question that political abuses have occurred at the Obama White House, DOJ, FBI, CIA and DOJ.
