When 54-year-old Special Counsel goes to judges presiding over former President Donald Trump’s upcoming federal trials, he asks them for a gag orders to muzzle the ex-president from his Truth Social platform and other social media. Yet Smith doesn’t ask the media from stopping to turn up evidence against Trump in his upcoming trials. So, Smith, the Department of Justice appointed lead prosecutor, asks for no restraint in the press that universally favors convicting Trump of all the government’s alleged charges, including Manhattan DA’s illegal payout to Stormy Daniels, Fulton County DA’s alleged racketeering charges and two Washington trials alleging Trump planned-and-orchestrated the Jan. 6, 2022 riots and mishandled Mar-a-Lago classified documents. Smith welcomes any defamatory statements or evidence from anyone in the media and from retired prosecutors like Andrew Weissmann.

Smith wants to prove in court that Trump wanted to stay in power and sought the Pentagon’s help despite his loss in the Nov. 3, 2020 election. Smith doesn’t object of any document, any piece of evidence, any testimony, and second or third hand gossip implying Trump’s guilt. To Smith, it’s all in the name of a fair trial, affording Trump Due Process and the presumption of innocence, by trying Trump’s trial in the media. It’s OK for Smith to pull out every trick to get every anti-Trump journalist, pundits and others to dig up dirt on the former president, anything he could use at trial to prove his cases against Trump. Imagine that, Smith finds it OK to go to Judges Tamya S. Chutkan or Aileen Cannon for gag order against Trump but when it comes to the media or anyone else interfering with Trump’s right to a fair trial, Smith gives them the green light to introduce evidence.

Among the favorites on CNN or MSNBC, two anti-Trump cable networks, former DOJ Russian hoax prosecutor Andrew Weissmann and former Trump’s personal Atty., now disbarred, Michael Cohen are routinely used as anti-Trump trial pundits. A torn up note, now pieced together, becomes the latest fake evidence presented by the anti-Trump media with help of Weissmann. Imagine that, the chief DOJ prosecutor in Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation of Trump’s alleged ties to the Kremlin, Weissmann now is routinely quoted in the anti-Trump press. Whey doesn’t Special Counsel Jack Smith ask Judged Chutkan and Cannon to gag Weissmann or Cohen? Smith operates with extreme prejudice against Trump, just like Mueller and Weissmann did when they investigated the Russian hoax. Smith’s negligence should result in an immediate recusal as Special Counsel.

Smith can’t get fair trials with Trump because he’s involved in egregious conflicts-of-interest in manipulating evidence against Trump all for the purpose of sabotaging Trump’s right to a fair trial and due process. Today’s fake documents show Trump aid Jonny McEnfee’s note to U.S. Army Gen. Secretary Ryan McCarthy and Army Chief-of-Staff James McConville stating that the Army could not determine the outcomes of the 2020 election. Smith infers from the note that Trump planned to use the military stay in power, despite his loss in the 2020 presidential election. All the note shows is that the military could do nothing to confirm-or-deny any issues in the 2020 election. It doesn’t show, by the wildest stretch, that Trump tries to use the military to keep him in office. All the trials against Trump involve extreme bias and prejudice against Trump.

Because ABC News Jonathan Karl used the torn up note in his new book,”Tired of Winning: Donald Trump and the End of the Grand Old Party,” fake news like CNN and MSNBC use anything as proof to convict Trump of all the crimes. But why doesn’t Smith get gag orders against the news networks and journalists out to make a fast buck in any election year? Every U.S. citizens should be horrified by how the criminal justice system has been perverted by political hacks. Karl is just one, among endless political hacks trying to make a fast buck off Trump’s misery. Foreign countries now see the American justice system and the so-called rule of law for what it really is in the United States. It’s nothing more that a corrupt system used against political enemies to silence First Amendment Free Speech rights. Can you imagine Karl’s rubbish is no used by Jack Smith as evidence against Trump?

Whatever the framers of the Constitution imagined of American justice, they’d roll over in their graves watching the rule of law subverted by partisan hacks at the Department of Justice or former employees clamoring to get on TV. MNNBC’s Nicole Walllace asked Weissmann if he thought the note referenced by Karl in his new book showed Trump tried to use the military stay in power? “Absolutely,” Weissmann told Wallace. What is a former Mueller prosecutor doing hazarding biased opinions in pending legal cases involving former President Donald Trump? “But I took your book as that it going to be a pale comparison about what twill come in a Trump 2.0,” Weissman said of Karl’s book. What is a former Mueller prosecutor doing commenting on potential evidence used in federal trials against the Trump? Whatever Trump says on Truth Social, it pales in comparison to what’s said in the media.
